Chapter 372: Lucy

The words slammed into me like a hammer wrapped in ice.

"I FOUND YOU… MY QUEEN."

The voice wasn't sound—it was a thought carved into bone, an echo that didn't belong to the air at all. It crawled through my skull, leaving behind a brand of freezing, choking, unearthly hunger.

"Eh?" I blinked.

And they were gone.

The nine faceless figures. The fog. The chains. The whispers.

All of it—erased, as though the Nexus plaza had never tasted their presence.

The streets were alive again. Gods laughed, jeered, gossiped, traded, and ate. No fear. No silence. No mass exodus. The city pulsed with normality, as though nine faceless death gods had never threatened to swallow it whole.

Except me.

'Fuck what was that?' I exclaimed inwardly, my mind racing at the words that had been carved into my mind.

"I FOUND YOU… MY QUEEN."

Really? Me, a queen? Get the fuck outta here. I already have a world to rule, and I don't have the time for some godforsaken realm.

I sighed.

'I think Lilith is their lost queen, maybe the death god was mistaking me for her.' I shook my head, deciding that this was not important.

"Well," I turned to Katerina, a sly smile on my lips. "It looks like the show is over."

"..."

She didn't reply. Her eyes were wide, her face pale, sweat dripping down her brow. The poor girl was frozen in place, her hand still gripping my arm, the other clinging desperately to Lora.

"Grape juice?" I looked at her, tilting my head. "Are you alright?"

"Y-Yes, I'm fine," she said, her voice shaking. Clearly, she wasn't. But I didn't want to push the topic and decided to switch subjects.

"Ok, then what should we do now?" I smiled, lifting an eyebrow and staring at her with a gaze full of lust.

"!!!" She froze, her cheeks flushed red, and her eyes widened. But quickly regained her composure. "We are going to help Lora reach the Iron rank."

"How?"

"It's easy." Katerina grinned, then used her divine energy to create a golden chalice filled with wine. "Lora is going to challenge me and I'll lose."

"Haha, you're pretty smart for a grape juice, I like you." I laughed, my left hand found her hair and began to pet her, and for some reason her body became stiff, a blush spreading on her cheeks.

"Stop calling me that!!"

"Never."

"Morgana!"

"Fine, fine." I pulled my hand away, still laughing. "But I'm gonna ask you this. Why are you helping Lora like that? And is the Nexus okay with this?"

"Ah, yes, it's fine. Gods do it all the time, at least from Bronze to Iron rank." She explained as we began following her to a blue portal in the distance. "As for the Nexus, on the contrary, it welcomes it. More gods to access the Nexus means more income, and potential future forces against the void."

"Interesting."

We passed through the portal and ended up in a different part of the city.

This part was… hmm, how to put it in words.

Imagine every culture, nation, religion, architecture, and fever dream of mortals all thrown into a grinder—then spat back out onto the same street.

Golden pagodas leaned against Gothic cathedrals. Marble columns sprouted out of neon-lit bazaars. A Norse longhouse sat across from an Egyptian temple, its shadow spilling into a Persian courtyard tiled with stars. And let's not forget the unique flavor of nature-made buildings. A huge tree-shaped skyscraper and a living mountain with a cave entrance, hell, I even saw a fortress made entirely from lava.

"Ohhh, now this is more like it. A true orgy of cultures. Hahaha, I love it. Let's go break shit."

"NO," Katerina said, her voice sharp as steel.

"Awww," I pouted, but she didn't budge, not even an inch.

"You can break shit after we help Lora," she continued, her aura flaring, a warning. "So please, just try not to do anything stupid until then, okay?"

"Oh! I can break shit?" I grinned, leaning forward until our noses almost brushed, my lips hovering over hers. "Well, isn't that a wonderful surprise? Thank you, sweet grape juice goddess."

"I'm not gra—" Her voice cut off. Her blue eyes widened. Her face went crimson. She tried to step back, but she was frozen in place, locked by my gaze.

"Morgana."

I heard a voice and turned, seeing Lora standing next to me, a small pout on her face.

"Don't be a hentai."

"But she started it," I defended myself, raising my arms in surrender.

"I-I did NOT start anything!" Katerina shouted, smacking my chest with both hands as though she could push me back. Spoiler: she couldn't.

"Ohhh, you totally did," I purred, leaning closer until she squeaked like a little mouse. "That flustered face? That blush? That aura crackling all pink and sweet? You're basically begging me to eat you alive."

"M-Morgana!!" she wailed, hiding her face behind her hands like a child.

"Morgana!" Lora groaned, tugging on my sleeve like the voice of reason nobody ever listened to. "Seriously, stop teasing her. She looks like she's about to faint."

"Nooo~!" I pouted dramatically, one clawed hand pressed to my chest. "You wound me, darling. I'm just trying to make her feel loved."

"Loved?!" Katerina's voice cracked, and if she blushed any harder, she'd combust. "You call this love?!"

"Yes." I grinned, sharp and shameless. "It's my version of affection. Torment, mockery, domination, and maybe a little tongue if you're lucky."

"ABSOLUTELY NOT!" she screeched, throwing her arms up. "We are here for Lora's trial! Nothing else!"

"Sigh." Eir, who'd been silent until now, finally pinched the bridge of her nose, her white eyes flat with despair. "By the goddess… You two sound like children fighting over candy. Can we please just get this over with before Mother decides to seduce half the city?"

"Half?!" I gasped, mock-offended. "Dear daughter, you underestimate me. I could do the whole city by breakfast."

