Need an illustrator

Anyone know a good illustrator who is in the range of 50-100$ for full body pictures?

Had a little problem with my previous illustrator. Don't know when we will work together again and I am searching for higher level pic anyway.

I tried searching on pixiv but the system there seems different and of the one dude who did answer to me said he did for 700$ ?(suffice to say that i apologized and run the hell out away.)
