Chapter 169: The Gift (Part-1)
A bit surprised, I continue to stare at the door through which Marianne just disappeared. Realizing that she’s not coming back anytime soon, I move out of the room to check if she’s in the corridor.
The next instant, words start appearing in front of my eyes. For a moment, I thought that it’s either Pink or Black saying something, but then I realise that it’s something different.
First of all, these words are red in color and seem to be made out of some sort of fluid. Also, they are not in my head but are actually floating mid-air.
*Zakira doesn’t know about my real strength or my secret identity. Let’s keep it that way.*
As I finish reading the message, it fades into nothingness. Obviously, it was written by Marianne while she was running away(?). But I don’t understand, why did she suddenly leave?
She didn’t appear to be in a rush before. Only after she drank my…
Wait, don’t tell me that she couldn’t keep herself in control after tasting my blood!
{That seems to be the most likely case, master.}
Seriously? After all that haughtiness about Zakira not being able to control her urges despite being her daughter?
[Hmm… while I agree that she almost lost control, there might be something else as well. You saw how shocked she looked.]
Well, duh. She probably thought that my blood won’t affect her in any way, and just the opposite happened.
But I am not gonna lie, a part of me wanted her to actually lose control and attack me. You remember a certain rule that the Vampires must follow when drinking someone’s blood, right?
[To make the experience most pleasurable for their prey?]
Yup, in other words, sex! Hahaha, and then I can overpower her using the [Unknown skill 01], and bam! I will have another mother-daughter pair to—
[While I applaud your ambitiousness, buddy, there’s no possible universe where you can overpower her at your level. No matter the skills you use.]
Let me at least fantasize about it, you killjoy…
[…]
A few minutes later, I return to my room and lay down on the bed, feeling drained.
Today’s going to be busier than I thought. Although the USDCA meeting is over, I still have to meet that elf, Aeson Daeron. Before Ilyrana and Saria’s duel yesterday, he told me that he would come and visit me today and bring me a welcome gift— probably some customary Elven thing.
Then later today, as I was informed in the meeting by the hooded woman, someone will come to fetch me. I don’t know where they will take me or exactly what I will have to do, but it’s either one of the two— me helping them fix the WST, or them helping me level up.
But before anything else, the most important thing I need to do today is to go to Layla and try to impregnate her. With less than two months left till the deadline, I am planning to have sex with her at least once every day. I know, I can ejaculate multiple times now, but I need to fuck other women as well or I will run out of life points before she does.
After taking a quick nap to restore my energy, I go to Layla’s room. I’ve been thinking of an excuse to take Layla away since this is Maya’s room as well, but fortunately, she’s not here.
“Where did Maya go?” I ask Layla, entering the room.
“Oh, she went out to the market with Kate and the rest of the girls from your school. Your teacher, Miss Laura, is with them as well. I think she told you about their shopping trip yesterday,” she answers.
“She did, but wasn’t all of us going to go together?”
“No? I mean, they are going to buy women’s clothes and related stuff. Maya even wanted to look for some cute underwear. Surely, you don’t want to be with them, right?”
I do.
“Of course, not. Anyway, you didn’t go with them?” I ask.
“No, I turned them down. I was planning to come to your room for… you know… but you’re already here so…” she replies with blushing cheeks.
She’s cute, hehe.
“Well then, what are we waiting for. Let’s make this quick,” I say.
We don’t know for how long Maya will be out. If we take too long, she might catch us during the act. And we don’t want that.
Understanding what I mean, Layla gives me a nod before turning off the TV (she was watching some Elven drama) and starting to remove her pajamas. I also take off my clothes and move to the bed.
Laying down in a comfortable position, she takes my limp dick in her hand and starts stroking it. She also kisses the tip before slathering it with saliva using her tongue. At the same time, I spit on my fingers and reach down to her clit, starting to rub it.
Once I get hard and she gets wet enough, we change the position into doggy as I start to pound her sweet hole from behind. Slowly, our moans get louder as the pleasure rises, and I end up ejaculating a huge load deep inside her pussy.
Catching my breath, I get up from the bed and start dressing up. Unlike me though, Layla keeps laying down naked with her butt up in the air— looking somewhat comical.