The three of them groaned in unison. Music to my ears.

"Fine, fine." I laughed, then turned to Katerina. "So what should we do?"

"Follow me," she said and started walking towards a huge neo-pink and blue building.

The moment I stepped inside, I found myself in a totally different 'Theme' from what I used to see. The place was... well... I don't know. The word that came into my mind was 'The Future.'

While I don't have my memories from my past life on Earth, I can still recognize things, and this place looked like those sci-fi movies that I probably watched back then.

Huge TV screens were hanging from the walls, gaming tables with weird-looking hologram games, a bar, and a stage. And of course, lots and lots of gods and goddesses, most of them were dressed in the strangest way.

I spotted a few wearing black leather clothes, and others with the weirdest hairstyles. Hell, some of the guys had more makeup on than the girls.

"Ohhh… ohhhhhh, I love this," I purred, twirling in place like a predator in a candy shop. "This place feels like the perfect breeding ground for perversion. And look at all these delicious-looking idiots. So many beautiful faces. So many cocks to break and cunts to impale. Haha, maybe I will take a bite while you guys are doing your thing. Or ten bites."

A goddess in silver latex stalked past, her hair spiked into twin glowing horns, her eyes lined with black kohl so thick I could see my reflection in it. She winked at me. I winked back. Her aura shivered.

"Morgana!" Katerina hissed, grabbing my arm like a leash. "Focus. This isn't a brothel. We are here to help Lora rank up."

"Oh, come on." I grinned, wiggling my eyebrows. "What's wrong with a little fun?"

"I don't wanna see the gods getting raped," she said, her gaze dead serious.

"I'm not going to rape anyone." I rolled my eyes, my voice heavy with sarcasm.

"..."

She raised her eyebrows, staring at me pointedly.

"Fine, fine." I pouted, raising both hands in surrender. "No raping."

"Morgana, can you please focus?" Lora groaned. "If you behave well, Katerina can help you rank up, too."

"!!!"

My crimson eyes snapped wide, my body frozen.

Damn... I was so invested in my own bullshit that I completely forgot the most important thing that I must do during this gathering. Achieve Iron rank to gain permanent access to Nexus City. I already have the necessary faith points; all I need is the Iron medal to achieve the next rank, but for that, I need to defeat a god.

'Shit... I could have asked Odin for the Iron medal,' I inwardly groaned. 'Nope, the cock was more important.'

The two goddesses left me to my thoughts and approached an empty counter where Grape Juice rang a bell. I quickly caught up to them, only to spot a goddess appearing from underneath the counter.

"Yo, Kat. How are you?"

'Oh!' My eyes flashed with surprise, the goddess was... unique. And reminded me of a certain someone.

Nana-chan.

Her long hair was pink with blue highlights, a pair of goggles rested on top of her head, she wore a tight black tank top revealing a bit of her flat stomach, a red leather jacket, and a pair of jean shorts that left nothing to the imagination. Her face was cute, her lips a bit thin, and her eyes were big and round with a violet-blue iris with a small tear tattoo under her right eye.

"Yo, Lucy." Grape Juice smiled; her aura relaxed. "How's the business?"

"Boring as hell." Lucy sighed; her voice was high-pitched, almost childlike.

"Sorry to hear that."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Don't sweat it. So, what brings you here?" she said, leaning over the counter. Her violet eyes landed on Lora.

"Ohhh, a newbie."

"Ah, yes." Grape Juice smiled. "This is Lora, and I'm going to help her rank up."

"Good for her."

"And this..."

Before Katerina had a chance to introduce me, Lucy's violet eyes landed on me, and she suddenly jumped over the counter and tackled me in a hug.

"Morgana The Ass-Breaker! It's a pleasure to meet you." She squealed.

"How do you know me?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Are you kidding?" She smiled, a cute smile full of mischief. "Everyone knows you. You are the hottest gossip in the whole city. And your fight against the Norse war god is... peak."

I froze for half a second—just half—because it's not every day a pint-sized neon gremlin in shorts tackles me like a long-lost lover.

"Heheh." Then I laughed. Hard. The kind of laugh that rattled glasses behind the bar and made nearby gods flinch. "The Ass-Breaker, is it? I'm glad you like me."

"Like you?" Lucy clung tighter, her legs wrapping around my waist like a koala on a tree. "Baby, I adore you. Do you know how many times those brute-fucked destroyed my gaming consoles? Or how many times they got drunk and destroyed my place? I swear, when I heard you severed that god's cock and made him your bitch, I nearly died. It was the most amazing thing ever."

"Oh really?" I purred, a grin stretching wide, fangs flashing. My fingers tangled in her pink hair, scraping gently against her scalp. "Do you want the cock as a souvenir?"

"You still have it?!" She gasped, violet eyes bright and eager.

"Sure."

"Morgana," Katerina groaned, her voice flat, her face flushed red. "Can you stop flirting for one second and focus?"

"Flirting? Pfff, this is called being friendly."

"I'm pretty sure your hand is in her panties," Katerina growled, her blue eyes narrowed.

"They are shorts, Kat. There are no panties. Just skin." Lucy winked, wriggling her ass in emphasis.

"Ohhh, you naughty gremlin," I purred, squeezing her plump cheeks until she squealed. "So, is that the only reason why you're straddling me like a sexy horse, or do you just like the view?"

"Both." Lucy grinned, then turned to grape juice. "Hey, Kat. Can I keep her? She's so cool."

"..."

"Morgana, you Hentai."
