Chapter 428: Manager Number Two

"New... colleague?" Lilis tilted, her body trembling as she felt my hot seed flood her womb. Her tight cunt clamped down around me, milking my cock for every last drop as she rode out her own orgasm, her back arching, her wings flaring wide.

"Yeah, a new tower manager," I growled, my hands gripping her hips as I gave her a few slow, deep thrusts to let her feel every inch of me while shooting another wad of cum. "Someone to handle floors eleven through twenty. You've done a hell of a job, but I think it's time you had some help, don't you?"

"Mmm..." she hummed thoughtfully, her body still quivering with aftershocks. "A new sibling... Does that mean I'll finally have someone to boss around? Or is it going to boss me around?"

"Heheh, that depends on who's the strongest," I chuckled, pulling my spent cock out of her slick, tight core with a soft pop of displaced air. I slid my hand down her belly, feeling the slight, warm swell of where my cum was already doing its work.

"Alright, enough slacking off, my little pervert," I smirked, patting her on the ass. "Off my lap. I need to concentrate on this one. Giving birth to a manager is... different."

"Awwwww~" she pouted, but obediently slid off my lap, her legs still trembling. She knelt on the floor beside the chair, looking up at me with those wide, emerald eyes, her tail swishing back and forth across the floor. "I'll be good, Mommy. I promise. I'll just... watch."

"Fine," I nodded, leaning back in the chair and opening the tower's interface, navigating to the floor managers. I found that I could summon the second floor manager.

It's a necessary step for the tower, as one manager can't oversee twenty floors at once; it's simply too much. The only reason that Lilis was able to design those floors was that I gave her administrator access. Without it, she is limited to floors 1–10.

"Say... Lilis," I started, my eyes scanning the list of floor managers, "what kind of creature do you think it would be? Do you have any information?"

I have no idea why Lilith chose to conceal the information about the floor managers. All I could see was a shadowy figure and their floor title.

"Sorry, Mother, I can't tell you," Lilis shook her head, her ears drooping slightly. "My creator goddess Lilith imprinted a 'No spoiler' rule. I can't speak their names or reveal their nature."

"Heh, she always liked her games," I mused, a fond, predatory smile touching my lips.

"You just have to give birth to the floor managers, only then I'll be able to reveal their secrets," Lilis said with a conspiratorial wink, her tail curling in anticipation. "And I have a feeling you're going to love this one."

"Intriguing," I murmured, my finger hovering over the summon button.

"Alright, let's see what kind of trouble we're getting into," I growled, a wicked smirk spreading across my face as I pressed the summon button on the tower's interface.

The tower reacted immediately.

It started subtly, a gentle flutter deep in my womb, like the first stirrings of a climax building from nothing. No grand explosions or system alerts. Just... a presence, seeping into me. It was cold. Not the cold of ice or shadow, but the cold of starlight on a winter's night, vast, ancient, and utterly indifferent.

"Oh, Mommy, it's starting!" Lilis squealed, her hands clasping together as she bounced on her knees beside me, her emerald eyes wide with excitement. "I can't wait to see how hot you look doing this!"

"Pipe down, you little perv," I grunted, but I couldn't hide the thrill in my voice. My body tensed as a sudden, searing heat bloomed deep in my core.

My womb can take it; it achieved the impossible and gave birth to a world tree not too long ago. A floor manager—no matter the race or size—is nothing in comparison.

"Shit, this feels… ngh… so fucking good."

"Mommy, tell me! What's it like?" Lilis crawled closer, her tail flicking wildly as she stared at my belly, which was already starting to swell. Her voice was dripping with lust, her little hands twitching like she wanted to reach out and touch.

"It's… ahh… like getting fucked from the inside out," I panted, my head tilting back as the manager's form grew rapidly in my womb. My belly distended in seconds, stretching taut and round as if I'd been knocked up for months. But it didn't hurt. No, it was pure, undiluted pleasure, a stretch that made my pussy clench and drool with desire.

