Chapter 636 – Round up

"Round them up and seal their Meridians." Mei shouted at the Demonic Foxes when they were still beating them.

"Why?" Danji tilted her head.

"I noticed that Aiko can't consume too many Souls at once, so we will do it one at a time." Mei smirked.

"Oh..." Danji nodded her head. "But it's not Aiko, but her Treasure." She corrected Mei, since 'that' Treasure was also her rival. She had to be careful with both of them.

"Right..." Mei didn't like the fact that a Reverse Scale was used during the production of that Treasure.

Sun Aiko tilted her head while they talked. 'The Demonic Foxes don't seem fine.' She immediately stood up and trotted towards them.

The Demonic Foxes were all smiles, since they didn't want to worry Aiko, but it was obvious they were a lot less energetic than before.

Sun Aiko approached a ground of Demonic Foxes.

"Princess." The Demonic Foxes believed that this title was much better than some dubious 'Saintess' title.

"Thank you for helping us." Sun Aiko politely bowed.

"You have saved us from our fate. It's natural that we will help you whenever we can." The Demonic Foxes were happy that they got this recognition and kindness.

However, Aiko's eyes couldn't be deceived. They all had that [Pseudo-Human Body(Prototype)] ability, which wouldn't allow them to sweat in most cases. Yet the Demonic Foxes were drenched, with beads of sweat running down their faces.

Sun Aiko immediately lifted one Demonic Fox, startling all of them.

"Huh?" The Shy Demonic Fox squirmed since she didn't understand what was happening.

"In you go." Sun Aiko threw her into her tails. By the words of the system, they shouldn't have as much pain inside as outside.

The Demonic Foxes wanted to play around outside a bit more, but Sun Aiko was unwilling to let them.

They could play as much as they want once they are healed, but if they overdo it more, then they would just burden everyone, even themselves.

"You too, you too-too, you too-too-too." Sun Aiko ran between the Demonic Foxes, picking them up above her head and throwing them inside her tails.

The Demonic Foxes wanted to play chase with Aiko, but most of them already realised that their bodies were breaking down from the difference in Qi.

"Everyone gets inside!" Sun Aiko had a serious expression, since she hated it when someone close to her was hurt.

The Demonic Foxes didn't resist, since they knew that Aiko meant well.

"I will get you some snacks later." Sun Aiko nodded her head seriously. They deserved all the snacks and head pats they could get!

"No matter how many times I see it, that's one dreadful ability." Chen Shi shuddered.

"..." Chen Yanqi just pursed her lips. Having so many Demonic Foxes could even topple Sects, so it was good that Aiko didn't have conquering tendencies.

"Just wait, next time she will pull out Queen Bees, and we will be dumbstruck." Mei chuckled.

"Yeah, yeah." Chen Shi rolled his eyes. Everyone knew that there could be only one Queen.

Sun Aiko shoved all the Demonic Foxes, including Mai, inside, so they can keep their bodies in a somewhat stable state.

Chen Shi stood up and moved all the Delegation into the Enforcement Hall. This place was sturdy and limited their Qi control further, so it was close to impossible for them to escape.

Well, they were beaten so badly that it would take at least one day before they woke up.

"That's quite the feast." Fang Yue licked her lips.

"You shouldn't eat them." Chen Shi said seriously, since if she did something to them, she might turn into a Vengeful Spirit.

"You worry too much." Fang Yue rolled her eyes. "Why would I consume this rubbish when I can wait for a bit and get pure Soul Essence?" She snorted unhappily. Soul Essence would not only recover her own Soul from the damage, but it would also strengthen it.

"..." Chen Shi believed that the Treasure that Aiko created was dangerous. If Fiendish Cultivators got their hands on it, countless Mortal Worlds would fall because of the strengthened Souls.

Fiendish Cultivators have two issues.

One is their frail minds, and the second is their frail Souls.

Their frail minds are from the Fiendish Techniques, which exchange power for unstable minds. This allows them to get stronger quicker.

Their frail Souls are from the 'Fiendish Dual Cultivation' in which they suck their partners dry, but because of that, part of the partner's Soul settles 'grudge' into the Fiendish Cultivator's Soul, slowly polluting them.

If they could have Aiko's Treasure, then they could ditch the Fiendish Techniques and just keep doing 'Fiendish Dual Cultivation'. Their Souls would be powerful enough that no 'grudge' would be able to settle inside them.

Moreover, their Divine Sense and other things like that would also be strengthened, since they would no longer have frail minds and strengthened Souls.

Overall, this was a very bad situation if they found out about Aiko.

"I know what you are thinking." Fang Yue hugged him. "But Aiko won't leave without us, so it will be alright."

"Right, but I would like you to be safe..." Chen Shi couldn't decide if the fate of countless Mortal Worlds or his partner was more important.

He was more inclined toward Yue, but he also knew that he would have nightmares about the countless destroyed Mortal Worlds.

