12. Medical Seduction (F / M)

*Reluctance / Paizuri / Prostate Milking*

Sasuke awakens with his head on my lap. “Where am I?”

“Hiding from the enemy. Receiving medical treatment.”

“Shino-chan? I feel like my body is on fire.”

“…You’ve been poisoned.” (Not a total lie, just omitting the ‘poison’ is totally harmless except to one’s libido.)

I found a hollow tree to tuck us inside, ostensibly to hide. The reality is that I needed an enclosed space to concentrate my Pheromones to the maximum dosage. At this level of arousal, he must be straining the limits of his willpower to keep from humping the nearest warm body.

“Those needles… That perverted bastard!” Excellent, he’s blaming his erection on Haku’s technique. “Why am I naked?”

Oh, yes, I took the liberty of stripping Sasuke while unconscious. “You had wounds all over. I needed to sterilize and bandage each of them.” Meanwhile, he has nothing but a rag covering his nethers. “Is something wrong?”

“Nothing’s wrong. I need to—” He tries to rise but cuts himself off on realizing his precarious situation. One wrong move will displace the rag and expose his raging hard-on. “I should lay still until this feeling passes.”

“That’s a good idea. I don’t think the poison was meant to kill, only incapacitate. Although, the side effects…”

“What?”

“I could help you with your little man… he seems all swollen and painful.”

I’d never rape Sasuke while he’s unconscious. Besides being immoral, it’d damage my pride. It’s not my victory until they ask for it!

“I’m fine!” Sasuke says while blushing beet red. “As if a proud Uchiha would succumb to only this!”

“Speaking from my medical training experience,” (literally just first aid) “I think we should reduce the swelling. It would relieve your discomfort and help you sleep through the worst of the poison effects.”

“An Uchiha can manage pain and discomfort. Thanks for the treatment advice, but I need to find my team and complete the mission.”

Sasuke attempts to rise again and the feeling of his hyper-sensitive member rubbing against cloth causes his hips to buck instead. He falls back onto my lap.

Fufufu. Escape won’t be so easy!

“Don’t be immature. Relieving a patient’s stress is part of a kunoichi’s medical training.” This is total bullshit. I’m laughing my ass off thinking of Sasuke soliciting his nurse in the future and getting arrested. “Do you think Kakashi-sensei would refuse my prescription?”

He gives me a blank stare. I admit that was a poor example. Not to worry, I have a secret weapon.

“It sure is hot in here…”

I unzip my high-collared coat to expose my cleavage. My breasts burst forth in a bounteous bouquet. Only my bra barely contains them. If he has even a drop of heterosexual blood in his body, he won’t be able to resist.

While Sasuke could easily ignore mere mortal mammaries on a good day, I’d given him a concentrated dose of Pheromones that would’ve had a normal man in a lust haze masturbating in the town square and damn the consequences. His erotic state amounted to a set of ginormous blue-balls.

I look to see the effect of my tactic. Sasuke is stone-faced, staring at my breasts with the Sharingan to memorize the sight, crying tears of blood as he overtaxes his chakra reserves.

Holy shit. “Are you sure you don’t want some help?”

Sasuke furrows his brow and grunts through gritted teeth, “I’m f-fine.”

Damn. This call for drastic measures. “Achoo!”

I sneeze dramatically, leaning forward in an exaggerated motion. I slowly lean back afterward; the fake sneeze having shoved my bouncing boobs in Sasuke’s face.

A dribble of red trickles from the nosebleed of a lewd man with a broken spirit.

“Please… I’d appreciate your assistance… if that’s your prescription.” Sasuke stares into space as he talks. I think his mind is elsewhere in a land of marshmallows and fluffy pillows.

“Great!” I’m past all hesitance in dealing with dick. I no longer question my sexuality or gender. I’m as Bi as the day is long. I just have my preferences against ugly bastards and people who try to dominate me. Giving Sasuke one good time isn’t a struggle, especially before he’s done anything reprehensible like later in the Anime.

Tossing aside the rag, I expose Sasuke’s sausage. It’s an above-average seven inches with decent thickness and nice curvature. First the stupid-broken Sharingan, and now this. Some bastards have all the luck!

