Chapter 551 – Crimson Bees~!
The Elders frantically searched for the corpses, but still couldn't find them.
The other Beasts also kept interrupting them, which made them more injured than they expected.
The Beasts below believed that those damn Foxes had already stolen the corpses and were even after the honey.
"You dumb Beasts!" The Fox Elder roared as he blasted the nest with his fire Qi. This naturally degraded all the honey inside, making it unusable by anyone other than those who already had fire Qi inside their bodies.
The Beasts were completely livid, and the fight ensued even more.
More and more Beasts joined, so much so that even the top Beasts went to have a look at it.
"I can feel her around; she is probably injured." The Holy Deer concluded, since he was very sensitive to injuries.
"Should I stomp them?" The Earthen Elephant asked.
"Our targets are those shitheads on top of that flying mount." The Nightmare Owl immediately darted towards them, clashing with the Fox bastards.
The Fox Elders panicked, since they didn't expect the normally quiet beast to go so nuts.
"I will rip your skin off!" The Nightmare Owl proclaimed.
"Passing through." The Earthen Elephant suddenly appeared above them in his large form and crashed into the flying Beast.
*BOOOOM*
"HEY! YOU BASTARD! ARE YOU TRYING TO FLATTEN ME?!" The Nightmare Owl was completely livid that he was also smashed like a pancake.
"I told you: Coming through. What more do you want me to say?!" The Earthen Elephant bickered with him.
"Have you at least killed them?" The Fire Bird Queen asked.
"They are alive. They used Movement Talismans." The Holy Deer said lightly.
"Oh..." The duo paused their bickering and turned around.
"No, I don't know where she is. The Heavenly Secrets were concealed here." The Holy Deer shook his head.
"..." The Beasts slowly dispersed.
"Oh, so much honey~" The Fire Bird Queen tried to take some, but the Holy Deer and others dragged her away.
-----
Aiko appeared out of nowhere, shocking Nüwa.
"What happened?" Nüwa said worriedly.
"A fight happened." Witch Aiko groaned as the injuries were quite deep, but her HP was holding on well, so she didn't need to worry too much.
She was more concerned about the fact that her Cauldron had shattered.
Groaning unhappily. Witch Aiko pulled those two out of her tails.
Both Crimson Bee Empresses were weak, slowly dying without their nest.
Witch Aiko didn't care about that.
*ptooey**ptooey**ptooey**ptooey**ptooey*
She kept spitting on them with her condensed Vitality until they got better.
"Ugh, finally." Witch Aiko groaned unhappily as she passed out.
Both Crimson Bee Empresses exchanged looks. One was supposed to die due to old age so that the young one could survive, but the young one was supposed to die due to that invasion.
Yet now both of them survived, which is to say, it was supposed to be impossible.
There can't be two empresses in the same generation. Otherwise, there would be constant fighting over resources.
The mother couldn't force herself to kill her child, and her child loved her mother too much to hurt her either.
The whole thing was bizarre.
Nüwa wrapped the small Aiko in her tail and wrapped her with special bandages.
"I would never have pegged you for a nurse." Just then, Chang'e appeared with some more tea.
"Say that again when you look to the left." Nüwa chuckled darkly.
Chang'e tilted her head. "What is in the-"
She froze in place when she noticed two Crimson Bees in front of her, but they were not simple Crimson Bees, but Crimson Bee Empresses! That should be impossible since they went extinct in the Immortal World!
"Can I have one?" Chang'e pleaded coquettishly with Nüwa.
"You do know those are Aiko's, right?" Nüwa was not swayed.
Chang'e completely froze this time. It took her a while to recover.
"Wouldn't the bees be upset that she stole their honey...?" Chang'e knew Aiko's inclinations, so it was impossible that Aiko wouldn't steal that honey.
"..." Nüwa also wanted to know, but she was so depressed that she didn't watch Aiko and what she did.
"..." Chang'e was really curious about what would happen next, since Aiko also had 'THAT' tree!
'Was it a bad idea to give her that...?' Chang'e hoped that Aiko wouldn't be able to revive that tree. Otherwise, the whole Immortal World would be at her feet!
Nüwa hummed happily at Chang'e's misfortune.
"Ugh..." Chang'e just groaned before sitting down and sipping her tea.
Aiko was being wrapped by both bandages and tail, while the Crimson Bee Empresses were resting.
They were waiting for that Fox to deal with them once she woke up.
...
A week later, Witch Aiko finally woke up. That slash was nasty and left some residual energies inside her body. This caused Aiko to struggle with the healing, and she had to first force those energies out, which exhausted her even more.
