Confused?

"O-Ojou-Sama …..this?" Her calmness was gone, and it took Grayfia a while to few minutes to settle down.

And as soon as she calmed down, the questions started.

"Ojou-sama what happened?" Grayfia asked Rias, she was sitting in front of her with a hard-to-read expression.

"Well…" Rias looked to the side, she didn't know what to say, no in a sense she knew what to say, but she didn't know if she should say it.

"It is just that my Mother came back to life," It was just that Akeno, who had just walked into the room didn't share that sentiment with Rias.

"I can see that but… How?" For Grayfia the way Shuri came back was more important rather than her coming back to life, because if she knows that then…

'If that is possible then….' The small wish that she had buried in the corner of her heart, sprang up again completely dominating her mind.

As things stood she could no longer look away from this anymore.

"It was Adam's doing," And the answer came from Rias, she had given up hiding it and she knew that they could trust Grayfia.

This is why Akeno looked so carefree at this moment, no in a way she seemed to be enjoying herself a little too much.

"Adam-sama?" Grayfia on the other hand didn't seem that surprised by it, the reason for that was his ridiculous gift to the Gremory Family, and the fact that this was coming straight from Rias while Akeno nodded in affirmation.

'There is no need to check their words,' Grayfia knew that they wouldn't lie to her.

"Yes, he is the one who brought her back, I had to make a contract with him though," Akeno said with a smile as Rias threw a subtle glance her way, which was promptly ignored.

"Contract? What type… of contract?" And as Akeno had thought, Grayfia inquired about it.

As Devils, they knew everything about the Contracts, and they also preferred it more, so such a thing was bound to be lucrative if it could help her.

But in this case, a Devil had to pay unlike how it was normally, it was just that the price wasn't that big… for them, or for people who were desperate enough.

"You just state your wish and he will grant it, you just need to have sex with him, that's all," Akeno answered with a smile, simplifying the entire process in a small line, and of course she did this on purpose.

"….Sex?" Grayfia blinked and looked at Rias.

"Cough*" Rias looked away coughing lightly, she didn't know what to say to this.

'So, it was true?' Grayfia had heard of this before, but she stopped herself from thinking any further for the reason that, '…But that's Ojou-sama's fiancé.' As someone who had taken care of Rias, she knew what Rias was like.

That is why….

"So that's what happened, I understand," Grayfia stood up with her previous ice-cold face back on, "Also, Sirzechs-sama and Gremory-sama are calling for you to discuss something important, so it wouldn't be good to keep them waiting." She got to the point why she was here today.

And she may be acting like the previous conversation didn't even happen, but…

"Are you just going to let it be like this Grayfia-sama?" Surprisingly Akeno was the one who spoke instead of Rias, she already knew what Grayfia was doing but she wouldn't let it go.

"...What do you mean Akeno?" And Grayfia tried to play it off while giving Akeno a cold stare, but the latter wasn't even a little scared of that gaze.

"Don't you want to do it too? The contract I mean," Akeno asked without being deterred by the stare she received, "After all you seem to have something you want, right?"

"Let's not talk about something as nonsensical as this right now," Grayfia knew that she couldn't do something like this, "Then I'll go on ahead Ojou-sama…" and she tried to go away before anything else, but she was too late.

"Stop right there Grayfia!" Rias spoke up stopping her in place.

"Is there something …I can help you with Ojou-sama?" Grayfia asked, she wanted to go, and she could leave at any moment. No one here was strong enough to stop her, but she still stayed and the reason for that was simple.

"Yes, you can help me by being truthful about this," Rias said and Grayfia's gaze lowered, that was the one thing that she couldn't do at this moment.

Because if she states what she really wanted, then she wouldn't be able to take it back anymore.

'That would be overstepping my bounds,' Grayfia surely didn't mind the contract and the price at all.

It was just that the one she would have to make this contract was Rias's fiancé, one that she was happy to have.

'I have never seen her this happy since she was born,' Grayfia had taken care of Rias as a Maid in the Gremory Family, and because of that, she had seen Rias as her own little sister, so to do something like this to her wasn't sitting well with her.

She couldn't stand that because of how much it could hurt Rias, but there was no way she could escape today.

As much as she thought how much this could hurt Rias, she still stood there as her legs refused to move.

"Grayfia be truthful, do you mind those terms?" Rias asked making Grayfia look up. And there was only one answer.

"I …..don't," Grayfia's wish to see her family won in the end, even if she felt bad for saying this to Rias's face. After everything was said and done, she herself was a Devil.

There was no going back at this point, she had allowed those words to come out of her mouth, so there was no need to hold back.

"Would you please talk to Adam-sama about it? I know it is unbecoming of me to ask something like this of Ojou-sama, but please... I beg you."

'I know she wouldn't agree but…' Grayfia really wouldn't be able to stop herself even if she walked away from here today, as much as she felt bad asking this of Rias, '….I can't stop when there is a chance.' And this was the main reason for her words.

That chance to get her wish back was right in front of her eyes, as much as she thought that she would be able to resist this.

'In the end, I couldn't even last 5 minutes after learning that it was possible,' Grayfia was far from happy with herself at this moment but, there was a reason she had said this in front of Rias.

"I'll …think about it." That was Rias's answer that day, and Grayfia knew that there would be a chance judging from her words just that, '….It might take time.' but her thoughts were incorrect.

'I didn't expect it to be so soon,' Grayfia glanced at Adam as he was sighing.

She could see that it was awkward for him as well after he heard what happened that day. How can it not be awkward when his fiancée suddenly asks him to make that type of contract with her family's maid?

He must have many thoughts regarding this, and mainly thoughts about putting such a task on Rias. That is why she needed to be clear…

"Adam-sama ...if you don't want to make a contract with me, then it is fine," Grayfia stated that calmly, but her heart was in turmoil. She knew that such a chance may never come again, but just that fact didn't give her a good enough reason to do this.

'I do not want to destroy what they have,' Grayfia glanced at Rias and Adam who were sitting side by side in front of her.

"Well, it is not that way…." Adam sighed as he looked at Rias to check her reaction and, "I am just a little confused." He laughed awkwardly, he certainly didn't expect something like this.

"That makes two us," Grayfia nodded as well, she was indeed just as confused even if she was directly involved. It was just that Rias really surpassed their expectations at this moment.

"What are you two confused about?" Rias frowned since these two were acting way too annoyingly at the moment.

'Don't make it more awkward than it already is,' Rias sighed, she wasn't particularly enjoying this either.

"I mean this whole thing feels like a setup," Adam sighed before continuing, "I am still waiting for you to point at the camera, and go It's a prank!! even if there are no cameras here." In short, this just didn't make sense to him, like at all.

"Well, if you guys don't feel like doing that, I guess we should stop," Rias said shrugging her shoulders.

"Ojou-sama!"