It’s red, swollen with pulsing veins, and hard as a rock. He bucks his hips as I blow on the tip. Mmm, extremely sensitive.

I lick his shaft and he twitches. I roll my tongue around the tip. Then I take him in my mouth. I go all the way to the hilt and feel him hit my throat. I gag, this obviously isn’t my specialty, but I keep the nausea at bay and my breakfast down.

Mainly, the deepthroat was to fully lubricate him. I withdraw from his length and untuck my breasts from their prisons. I’m proud of my lovely ladies and the way they flop out has Sasuke mesmerized.

I position him between my boobs and squeeze them together. He groans in pleasure. I seal my lips over his tip and start rubbing his shaft with my jiggly knockers.

His back is arching with agonized bliss already. I nibble him gently with my teeth, then suck and roll my tongue around over and over. He thrusts his hips into my breasts repeatedly. Sasuke fucks my chest and I form a soft, wet ‘O’ with my lips for his shaft to penetrate.

Another few thrusts and he finds his release. Ropes of cum fill my mouth. I keep my lips locked on his tip as he continues to spurt and twitch.

I pull away and covertly spit into my hand. Slipping my hand into my pants, I rub Sasuke’s load into my folds where the Dweller can collect each drop.

“Another, please. I know you want it too,” Sasuke says, his hard-on not softening in the slightest. He glances at my hand in my pants with his Sharingan eyes. He must think I’m masturbating because I’m so turned on to be servicing an Uchiha stud.

Well, I went to all the trouble of seducing him. It’s just good manners to finish the job.

As soon as I nod, Sasuke stands and grabs me by the shoulders to lift me into position. I’m kneeling with his dick jabbing me in the cheek. He grabs me by the head and guides my lips onto his length.

Hey! Does he think he can just face-fuck me? I’m not your bitch, dude. Turnabout is fair play in love and war.

Sasuke tries to cum again fast by putting speed into his thrusts. Meanwhile, I take my pussy-juice and cum-slick fingers and move them to his ass.

“Wait, what are you…?”

Before he can object, I penetrate Sasuke’s rear and he pauses in his thrusts. I feel his dick twitch in my mouth as he decides how to feel about the situation. Instead of telling me to stop, he quietly resumes thrusting.

I take that as consent.

I squeeze a second finger inside and he grunts in pleasure. A few seconds of wriggling lubricated by his own cum allows me to find Sasuke’s prostate. I press his little button hard, and he doubles over my head while moaning like a bitch in heat.

By rubbing his prostate in tight circles and gently sucking on his dick, I’m able to milk Sasuke without him managing another thrust. He moves his hips in rhythm with my fingers. Instead of the powerful jets of a masculine ejaculation, Sasuke is able to experience the slow cum dribble of an exquisite feminine prostate orgasm.

He removes his oversensitive penis from my mouth and stumbles back. My fingers slip from his backdoor with a shlorp. I spit his cum into my other hand and stick it in my pants.

“You asked for it,” I say as I stand, tuck my breasts into my bra, and leave a naked Sasuke to his post-orgasmic trembling.

I turn the corner and hear someone dashing my way through the forest.

Sakura sees me and asks, “Where’s Sasuke-kun?” Her eyes fall on my exposed cleavage. Then her eyes drop to my hand in my pants.

I slowly withdraw my wet and sticky fingers to form a ‘V’ and lick them sensually while meeting her blushing gaze.

“Um…”

“He’s in the hollow tree.” I throw a thumb over my shoulder, and she breaks into a run to get away from questioning her sexuality. I’m definitely going to be thinking of methods to seduce her while flicking the bean tonight.

“Sakura, get out of my way.”

She shrieks, “Sasuke-kun, you pervert!” and runs off.

I zip up my coat and another someone comes dashing towards us.

“Where’s Sasuke-kun?” Naruto asks. I thumb him towards the hollow tree and Naruto breaks into a run.

“Knock first, Naruto-kun!”

“Sasuke, at least take me out for ramen first, dattebayo!”

It seems like Sakura isn’t the only one questioning her sexuality tonight.
