DxD 0019: Healing

Getting increasingly desperate, Akeno decided to try out something else again and this time she charged up a water-based spell. The kind that would make it even more difficult for the priests to keep their balance.

Just as she cast it downward, she was shot again; this time, it was directly in her abdomen. But she still kept going. She was working on her basest survival instincts right now and she was going to give her everything to survive. Long had she stopped enjoying her process of inflicting pain on them and she was just giving her all to take care of her enemies.

As the water covered the battlefield, she attacked the healer again as everyone was slipping, though the leader still blocked her. On her second attempt, she was successful and got past the leader, successfully incapacitating the healer.

Now, only three people including the leader were left for her to take care of as she’d taken care of some of the others before the healer.

She felt her reserves of Demonic energy falling short as she charged up another lightning spell and knew that she wasn’t going to be able to cast anything after this. She knew that she had to make it count.

Desperately, she flew away from the protection of her practically destroyed barriers and moved to a spot that would allow her lightning to pierce through all three of them. Just as she cast her attack, she was shot in her shoulder by the leader who was furthest back from her. But her attack was already cast, and it had pierced through the two subordinates, taking care of them and also hitting the leader.

Sadly though, the subordinates had interfered enough with the attack that the leader had the time to pull out his shield and block her attack. He’d countered and shot at Akeno again.

Akeno smiled sadly as she looked at the alive leader and the approaching attack, “I’m sorr—“ Her words never escaped her mouth as she felt enveloped within the protective and strong embrace of a man wearing crimson armor. That shot hit the back of the armor, but the leader didn’t even have the chance to scream before he was disintegrated into nothingness along with the rest of the priests.

The armor’s presence should’ve felt uncomfortable to Akeno, but it didn’t. She felt quite comfortable as she leaned her body against him. The armor seemed to have allowed her to meld into it and directly lean against the man’s body.

“You did amazingly, my Akeno. I’m so proud of you…” Abaddon smiled at her as he held her chin and had her look at him. Her face was pale and a trail of blood was escaping from the side of her mouth.

“I hope you can forgive me for putting you through this…” He said as he didn’t waste any time before kissing her.

She was only half-conscious, so she only reciprocated instinctively and didn’t do anything else. As he kissed her, he deliberately pushed his tongue through her mouth and made her drink his saliva. He’d infused it with a large quantity of his diluted Power of Destruction, which would speed up her healing process.

He was also directly infusing the energy, but using something like saliva as a medium worked better and more efficiently.

One of his hands touched the side of her waist where the first bullet had hit her. The wound glowed a deep crimson as he destroyed the remnant holy energy that was corroding her wound. Next, his hand went over her arm as he destroyed the holy energy there too. Then to her shoulder and her abdomen too.

After he destroyed the corroding holy energy in those wounds, he held her in his arms, not separating from her for even a moment before casting a teleportation spell that led directly to his bedroom.

Within his room, he first destroyed all of Akeno’s and his bloody clothes, and then, while kissing her, he hugged her in his embrace before getting into bed, uncaring of the blood stains that were left on the bed from her wounds.

Akeno was long passed out as she instinctively wrapped her arms around him and got closer to him even while asleep. She was only passively reciprocating in trace movements of her lips as Abaddon’s tongue was shoved in her mouth. After a while, Abaddon stopped kissing her after knowing that her injuries were stable and pulled her head and hugged her close to him, entangling her legs with his and wrapping his arms around her.

He held her extremely gently as if she would break at the slightest rough touch but made sure that their bodies were perfectly stuck to each other as he constantly released his diluted power of destruction.

‘My reserves are running dry…’ He realized as he was releasing quite a bit more of his energy than he usually does, ‘What’s a bit of my pain after what she went through…’ He thought as he started consciously running his body tampering exercise with a higher intensity of his Power of Destruction so that he would release enough of the diluted residue that could help Akeno heal.

‘Fuck, this hurts…’ He didn’t let out even the slightest noise as he felt his entire body being destroyed by his power of Destruction before it was healed automatically by his innate regeneration. Holding Akeno close to his chest, he closed his eyes as he endured the pain and kept releasing enough energy to heal her by the time she woke up in the morning.

…

’This is why I don’t usually do it this intensely…’ Abaddon thought as he saw the first rays of the sun shining through the curtains of the window. He hadn’t slept a wink for the whole night since he had to maintain his energy flow process constantly. He was also in a lot of pain for practically the whole night. ‘At least she’s healed completely…’ He thought as he looked at her completely smooth skin that was free of any scars, it was just the wound on her abdomen that had left a light scar, but that was also fading away slowly.

A few minutes later, he finally stopped the process and got some much-needed relief. ‘I need to make sure to do this later and refill my reserve diluted power in case of another rainy day…’ He decided.

He didn’t pull away from her and stayed in the same position as he closed his eyes and got some much-needed rest. He didn’t realize when, but he fell asleep within mere minutes.

A few more hours later, Akeno opened her eyes with flutters as she felt protected in Abaddon’s arms. That was when she recalled the events of the previous night, ‘I didn’t think I would live…’ She thought with disbelief as tears filled her eyes. Though all of those thoughts went down the drain the moment she felt a very distinct appendage pressing directly against her completely bare pussy.

She panicked and tried to pull back, but his hold over her was too tight today. She was unable to do anything but wiggle in place as she tried to pull her pelvis away, though the presence of his legs that were tangled with hers was enough to make her attempts unsuccessful.

‘Calm down…’ She took a deep breath as she buried her face into the crook of his neck as she tried to recall the events of the previous night. ‘My wounds are completely healed… He must’ve done whatever usually increases my strength to heal me last night. I guess that’s why I don’t feel any difference in my magic power right now…’ She mused.

Instinctively, she couldn’t help herself and started wiggling her pelvis slightly to generate some friction. She was feeling quite a bit of pleasure from the presence of his shaft that was touching her core. It took her a few minutes to realize what she was doing as she widened her eyes and stopped, embarrassment taking over her features. She buried her face into his neck again as she felt her face heating up.

“Wake up, A-kun… Wakey, wakey…” She said in a gentle voice as she rubbed her nose against his before giggling. ‘He looks so peaceful…’ She felt like this was the first time she’d truly admired her face like this even though they’d been sleeping together for the past few days.

She brought her face close enough to feel his steady light breaths hitting her face, sending a shiver down her spine. She couldn’t resist herself as she brought her lips to his cheek, leaving a fleeting peck before pulling back and looking at him shyly. She brushed her lips against his defined jaw, feeling his slight stubble that was yet to be shaved on her supple lips. She kissed his chin before pulling back again. She spent the next half hour admiring his face as she felt like she could spend hours just doing this.

She’d practically licked him all over his face while he slept, ‘Why hasn’t he woken up yet?’ She thought disappointedly. A part of her had been hoping that he woke up while she was kissing and licking his face and they would make out. Another part was chiding her for even having such thoughts. In the end, she chalked it up to the feeling of his still-erect shaft rubbing on her now-wet lower lips.

‘He must’ve gotten tired healing me, he practically healed corrosive holy wounds within a single night without even leaving a scar…’ She thought as she decided that a cheat day was often okay. She closed her eyes and rested her face on his chest, feeling the rhythmic beating of his heart that soothed her and sent her to sleep again.
