TubeSpank operates exclusively as an automated search engine, embed indexer, and content aggregator. TubeSpank is NOT a production studio, adult content producer, photographer, publisher, or video hosting server.

All video streams and media embeds indexed on TubeSpank are hosted on external, independent third-party servers. TubeSpank does not transcode, host, or possess physical media files on its servers.

3. Zero Tolerance Policy: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & Underage Protection

TubeSpank maintains an absolute zero-tolerance standard against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual content, or any depiction of individuals under the age of 18.

  • Instant Takedown: Any embed suspected of depicting a minor will be purged and permanently banned immediately.

You agree that you will not use TubeSpank to search for, distribute, or link to:

  • Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (“NCII” or non-consensual media).
  • Terrorism, extremist propaganda, or incitement of violence and physical harm.
  • Bestiality, necrophilia, sexual violence, rape, or non-consensual torture.
  • Scraping, crawling, or automated harvesting that overburdens platform infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property & DMCA Safe Harbor (17 U.S.C. § 512)

TubeSpank respects the intellectual property rights of creators and copyright owners. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), we expeditiously respond to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement.

To file a copyright takedown request, submit written notice containing the specific URLs via our DMCA & Abuse Reporting Center.