Fortunately, everything went somewhat smoothly, and she was able to recover smoothly. Her HP was far from healed, but it was not too bad.
Witch Aiko snorted unhappily since that lazy serpent wrapped her up again, but she didn't have enough strength to do anything about it.
She kept resting her weak body and recovering Beast Core energy since she had depleted it a lot.
This would then help her to grow stronger later, but it would take a while.
Meanwhile, she transformed into Moon Aiko and got to work on her cauldron.
It shattered into many pieces, so it was better to just redo it from scratch. There was no point in playing this puzzle game when it would leave permanent marks that way.
...
Melting the pieces, it took another week for Moon Aiko to restore that Cauldron and thus her protection.
That protection was essential since she needed it for these kinds of ambushes.
At this point, the lazy serpent finally woke up.
"Are you feeling better?" Nüwa yawned cutely, but she seemed even smaller than before.
"What happened to you?" Moon Aiko was curious.
"Once you are a Sage, the growth of your body is tied to Providence and standing. Since I don't have a Throne, I have to rely on Providence to maintain my Blessings and other things." Nüwa explained why she was smaller than before, since these bandages affected her Mortal World and thus robbed her of Providence.
"Thank you." Moon Aiko thanked her for the bandages since they were superb.
"I will be taking them back once you are fully recovered." Nüwa smiled gently.
"About 2 more weeks." Moon Aiko nodded her head. She had no intention of keeping them if Nüwa wanted them back.
"How did you get them?" Cheng'e suddenly interrupted.
"Titty Moon." Moon Aiko squinted her eyes, and Chang'e choked on her tea.
"I'm not Titty Moon!" Chang'e glared at Aiko.
"Why do I feel like you are trying to rob me?" Moon Aiko narrowed her eyes.
Chang'e coughed awkwardly. "You are imagining things."
Moon Aiko rolled her eyes. She was not born yesterday to not understand that Chang'e was after the bees.
"They are mine. I have spent 1 billion Vitality on them!" Moon Aiko snorted unhappily.
Both Nüwa and Chang'e paused. They knew that Vitality was important, but they never knew someone could gather so much, especially in the Mortal World!
"The honey was delicious." Moon Aiko licked her mouth.
"We will make more for you once you choose a location for us." The two Crimson Bee Empresses flew over.
They were much bigger than Aiko, and one might misunderstand this situation as them trying to bully a small Fox.
Looking closely at them, Moon Aiko compared them to the other Crimson Bees.
The main difference was their more vivid blood colour. They also had some markings on their backs, which Aiko didn't understand, but that didn't matter.
They were like bees, just red and... well... very big.
"I would love that, but it will take a while for me to do that..." Moon Aiko nodded her head. She wondered if she could come up with some kind of Beast Technique that would allow her to contract Beast, but not in a way that the Human Cultivators are doing.
Shaking her head gently, Moon Aiko didn't have a proper baseline for this.
Sure, she did have something similar, but it was not ideal, and she would have to put a lot of work into it to make it work.
For the time being, she would keep the Bees inside her tail.
"Do you mind staying in that place?" Moon Aiko asked them.
"At first, we were terrified, but the others were very nice. Especially the girl who smelled similar to you." The old Empress said gently.
'Feifei is gathering everyone immediately.' Moon Aiko chuckled inside her mind.
"Good, so I will keep you there for the time being, as it's safer." Moon Aiko nodded her head.
"Very well." Neither Empress was against it. This was a good opportunity to understand this Fox's might!
Moon Aiko stored them inside her tails before going to sleep.
"I have been ignored..." Chang'e touched her face. Was she not beautiful enough, or did her current illusion conceal too much for the little Aiko to be interested? It was hard to tell.
Nüwa went to sleep with Aiko. Nüwa was still bigger, but not that much, only about 3 times as big as the small Aiko instead of being more than 10 times bigger.
-----
"Blood Fox has some issues..." The Grandmaster spoke gently.
"What happened now?" Mei rolled her eyes. There were bigger issues right now.
For instance, the Delegation was keeping the shitty Elders under their watch!
There would have to be something big for those Elders to walk out of their safe place.
"She is being cornered by Human Cultivators." Dai Lu frowned.
"We have a rat?" Mei narrowed her eyes.
"It's possible that the Delegation kept tabs on us, and now they are messing with her." Dai Lu didn't like this.
"She is a Demonic Fox, so they are probably looking for an excuse to put her into 'that' place." Mei shook her head. The Blood Fox should be able to deal with them for the time being.
"Definitely, once we have taken all the Demonic Foxes, they were running around, but it's still not enough to draw all of them out..." Dai Lu shook her head. Things will get more and more troublesome over time...
