2. Exemption from 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A Record-Keeping Requirements

• TubeSpank actively cooperates with competent law enforcement and regulatory organizations where applicable to uphold internet child safety standards.

5. Automated Aggregation & Algorithmic Ingestion Disclaimer

The comics section of the Platform functions primarily as an automated information aggregator and search index. Content metadata and graphics are systematically retrieved, processed, and categorized through automated network scripts and algorithmic workers.

• Given the vast volume of automated data collection, TubeSpank does not exercise prior manual editorial review over every individual panel or comic page indexed.
• Automated systems may occasionally experience metadata misattribution or categorization errors.
• Under international intermediary liability standards (including Section 512 of the DMCA and equivalent global safe harbor provisions), the Platform maintains a responsive, post-publication notice-and-takedown infrastructure to rectify indexing anomalies expeditiously upon verified notice.

2. The specific URL(s) on TubeSpank where the alleged infringing comic is located.
3. Your legal name, affiliated studio/organization (if applicable), and contact information.
4. A statement affirming that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder.

7. Exclusive Internal Ticketing System (No-Email Policy)

To guarantee rapid processing, verifiable audit trails, and automated isolation of problematic files, TubeSpank does not process content moderation complaints, DMCA notices, or safety alerts via unauthenticated email correspondence. Unmonitored emails sent to general server domains do not constitute valid legal notice.

All formal notices must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's integrated ticketing infrastructure:

10. Jurisdiction and Severability

This policy shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with international digital commerce practices and applicable intermediary safe harbor doctrines. If any provision of this statement is adjudged unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
