Entry 10: Hearty Reunion

Arc 2: To Receive One's Just Desserts (Part 1)

Realising how lofty an achievement being at level 10 was for the current him who had only just levelled up recently, Samuel set aside any questions he had for the system about that checkpoint and focused back on the changes to his current status. Of the sexual activities, he was slightly confused about what Bukakke entailed since he had came on Emily's chest the night prior and that had supposedly counted as a bukkake.

[Bukkake: Splashing- Ejaculating anywhere on the body, or inside any orifice besides the vagina.]

'Basically, I won't earn any points if my cum doesn't touch a woman. Noted.'

The last thing Samuel did while he was getting out of bed to brush his teeth was to check the [Partners] tab. Thinking of using his only skill on the lone temporary partner of his, Samuel was presented with a long list of her information.

[Name: Emily Cooper]

[Age: 33]

[Sex: Female]

[Relationship Status: Married]

[Body Count: 2]

[Obedience: 5]

[Favourability: 30]

[Lust: 12]

Noticing that the body count was listed too, Samuel internally wondered if the number would affect his thoughts on having sex with women going forward. Originally, Samuel's thoughts had just been about getting to bed anyone, but inevitably, after having had sex with Emily, he wasn't too fond of the idea of visiting the red light district anymore- as he'd been tempted to do so in his past life.

'Her body count is only 2 though… that's her husband and I, right? She's a faithful one. Her husband is probably her first love or something. But I wonder if they're still in love anymore. It would've been nice to know.'

[Host is advised to level up status window skill for additional benefits.]

'Hm… I guess. Thanks, system.' Thanking the helpful tool, Samuel hopped in the shower, where he fiddled with his superior male appendage for a little while.

'I fapped nearly every day in my past life. I did it multiple times on most days too.' While under the running water, Samuel stared at his open right hand intently. His right hand had been with him through the ups and downs of life, and Samuel paid respects to it internally.

'But I reckon your time has ended now, hasn't it?' Thought Samuel, as the young adult clenched his fist. His time spent with just he and his right hand had finally come to an end, and Samuel promised that he would never masturbate alone ever again because he had no other options. Even if he was to go down the morally wrong route, he would utilise the system for his benefit to the best of his ability.

After the mini-episode, he hopped out of the shower and dressed in an old, worn-out white shirt and slacks. At his school, and in Polaria as a whole, there was a compulsory uniform policy which stipulated boys must wear a blazer, tie, shirt and dark-coloured school trousers, unlike their American neighbours. Samuel's blazer was probably stored in his locker or school bag since he couldn't find it in his wardrobe. He left his semi-long hair down without brushing it and then made his way down the stairs to get some breakfast before school.

While making his way down, he quickly interacted with the system about what the adultery multiplier that it applied to his SRP was, and a brief response from the system told Samuel of special cases in which one could have their farmed points multiplied. 'System, are there any other multipliers?'

[Yes, Host. As well as Adultery (*2), there is Virgin (*2), Harem (*2), and Incest (*2)]

'Incest?!'

At that moment, Samuel had already reached the bottom of the stairs, and when he looked up he spotted his mother, who also glanced towards the stairs- wondering who was coming down just as she was about to leave for work.

Samuel stood frozen on his spot. This was the first time he had seen her in around 20 years, the last time having been when she was in a coma dying in his arms as he called for someone to come over and see to her. The memory, despite being several decades old, was deeply ingrained into Samuel's psyche as it was his greatest regret in his 38-year-long first life. He had been haunted by nightmares of it and the events leading up to it ever since but he knew he deserved it.

He was remorseful and he regretted it. He didn't think he deserved a second chance to be able to correct his mistakes, but he for sure would not let up this chance that was given.

Slowly, Samuel walked closer to his mother, who was slightly confused by his behaviour. To her, Samuel had always been a quiet child, but ever since a few years back he had become reclusive and seldom made appearances downstairs. With how bogged down she was with work and providing for her two children, without support from a deceased family and as an abandoned wife, she had little time to spend with her kids- a reality which she regretted very much.