"It will be fine~" Fang Yue giggled. "I believe in Aiko."

"You believe her too easily." Chen Shi shook his head.

"What's up?" Sun Aiko's head popped in.

"What?" Chen Shi frowned. He was just having a moment with Yue, and they were just about to get to the good part.

"Mei is calling everyone about future plans." Sun Aiko said simply before running away.

"..." Chen Shi sighed.

"Let's go~" Fang Yue hummed and floated after Aiko.

...

Sun Aiko ran into Mei and sat on her lap.

"?!" Mei was shocked and didn't know what to do.

"What are you doing?" Danji pinched her cheek.

"Sitting?" Sun Aiko tilted her head.

"You can sit here too." Danji patted her lap. She didn't want to lose to Mei.

Sun Aiko looked, but certain melons were in the way of a nice sitting. Then she looked at herself, almost flat as a board, before looking at Mei, who was big, but not to a point that it would bother Sun Aiko.

"Smaller, better." Sun Aiko nodded her head like this was the most important part.

Both Danji and Mei were stunned.

The others sitting around pursed their lips. Their thoughts aligned at this moment.

'Is this why everyone is following her?'

Danji was shocked. She felt betrayed since she worked hard to make them soft, but elastic. Nobody liked saggy tits in this Realm.

Meanwhile, Mei was startled, but also incredibly happy that Aiko chose her instead of Danji. She hugged her overly slim waist before looking around.

"It seems we have everyone here." Mei nodded her head.

"So, what's the plan?" Chen Shi was the first one to ask.

"That's also what I want to know." The former Leader of the Fox Village nodded her head. She was quite badly injured, since she didn't have as many Treasures or as much strength as the others.

She was still a fighter, but since she had to spend a lot of time managing the Fox Village, her growth stagnated.

"Just give it a moment." The Shadows Peak Elder had the most information about what was happening, so she had a very good idea.

"First, let's run the headcount." Mei turned towards Zhi, Danji's brother.

"The headcount is like this:" Zhi cleared his throat.

"Innocent Foxes that are still alive number around 50-60 thousand. There are around 200-300 thousand dead Foxes, either being drained or abused to a point that their minds and Souls are shattered, so it's better to put them out of misery." Zhi paused and looked at Aiko. "If you want to 'salvage' those, in theory, only around 20 thousand could be even considered."

"Moving onto the Demonic Foxes. They were also hidden in the Evil Elders' underground labyrinth. We have not explored it yet, but there are estimates around 13 thousand with the current pace." Zhi turned towards Aiko again. "If you don't mind, we could use some of the Evil Elder's Souls to guide us."

Sun Aiko finally didn't munch on anything and answered. "No problem."

"That's already a lot of Foxes..." Chen Shi rubbed his head. Even his Inscription Association was smaller.

"I have not finished." Zhi rolled his eyes.

"There are around 7,000 Demonic Foxes in the Grandmaster's Abode." Zhi looked over his paper. "And we have to solve 53 Evil Elders, as most normal Elders died. The Evil Foxes also lost their minds, so we can count them as dead and finish them off."

"Moreover, we also have 102 Mahayana Cultivators from the Delegations. There were also lower-stage Human Cultivators, but most of them died thanks to the crossfire, so we don't have to count those." Zhi looked at Aiko, who caused that whole mess.

"From our side, there are only the injured, the worst one being the former Leader." Zhi looked at the former Leader of the Fox Village. "And Muscle Foxes."

"When those guys heard that they were trying to raid the Vicious Jade Fox's, they lost their minds and tore anyone apart. They are patiently waiting outside to see if you are fine." Zhi looked at Aiko and Mei.

"Huh? But I didn't see any..." Sun Aiko turned into Moon Aiko, but even Moon Aiko couldn't find any signs of the Muscles Foxes.

"That's where the 200 thousand dead Foxes come in place. They were apparently like puppets on a string, without Soul or anything, well, they only killed around 20,000, but still." Zhi looked over. "They dealt with the more 'explosive' Foxes, instead of going after the weaker one."

Everyone's faces darkened.

"They are also looking for the Comprehension Sapling, so we should leave as soon as possible." Zhi summed up the main issue.

"I have that Sapling." Moon Aiko nodded her head. "We will also negotiate with the Beasts for protection until we leave this place."

Everyone was staring blankly at Aiko. They were somewhat resistant, but they were quite close to fainting!

"What?" Moon Aiko tilted her head. She didn't understand why they were reacting like that.

"I'm glad I'm on your side." The Shadows Peak Elder hummed happily. Once you have reached a certain point in the Cultivation Stage, it is impossible to progress through Qi alone. You needed a lot of knowledge to do that, and Comprehension Leaves would allow you to absorb information more easily, allowing you to progress faster!

"Truly..." Chen Shi also burned with envy, since if he had those leaves, he would be able to progress his Rune understanding!

Everyone understood what this meant, and everyone shared a single thought.

'Follow this rascal!'
