One after another, Liam used his fruit to place a bet. Although it was extremely taxing, he was successful thanks to Luffy's Conqueror Haki, and his own.

In just a few minutes, Liam went through a massive change especially when it came to physical strength.

Not only that, he also managed to recover his body to its peak condition. That means even if he uses another medicine, he wouldn't need to worry.

"Amazing, Liam! Now you are as strong as me." Luffy's eyes glowed as he sensed changes in Liam's strength and shouted.

On the other hand, Liam was covered in his own sweat. This was similar to the point when he took that medicine except this process didn't hurt him instead made him stronger.

While the previous process made him stronger, it also hurt him.

That being said, he still had to go through that kind of pain. It's like his bones were getting restructured by absorbing the vitality from Rob Lucci.

And, with the loss of his vitality, Rob Lucci became a weak and old man.

Yes, unlike Crocodile who lost only a little of his vitality, Rob Lucci lost all of his vitality making him look more like an old man.

On the other hand, Blueno was surprisingly fine even after losing his devil fruit. It wasn't clear if he still had that kind of curse but from the looks of it, that curse should've disappeared.

Now, Liam was in a dilemma. He had no grudge against Blueno. To a certain extent, he had no grudge against the CP9.

He hated Spandam and Lucci but it wasn't a grudge but rather hatred.

So, he didn't know what to do with him. After taking his devil fruit, his natural reaction was to kill him.

But, even if his act of taking the devil fruit gets out, it won't matter. When other people found that Blackbeard could take the devil fruit ability, did it cause any waves?

They hunted a lot of people with powerful devil fruit but neither the other Four Emperors except Shanks nor the World Government made a move against him.

That means the status of the Four Emperors still mattered.

And, after the battle with Aokiji and Kizaru, Straw Hat Pirates will become the Fifth Emperor of the Sea.

It will no longer be Yonko but Goko.

So, he naturally had nothing to care about.

Liam thought for a moment and finally decided to let Blueno survive.

But, he still kept them unconscious and tied their ears and eyes before asking Iceberg to enter the room.

As for Rob Lucci, he simply let Luffy use all of his strength to directly throw Rob Lucci's body into the sea. As for what happens to his body, it will be his fate.

Anyway, he is already dead.

After Iceberg entered the room, he saw Liam, and Luffy with the three agents. Lucci was missing but he didn't ask.

"So, now can you tell me what you want?" Iceberg calmly sat on his chair while asking two of them to sit down on their chairs as well as he asked.

"As I said before, cooperation! You have already heard Sengoku, right? If they can do it once, they can do it again. I will give you our flag after five days and then you can hang it on the top of your building."

Liam answered.

Hearing his answer, Iceberg didn't refuse immediately. He was a calm person so he could think of the consequences of Marine's attack.

And, it was true that marines wouldn't care about Water Seven and its citizens if they truly wanted to attack. So, if they do come under Luffy's crew, it can save them.

But, the problem is influence. Naturally, right now, they don't have enough influence to keep Water Seven safe.

So, he straightened his back and asked.

"You should understand your current situation. You are already hunted by Marines. How can you protect..."

Suddenly, his eyes widened as he asked.

"You are planning on facing them?"

"Of course, I want to kick their ass." Luffy slapped his fist on his palm and nodded.

"You? Are you serious? They are sending two admirals." Iceberg's eyes almost bulged out when he repeated.

"Of course, we are serious. Who do you think they are facing? By the way, that's why I said you can decide after five days. Since it is impossible to believe in our strength right now."

"And, if you do end up borrowing our flag, I want to talk about the main content of today's discussion."

Liam spoke.

Iceberg's expression turned serious. According to Liam's words, he does have a chance to reject it especially if Liam and his crew fail. So, naturally, he doesn't have anything to lose.

But before that, he had to confirm one thing.

"Are you sure you won't make Water Seven the battlefield?"

Liam shook his head and said.

"Even if we can't react to our destination, the sea will be the battlefield. With Aokiji's ice power, we can easily stand on the sea for the battle. But I have already chosen a better battleground."

"So, you have nothing to worry about."

Iceberg sighed a breath of relief. Although it was coming from a pirate, he still chose to believe him.

"Alright, let's talk about that main thing you said."

"Money! After one year, our crew will need an astronomical amount of money. Of course, before that, we will also invest in you. For example, sea train!"

Hearing his words, Iceberg frowned and asked.

"How do you want to invest in Sea Train?"

"Expand it! I want Sea Train to reach more than just one island. I want it to connect several if not most of the islands in the Grandline. And, the entire Train Station will be under the name of our crew."

"I know creating Sea Train takes a long time but you have some of the best shipwrights and with the influence of Future Straw Hats, no one would be able to stop you."

"Try to connect the entire GRandline with tracks, allow people from different islands to travel around the Grandline without the free of pirates or time."

"For our investment, we will give you Five Billion Berries. Can you do it?"

After Liam finished speaking, Iceberg was left stunned for a moment.

Connect the Grandline with Sea Tracks!

It was something that he never dreamed of accomplishing. To be exact, it was almost impossible because the World Government wouldn't allow it.

That's why there was only the sea train moving near the location of Ennies Lobby.

If they do manage to build the Sea Train, it will revolutionize the world. To say Iceberg was excited would be an underestimation. At this moment, his mind was completely blown off.

He tried to calm his heart. But, he could hardly suppress his emotions.

But, he was also Mayor for a long time after all. He was quite capable of calming his emotions as he took a deep breath and asked.

"This will definitely make the World Government mad."

"I don't care. No, we don't care. If the World Government wants to fight, we will fight. Isn't that right, Luffy?" Liam directly answered stunning Iceberg for a moment.

"Of course, we are not afraid of anyone." Luffy nodded his head and answered.

Iceberg took a deep breath and asked.

"How are you so sure that I will succeed?"

"Hehe! It doesn't matter if you didn't succeed, Uncle Iceberg. If you fail then we can start over once again. Isn't that right, Liam?" Luffy burst into laughter as he spoke.

"Ahem! Although it will be a huge loss, I believe in your talent. You already have the knowledge and mastery to build the Sea Tracks as for Sea Trains, you have already built one, haven't you?" Liam coughed out and asked.

"How do you know?" Iceberg looked at him with a shocked expression but soon calmed down and continued.

"I almost forgot that you were the one who identified those agents. Anyway, your project is not just to connect all islands, right?"

Liam nodded his head and said.

"If we do become partners, I will tell you about my other plan. We need a lot of money and doing this business will help us. We are not the pirates who loot kingdoms to get money."

Iceberg tilted his head in confusion. He just heard that Straw Hats exchanged Seven Billion for gold. Although he didn't know which kingdom they looted, he believed they had looted at least more than one kingdom.

Liam rolled his eyes and said.

"We didn't loot that money. We saved the Sky Island. Do you know the legend of Golden City? Yes, we went there and got the gold from there."

"What?"