“What are you doing?” I ask, trying to suppress a chuckle.
“I don’t want the sperms to leak out too quickly. This might increase the chances of pregnancy,” she answers seriously.
… really?
I have a feeling that Layla’s been browsing through those unreliable ‘How to increase your chances of getting pregnant’ forums on the internet.
“Ah… Yeah, it might. Well, I guess I will leave you to it, then.”
As I get out of the room, I find an Elf wearing plain white robes standing in the corridor— directly in front of my room. From his attire, I can tell that he’s one of the servants working in the palace.
“Mister Jacob.” Seeing me come out of the room, he gives me a small bow.
“Sir Aeson has asked me to escort you to him. He’s waiting outside the palace.” He tells me politely.
[Why outside? Is he not allowed to come in?]
Let’s find out.
I follow the servant down the lift, heading outside the palace. Aeson, who’s standing beyond the boundary walls of the tree palace, waves his hand energetically as he sees me come out.
“Here comes the Champion!” He exclaims, patting my back as I reach him.
“Sorry to come this early, I hope you weren’t busy, Jacob. I was planning to come in the evening but there was a… eh… change of plans, so I had to come now,” he tells me.
“It’s alright, I was not busy. Anyway… can we not talk inside?” I ask.
“Oh, no. I cannot give you your gift there. You will have to come with me to a special place to receive it!” He says with a toothy grin.
[I am not sure about this gift anymore, buddy. I just hope you won’t be receiving it from behind.]
…
“The gift is not necessary. I don’t think I’ve done anything special to deserve it,” I say with a shrug.
The reason why I am even here to meet him is because I thought he’s friendly. To be honest, I don’t really care about the gift. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not like I am not greedy— I just don’t want a useless nominal gift.
“Nope! The gift is necessary! Whether it was through luck or talent, you defeated the princess. And I admire you for that. This is just my way of showing that I wish to be your friend,” he says, giving me a thumbs up.
But before I could insist that a gift won’t be necessary to be friends, his expression turns grim, and he looks at me with an apologetic smile.
“At first, I was going to take you to my family’s art museum and give you a nice painting, but someone told me that a human wouldn’t be interested in those things. So, I will now take you to a place more suited to your taste,” he tells me.
“…”
Fuck whatever I said about not wanting a gift.
Elven paintings are rare and extremely popular. Even the bottom-tier stuff goes for an insane amount of money at auctions.
“Oh, no! I love art. In fact, I am a bit of an artist myself. Let’s go to the museum,” I reply immediately with fervor.
[Liar…]
Shut up.
“Wow, really? You’re an artist? Can you show me your work?” He asks excitedly.
…
“Eh… I-I exclusively do Modern art, by the way. And I didn’t bring them here with me,” I answer nervously.
“Of course, of course. Though I would love to see your work someday. Anyway, we cannot go to the museum today. It’s unfortunate, but I have already canceled the reservation,” he says regretfully.
“Reservation? The museum belongs to your family, right?” I ask, raising my eyebrows.
“Technically, yes. But even I cannot enter it without a reservation. Don’t ask why. Maybe I will take you there some other day,” he answers.
Dammit!
“Well, I guess there’s nothing we can do then. So, where are we going now,” I ask, my expectations raised.
Even though I cannot get the Elven painting, he’s going to give me something of equal value, right?
At this, Aeson cautiously glances at the guards standing nearby and a few passers-by, before leaning in.
“I cannot talk about that place here in case someone hears us. Let’s just say that it’s a very, very frowned upon place amongst Elves. And as I am somewhat well-known, I cannot be heard talking about it,” he tells me seriously.
…
“Eh… since it’s not a nice place, why are we going there exactly?” I ask, frowning.
“It’s not on me, man. You will have to ask my mother. She told me to take you there. According to her, you will appreciate it much more than a museum,” he says, raising his hands.
“Your mother?”
“Yeah, I told her about you yesterday, and earlier today, she recommended me that place. Let’s go there first and if you don’t like it, we can think about something else,” he suggests.
“Alright…”
Let’s see what this ‘frowned upon’ place is.