"It's… ah!… big, Lilis. Bigger than I thought," I moaned, leaning back in the plush chair as my hands slid down to rest on the curve of my belly. "Fuck, it's growing so fast… I can feel every damn inch of it."

My thighs trembled as I spread my legs wider on instinct, my body knowing exactly what it needed to do. The manager's form inside me was taking shape, growing into an adult form in seconds. I began rubbing at my swollen belly, feeling the hard, shifting mass inside me. Each movement sent a spike of ecstasy through me, like my insides were being stretched and fucked by something massive.

"This is… this is intense as all hells…"

"Mommy, you look so hot right now," Lilis was practically drooling, her emerald eyes locked onto my belly, her wings fluttering as she bit her lip. "Your belly… fuck, I wanna touch it. Can I? Please?"

"Not yet, you greedy little slut," I snarled through gritted teeth, though the idea of her hands on me made my pussy clench even harder. "I'm… ngh… I'm about to pop here. Just watch me fucking lose it."

The growth hit its peak, and my womb felt like it was gonna burst—not in pain, but in pure, mind-shattering pleasure. My belly was huge now, tight and heavy, and I could feel the manager's limbs pressing against my insides, fully formed and ready to come out.

"Oh, fuck, it's ready… I can feel it pushing… so fucking hard," I moaned, my voice breaking as my hips bucked on their own. Wetness dripped down my thighs, my body already slick with arousal as the labor started.

"Mommy, you're so wet… I can smell it," Lilis purred, her tail whipping around as she leaned closer, her eyes locked on my crotch. "Push, Mommy! I wanna see it! I wanna see you birth my new sibling!"

"Shut up and let me focus, you little demon," I growled, but her words only made the heat in my core burn hotter. I bore down, my muscles clenching tight as the first contraction hit.

Fortunately, this time the floor manager wanted to come out, not like the horny succubus next to me, who refused to come out of my womb, and I had to pull her out myself.

"Oh, fuck, yes… it's coming… I can feel it sliding down…"

My cunt stretched wide as the manager's form began to emerge, the pressure against my walls so fucking intense I could've cum right there. I gripped the chair harder, my knuckles white, as I pushed with everything I had.

"Mommy, holy shit, it's happening!" Lilis squeaked, her little hands finally reaching out to grip my thigh, her claws digging in just enough to add a sharp edge to the pleasure. "You're birthing it! Fuck, I'm so jealous right now!"

"Hmm?"

Suddenly, I felt something strange. Instead of the head coming out, it was something else—an arm?

The arm that came out of my cunt reached and grabbed onto my right ankle as it pulled itself out.

"Whoa… what the—"

My words were cut off as another arm shot out, this one grabbing my left ankle, anchoring itself with an ungodly strength. A shiver ran down my spine as I realized what was happening: my new child was pulling itself out of me, using my own legs as leverage.

"Mommy?" Lilis, sensing my confusion, leaned in to take a peek between my legs only to...

"KYAAAAHHH"

She jumped back in fear, tumbling to the floor in a heap of wings and tail. She scrambled away, her emerald eyes wide with terror.

"Lilis! What is it? What's wrong?" I yelled, my mind racing about the possibilities that there was something wrong with my baby.

But instead of answering me, she just pointed a trembling finger at my crotch, her face pale.

Unable to physically look down due to my huge belly, I used the tower to 'see' through its eyes.

And when I looked... well.

"KYAAAAHHH!"

I, too, jumped back in fear.

Why?

Well, the figure that was halfway out of my womb was extremely similar in both appearance and movement style to a character from a popular horror movie back on Earth that Lilith forced me to watch.

A pale girl with long black hair, who often likes to emerge from wells or TV screens, wearing a simple white, wet nightgown.

"..."

Yeah... that one.

And this time she emerged from fucking me! A goddamn ghost girl BOOM from my pussy!

"Lilith, you piece of shit!!"
