Chapter 309: Pockets and Plans

"You got everything?" I asked, handing the young daywalker a small silver ring. "And why do you need so many pockets?"

"Mother~... you don't understand." V gave me a playful look, stuffing more of those smoke bombs in one of her pockets.

"Pockets are the most valuable thing ever created. I can carry my entire life inside them; they are the salvations that everyone must appreciate." Her words were firm, her posture confident, and her expression proud and almost aroused.

"Hehehe." I chuckled, shaking my head at V's enthusiasm. "Alright, alright. Just make sure you have everything you need. I don't want you running into trouble and not having tools in your pockets to get yourself out of it."

"Yes, Mother. I've got everything I need. You worry too much." V grinned, giving me a mock salute.

"That's because I care." I smiled, ruffling her hair affectionately. "You're my cute daughter."

"Thank you, Mother." V chuckled, kissing my cheek. "You worry too much, but it's nice that someone cares about me."

"Sigh... too bad you're leaving so soon," I said, squeezing her arm. "I wanted to spend more time with you."

"..." She gave me a blank stare, not buying my words. "You mean you wanted more time so you could plant a baby in my womb?"

"Tehehe." I smiled teasingly with a devilish smirk. "You're so smart."

"Sigh... You've got a big breeding kink, Mother," she said, shaking her head slowly.

"Well, I'm the goddess of breeding, so yes."

"True," V laughed softly. "In any case, I'll miss you too. But I need to do this. Alone, without a baby to drag around with me."

"Tsk. Fine." I sighed dramatically. "When you get back, I'm gonna make you bear as many babies as you can handle."

"No thank you, I'm too young."

I narrowed my eyes, staring at the young daywalker in front of me. Wearing a similar black latex bodysuit as her previous one, V had several pockets on the legs, chest, and arms, each filled with different things—a steel knife, poison, and all kinds of items she found interesting. Her belt was modified, so now she has more pockets on her hips.

The bodysuit she's currently wearing also has the ability to camouflage her, so she can use this ability to sneak in and out. She literally spent more than a thousand faith points in the Nexus shop in less than ten minutes.

Two days had passed since Arwen joined us, and in those two days, I forced the elf to sleep and eat; her body was too weak. At first, she refused, insisting on starting work, so I had to use my authority as the goddess she serves to literally force her into taking care of herself.

Yesterday was the mark of the second month as a goddess, which meant I received my divine salary—more than 3000 faith points—and with the ones I acquired from answering prayers, my total balance was over 5000 points. I bought a few gold and silver bars for V to use as starting funds and several things from the list she made, like a special silver ring to store all her items. Damn, they were expensive in the shop—the cheap basic one with 5m³ cost 500 points.

Anyway, I found a good deal. Some god had three of those rings, and he wanted to sell them in a bundle, with a discount of course. So when I offered to take them at 1200 points, he instantly agreed.

Another thing that, you could say, surprised me a little was that V didn't know what a crossbow was. I found a small one in the Nexus shop that could be used with one hand—great for a surprise attack at close range. V was confused by it and called it a small ballista.

Pfft... I laughed my ass off when she called it that. She was even more confused and angry that I was mocking her. Well, I guess this world is still primitive in some parts.

Speaking of primitive, from what V had told me, only humans and elves have managed to successfully establish a kingdom—one for the elves and two for the humans. One is a massive zealot anti-xeno nation that loves nothing more than to burn the non-human on a stick in the name of their holy pigeon. The second kingdom is more open-minded, at least in terms of trading and business with the other races and clans.

"Tell me the plan again, V?" I asked, watching as my cute little daughter buckled the shiny new "ballista,"... ehr, crossbow, and her many knives into place.

"Mm… the first important thing is that I must travel to the kingdom of Vandor and personally give one of your keys to the high priestess Liliana," V began explaining, her eyes locking with mine as she spoke. "After that, I'll pick one of the two human kingdoms, and find a way into the noble court, creating a foothold for the next part of the plan."

"Excellent!" I nodded, satisfied with her answer. "And don't forget the keys."

"Don't worry, Mother," V chuckled, flashing me a smile that was way too relaxed given what she was about to do. "I already know a few nobles who like to pay your temple a visit and enjoy the service it provides."

I nodded in satisfaction. Due to the huge boost of divine energy I received from leveling up, I was able to create more than seven keys a day for my temple. The first part of the plan was a no-brainer—giving Liliana a way to access my temple. Delivering the dragon-like to me was the most important thing.

I want that egg. NO!, I need that egg. Just the thought of what kind of creature would be born inside it made my pussy wet and hot.

'Ahh~ a dragon cock... I can't wait.'

I tried to call a second guest to my temple by throwing the key into the world, and that ended with a terrible failure. The key would appear randomly across the world, and for now, I have no way to control it. The second key ended up deep inside the sea, in the belly of a small shark.

'At least the pool will be more exciting with a shark to swim along,' I chuckled, casting a quick glance at the shark happily swimming in the water.

"Aah... Mother, I have a question," V suddenly spoke, raising her hand like a good girl. "Can I..."

"Hmm?... Oh don't worry V, you can grow a dick too," I answered before she could ask her question.

"Eh?..." V froze mid-sentence, her arm still raised, mouth hanging open like her brain just shat itself.

"WHAT—?! No! That's not what I was gonna ask!" she yelped, face flushing in a way that made her look less like a deadly infiltrator and more like an embarrassed schoolgirl who just found out her mom reads her diary, with illustrations.

I grinned, teeth sharp and shameless, resting my chin in my palm like I was watching the best comedy show of the century—which, spoiler alert, I was.

"Oh come on, sweetie, imagine the fun you would have, the sacred hole slowly welcoming your own divine rod, that divine heat of the cunt burning hotter with every thrust... Gods, I feel myself getting wet just thinking about it. Maybe I should fuck you right now."

"Mother!" V's face was now a shade of red that could rival a sunset, her hands flailing as if she could physically bat my words out of the air. "I—I was just gonna ask if I could transform others into daywalkers like me! Not… not that! Why do you always go there?!"

"Because teasing you is fun?" I replied, blinking innocently. "And yes, you can make more of your kin."

"Really?" Her eyes lit up.

"Yes, however, only I can make daywalkers," I added, my tone firm. "Those you transform will always be regular vampires—weak to the sun. Keep that in mind."

"I will, Mother."

"My advice to you is to create thralls." I stepped closer, resting my fingers under her chin again and tilting her face to meet mine, forcing her to look me in the eye. "Use slaves or find weak humans and control them with your blood magic."

I leaned, slowly closing the space between us until our lips were sealed into a kiss that wasn't chaste or gentle or motherly—it was possessive, decadent, and dripping with divine heat, my tongue tracing the seam of her lips as I owned them. Which, in a sense, I did. Every inch of her, from her fanged grin to the folds beneath that blessed latex suit, was mine—crafted by my will, sharpened by my power, honed through worship and wickedness both.

"Be safe and don't forget to visit from time to time." I broke the kiss and smiled as I caressed the curve of her cheek.

"I won't," V said, a smile growing on her lips that looked genuine and relaxed, much like her younger human form. "This is all thanks to you, Mother. You took me in and... I love you so much."

"I love you too, dear."
