What Do You Want?
[Riser-sama's Queen has been retired.]
"Sweet, Akeno-senpai is awesome!!" Issei shouted happily as Riser didn't have that many peerage members left.
And while the three were running they happened to run into the remaining members of Riser's Peerage.
2 pawns, 1 knight, and 1 Bishop.
"You guys aren't going anywhere," The two cat girls spoke in sync while the knight knew what their role was, so...
"See there, our kings are having a fight," The knight spoke to get the three distracted, but they didn't know that…
"Booster gear Gift Transfer!!"
"Sword Birth!!"
"W-What?"
Issei and Yuuto used their scared gears in tandem to raise thousands of swords from the ground to handle all of the opponents.
[Two of Riser Phenex-sama's pawns, one of his knights, and one of his bishops have retired.]
"Let's rush to the president, We need to help her!!" Issei shouted but he was stopped by someone's voice.
"Ufufufu~ We can't do that since she told me to let her fight this alone," It was Akeno who was blushing quite heavily.
'I had a lot of fun while playing with Riser's Queen,' Akeno smiled as her eyes went towards the final battle which was taking place on top of the new school building.
"Brother, do you need my help?" Ravel who was Riser's sister and also his remaining peerage member asked.
"Stay out of this!" Riser shouted as he looked at Rias in anger, he had never been pushed this far in a rating game.
He had played ten rating games and had only lost two which were games he threw on purpose. Riser thought that he would be able to sacrifice some of his servants as he picks off Rias's servants and then the game would be in his hands. But...
"Give up Riser, you have no chance of winning," Rias said as this was clearly the end, Riser and his sister were the only ones left now while Rias had still not lost a single member.
"Rias, do you really think you can defeat me? You can attack me all you want but I will regenerate," Riser was upset that Rias had thought that way, his fiery wings started to get bigger as he seemed like he was going to attack at full force but soon stopped because…
"This is your last chance Riser, I am serious," Rias gathered a big ball of Power of destruction above her head and she looked about ready to drop it on Riser at any moment.
The thing is it didn't look normal as Rias started to compress that big ball into a smaller one that soon fit in her palm.
'I will not lose,' Rias thought as she remembered all of the training she had done with Adam and…
'You know Rias magic is a very interesting subject where you will learn something new almost every time when you think that you've reached the peak, even if from the outside Magic looks all about logic and calculation which make are complicated and tedious, at the end the best way to strengthen Magic is by using your feelings, it is like when you want something to happen the magic power from the world responds to your determination,' Rias looked at Riser with vertical slits appearing in her eyes.
'I will not let someone like you get in the way of the future I want,' The floor below Rias started to crack from the intensity of her magic as Riser just stood there still.
'W-Why can't I move?' Riser knew that even if Rias launches that attack he could just dodge and even if it hit he wouldn't die since he is a Phenex, he is immortal.
But now he felt like…
'I'll die!' Riser's eyes trembled as he saw that Rias was about to launch the attack but his body was moving, he was rooted on the spot, and if this goes on like this...
"Let's stop here for today, What do you say Ria?" With a somewhat jolly tone, someone appeared in front of Rias and dispelled her Magic quickly.
'That could've been dangerous,' He thought as he observed Rias carefully.
"Onii-sama?" Rias was shocked to see her own brother stopping her.
"But I need to win this! Otherwise…" Rias didn't want something like this to stop her, she needed to win this at all costs, but if things go like this…
"No need to worry Rias you have already won, The house of Phenex has conceded on behalf of Riser, Let's ask him, Do you have any problem with this decision Riser?" Sirzechs looked at Riser who didn't like he was in the greatest of moods, he looked humiliated at this moment but...
"No, I don't," But he still admitted it while gritting his teeth.
"See?" Sirzechs smiled as he looked back at Rias.
"…Yeah I have no problem as long as the engagement is broken," Rias said and Sirzechs looked happy as well.
[The rating game has concluded, The Winner of the game is Rias Gremory-sama of House Gremory.] Grayfia's voice resounded through the place as Rias's peerage celebrated their flawless victory.
'I can go and tell him now, No I guess he already knew, but still, I want to let him know,' Rias smiled thinking of what Adam said before but it seemed that she won't be able to meet him anytime soon.
"Come on Ria father wants to meet you," Sirzechs said and as Rias was about to refuse, Grayfia appeared near her and…
"I'll bring My Lady, so please go ahead Sirzechs-sama," Grayfia said flatly and Sirzechs nodded since he also needed to talk to Lord Phenex first, so he left while Grayfia quickly transferred with Rias to her room.
"What happened Grayfia?" Rias was shocked since this was the first time Grayfia has acted this forcefully.
"My lady I need to teach you how to correct your walk," Grayfia said and Rias blinked.
"Grayfia are you joking?" Rias asked and Grayfia shook her head.
"My Lady you've only recently lost your chastity and that too while being engaged, if such a thing gets known, imagine how much gossip will fly around the underworld about you and the house of Gremory," Grayfia said and Rias blushed a little.
"How do you know?" Rias didn't speak a word of this to anyone so she couldn't understand how Grayfia knew.
"It is the way you walk My Lady, it is easy to pick such things with age, and we can't let Lord Phenex and Lord Gremory know that you have done such a thing, not until the gossip around the annulment of your engagement settles down, So please follow my instructions as they are for your own good," Grayfia explained and Rias nodded, she was able to understand the gist of what types of problems this could cause.
'They'll start troubling Adam when they try to find out about who did it,' Rias wasn't worried that Adam might lose since he was just too strong according to her own assessment, but that was the problem, 'They'll try to tie him down and if he refuses things will only go downhill from there.'
That is why Rias started to learn from Grayfia in earnest so that she can make sure that Adam doesn't get wound up in any trouble because of her.
'I guess you'll need to wait another day for me,' Rias smiled thinking that as she went to meet her father and Lord Phenex.
But she didn't know that Adam was already in a tough situation at this moment.
***
In the Mansion where Adam trained Rias and her Peerage.
Adam was currently sitting in the living room playing some games on the big TV after he had some dinner with Ophis a while ago.
"The game should've been finished by now," Adam muttered without looking at the time, he already knew that Rias would win, and he would be really disappointed if they somehow lost the game but there was no chance of them actually losing anyway.
He had trained Rias's peerage in a way that they would be able to deal with Riser's peerage even with the missing members.
The main problem for Rias and her peerage was Riser who had that immortality along with his sister, those two would be able to tank attacks for a while, that is why he trained Rias to increase the intensity of her Power of Destruction to instill fear in Riser.
And what happened next just proved his point.
"I didn't take you as someone who played games Adam-san," Akeno's voice rang out in the hall, she had just transferred here as soon as she heard about Rias's departure to Underworld.
"I enjoy them quite a bit since I haven't played them in a while," Adam said as he focused on the screen.
"It seems like our interests match, I like games as well," Akeno said while sitting down next to Adam.
"…Why do I feel like we are talking about two different things?" Adam said as he passed a level.
"FuFu~ As perceptive as ever Adam-san," Akeno giggled while eyeing Adam.
"So, what do you want to do now Akeno?"
