Chapter 65 Delilah*
“What the fuck.” I muttered to myself as the blanket slid off her body. Dwarves were on the shorter side, but they were more curvy than other women. Her breasts might have been a touch smaller than Sarah’s, but that was because they were on a frame two feet shorter; otherwise, if they were the same height, Delilah’s might be bigger.
She was very attractive, and one of the first crushes I had since moving into the village. I had assumed nothing more would come from it as it had mostly stopped since she found out I was with Tems. She rolled off her back, revealing her plush ass, possibly the biggest out of all the women I slept with. It made me want to smack it for some reason, as I had to fight the urge.
Delilah snorted as she shot awake. She shook off the cobwebs before rolling to the edge of my bed and finally noticing me. I had expected her to be in a similar situation to me, but she looked better than usual, actually; her face had a nice rosy complexion as she spoke. “Tis been ages since I got me a wee bit o’ tipsy. Even bleedin' longer since I’ve had a grand ol’ shaggin’, I tell ya!”
She jumped off the bed before noticing a rag she used to wipe her crotch with. “God’s, I'm feelin' as full as a barrel o' ale twix me legs! Didn't see that big surprise hidin' tween yer legs, did I now?!” She laughed as I felt slightly embarrassed by her new attitude. I still had no idea what happened, but apparently I fucked her when I was blackout drunk.
“Ummm… I don’t remember what happened last night.” She looked at me, confused, as her breasts jiggled with every wipe she did. “Wot are ye on about?” I felt slightly embarrassed as I said. “I… Blacked out from drinking too much.” For a brief moment, she stopped cleaning herself before she erupted in laughter. “Ah, fer sure! What be tipsy fer a dwarf is a right proper snooze fer a human.”
She spoke with a heavy dwarven accent, as it took me a second to parse what she was saying. It made me happy that she was willing to be more of herself around me instead of putting on that customer service accent. “So wot yer sayin’ is ye forgot what we did last night?” She grabbed me and pulled me back onto the bed. “Let me remind ye then.”
Crawling on top of her, she lined me up before wrapping her arms around my neck after I penetrated her. “I should have perceived yer inebriation when ye needed help gettin’ it in last nigh.” She grunted as I fully penetrated her. “Still a snug fit.” She wasn’t kidding. Definitely the tightest, her muscles didn’t coil around me, but instead constantly tried to push me out.
I tried to move her legs apart, but they just wouldn’t go any further; it meant that there was still about an inch or two I couldn’t get inside just because of the inflexible nature of her body. It was still incredible, and if I didn’t hold myself back, I’d cum incredibly fast. It took a while to get her revved up, but she was panting for breath along with me after a few minutes.
I could tell when she came for the first time, because her pussy clung even tighter than before, making it impossible for me to move inside her, and I had to ride out her clenching tunnel before I continued after her orgasm was done. God, she was beautiful. I stared into her eyes as we both caught our breath before she urged me on. “Ye aren’t done, are ye?”
Things were just natural between us. I think both of us knew this was going to happen, but she felt the need to distance herself ever since I got together with Tems. I wondered how things would have turned out if I had picked her or Cherry first, but quickly ended that train of thought. I got extremely lucky that my first wife allowed me to take more; otherwise, I’d most likely be dead to the bandits because I wouldn’t have been strong enough.
We spent the entire time wrapped in each other's embrace before we had to get up and get some food and water in us before we passed out again. Exiting the side room and into the living room/kitchen, we were greeted by Cherry, who was the only one who hadn’t left to go into the dungeon.
It was already very late in the day, and I had to ask a few questions before I started. “Anyone feed the animals?” Stirring a pot of something that smelled delicious, Cherry didn’t look away from the collection of pots and pans as she said. “Yeah, Silk fed them, Tems took the crops in, just need to weed and water them now.”
That wasn’t all I had to do; I had to take care of all my experiments as well. I needed to check the dandelions. I plucked one petal from the plant before eating it. My sense of taste had improved along with my perception. I marked this as a slight improvement, as I only got a slight taste of bitterness from the petals now. Going through and testing every single dandelion was a long process, and it was the only thing I was going to do today, except feed the animals and weed/water the plants.
They were changing, it was slow, and I had already gone through twelve iterations of the plant, but they were slowly growing into a crop people could grow themselves. A sweet crop that might put other sweet crops to shame, as I was solely growing it for the sugar content in its body. The roots were already delicious, if I grew them strictly for their roots, they could already compare to sugar beets in sugar content.
The problem was the size. The roots were so much smaller compared to a beet that I’d have to pick twenty to get the same yield. I wasn’t growing for root size, though; I was growing for sheer sugar content as I found one that had only the barest hint of bitterness. I marked it to become the next generation, along with a few others. The rest I picked and took to cook. Cooking removed most of the bitterness and left behind a pleasant sweetness with slight floral notes.
The earthiness I tasted was from the root of the plant, and once again gave the best and sweetest taste from the plant. I wouldn’t stop until the plant was edible from the ground without cooking. Slowly, the petals grew as well, and the size began to resemble a baby sunflower than the wild dandelions around. The dungeon group came back just as I was finishing up the dandelion tea, and I gave them all a cup to try.
All of them looked happy at the taste; it didn’t hold up compared to other teas, but it was a start. After getting the plant to where I wanted it, I could start growing different versions of the plant, possibly creating several new crops from the proto-dandelion.
Everyone seemed to enjoy it… Except for Sophia, who was mad at me for some reason. I thought she didn’t care about becoming an indentured servant, but clearly she must have. She squinted at me, I couldn’t help but feel her eyes staring at me, and see her frustration in her actions.
When I asked for the butter during dinner, she slid the tray further away instead of toward me. Only after Tems pushed it to me like she was playing a game did I get the butter I desperately needed for my cob of corn. I asked the other girls, and they only smirked before shaking their heads, unwilling to tell me why she was mad.