"Hey Sam, don't forget to have breakfa- Oof."

Evelyn Grace Hayes was promptly cut off by a sudden teenager jumping right into her and embracing her tightly. Samuel wrapped his arms around the slightly shorter frame of his mother and rested his head on his mother's shoulder, while she just confusedly stood there with her hands slightly raised but by her sides.

"Samuel? What happened dear?"

Evelyn could feel the waves of emotions rolling off of her son as the hug around her grew firmer with her question. She could intrinsically feel that Samuel had something that was troubling him very deeply, as his body slightly tremored. Samuel, at a loss for words, just continued to embrace the blonde-hair woman, before hesitantly speaking up.

"Nothing mum. I'm just… sorry."

Nothing he did could make him forgive himself for the way he neglected his mother in her time of distress in his past life, and even trying to apologise at this stage when everything had already occurred in the past made him feel like shit.

But Evelyn Hayes's ears picked up on the countless grievances and sorrows his sorry held, and she couldn't help but feel apologetic too for not having noticed how Samuel was feeling. She slightly misunderstood the extent to which Samuel was apologising, given the fact that she had not regressed like her son, and so was internally beating herself up over neglecting her child, just as her child was as well.

"Don't worry about it, Sam. It's fi-"

Her voice suddenly broke as her throat clogged up, prompting her to hug the son who had grown distant from her for all these years- the thought of which made her let out a silent tear- something that didn't come often to a woman who had been through as many hardships as she had in her lifetime. Having lost her parents while pregnant with her second child, and being abandoned by her husband who had been deported back to his original country, Evelyn was left alone to fend for her two children.

While her parents had been estranged from her due to her objectionable relationship with her middle-eastern immigrant husband, after their death, they left their house to her which the family of three swiftly moved into. The woman had been getting by, surviving solely on her salary as a nurse in a children's hospital, but she knew she hadn't been able to provide the comfortable life that she had growing up, to her two children.

Samuel, too, didn't let out any tears as his ducts had already dried out in his last life which was spent wallowing in remorse and drowning out regrets through video games. The pair of mother and child just stood there in the hallway, hugging out the crease in their relationship and breaking through the barriers to a healthier parent-child relationship. Though Samuel's thoughts began to drift off a few minutes into the hug.

As he was perched up on his mother's shoulder, his face pressed into the side of her head, into the organised, voluminous white-blonde bun. His nose was invaded by the smell of strawberries- probably from the shampoo his mother used- and with how his body was firmly pressed up against her rather large breasts, and the fact that he had found the incest multiplier in the system, Samuel began to pop a boner.

He reeled back so that his mother, who had been tightly pressed up against him, wouldn't notice his immoral feelings, he made just a little bit of distance between them. He didn't want to come off as though he was shying away from the intimate connection they just had since he realised it was a good way to rekindle their strained relationship, so he only stood several steps back and smiled at his mother who was wiping the slight wetness in her eyes.

"Mom, aren't you going to be late for work?"

Samuel called out, which made the woman begin fumbling to fix herself up since she'd be late for the bus otherwise. Once ready she looked back at her son, before drawing herself back in for a quick hug and peck on the cheek.

"I love you so much, Sam. If you want to talk about whatever you're going through, you can come to talk to me, okay?" She expressed while ironing out a crease in his shirt with her palm.

"Mhm."

"And make sure to eat something before you leave!" Evelyn called out, as she made her way out of the front door. Samuel only just waved at her as he was feeling giddy internally, glad to have been able to take a step towards mending his relationship with her.

"Yes, mum. See you later and have a good day!" He shouted back as the front door was slammed shut. He was aware his mother would return quite late from work, as usual, and so tried to act as joyful as possible while sending her off.

'There's nothing like a smile to brighten the day… or so they say. But I wouldn't know since I spent all day in my dingy bedroom. Whatever.'

While thinking odd thoughts, Samuel made his way to the kitchen.

'Sigh, now it's time to go back to school… for the first time in 20 years.'
