chapter 338
Chapter 338:
– Layla –
I stepped smoothly out of the swirling purple portal and into Penemue’s office at the top of FallCorp.
Behind her desk, Penemue sat nervously, her violet eyes flicking up immediately to meet mine with an expression that clearly said she wasn't amused.
“Well, it's about time you came back, little sister,” Penemue said dryly, giving me an exaggerated sigh and rolling her eyes dramatically. “I was running dangerously low on ways to entertain... ‘her’.”
I grinned widely, placing my hand on one hip. “Sorry, Pen. How’s Trihexa been? Any problems?”
Penemue shook her head, though her perfectly manicured eyebrow raised just slightly. “She’s perfectly fine. Aside from the fact that absolutely everything here is new to her and she seems utterly fascinated by snacking. Honestly, she's emptied every vending machine in the building at least three times by now.”
I laughed out loud at that. “Sounds about right…”
Glancing over, I spotted Trihexa sitting quietly on the plush office couch, her gorgeous ruby-red eyes immediately lighting up the second she saw me. She looked adorably innocent, sitting there with crumbs still clinging stubbornly to her lips. A small pile of empty candy wrappers rested at her side. Penemue hadn’t been exaggerating.
I walked over and stopped just in front of the beautiful apocalypse-in-human-form, smiling warmly down at her. “Hey, Trihexa. It’s time to go.”
Trihexa returned my smile enthusiastically, standing up gracefully and looking eagerly into my eyes. Her long black hair cascaded smoothly down her pale shoulders as she moved closer, excitement shimmering clearly in her eyes. “Oh! Where are we going now? Are we going to have more sex? I liked that a lot—it was fun.”
My cheeks flushed warmly. I didn't even need to look over to know Penemue was staring at me in disbelief, mouth hanging open slightly at Trihexa’s innocent and embarrassingly blunt words. Slowly, I turned my head, giving Penemue a mischievous wink that only made my older sister sigh and shake her head in exasperation.
Chuckling softly, I turned back to Trihexa and gently brushed a loose strand of hair behind her ear. “Maybe later,” I promised playfully, unable to stop my grin from widening. I honestly wouldn’t mind rewarding myself later with some well-earned fun after everything I’d just been through. “Right now, though, we have someone else to pick up first.”
Trihexa nodded happily, clearly satisfied with that promise for now. I reached out and gently took her hand, feeling her fingers instantly curl softly around mine. With one final amused glance back at Penemue—who was still watching us with narrowed eyes—I opened another swirling portal portal.
“See you soon, Pen,” I called back casually.
“Please try not to get into any more world ending trouble, Layla,” she sighed, rubbing her forehead tiredly.
“No promises!” I teased cheerfully as I led Trihexa through the portal, back into the swirling void beyond.
…Holding Trihexa’s warm, soft hand, I stepped back out into Hong Kong. The city looked drastically better than when I'd left—relief efforts had clearly been making good progress in the few hours since my departure.
Yes. Hours…
Not days.
Nearby, Unohana Retsu was calmly kneeling beside a young woman, her gentle green energy glowing softly from her hands as she finished healing another victim. The patient bowed deeply, thanking her repeatedly before hurrying off to rejoin her family.
Unohana slowly stood, brushing a bit of dust from her pristine white haori. When she turned, a gentle smile spread over her face upon seeing me.
“You weren’t gone very long, Layla,” she said softly, walking gracefully towards us. Her calm eyes drifted briefly to Trihexa, lingering curiously for a moment before returning to me. “Is it time to leave already?”
I smirked playfully, unable to hide the amusement from my voice. “I was gone a little longer than you think, Unohana. Let’s just say I’ve got some leeway when it comes to... well, Time. I managed to return before I left in the first place.”
Unohana blinked slowly, tilting her head slightly. Then she gave a small, accepting shrug. My casual breaking of reality didn’t seem to faze her much. She was probably already used to my strange ways.
Or she would eventually…
“Layla is strong,” Trihexa said cheerfully from beside me, squeezing my hand a bit tighter. Her brilliant ruby eyes glowed softly as she gazed up at me with open affection, clearly pleased to simply be near me again.
I smiled warmly back, brushing my thumb gently along the soft, silky skin of her knuckles.
Unohana’s gaze flicked briefly between the two of us. I could see some cute jealousy in her gaze but she didn't comment further.
“So, where do we go next?” Unohana asked.
“How about my world’s Japan?” I suggested to her.
—
What exactly did it mean to hold the domain of life itself in the palm of my hand?
I gazed down thoughtfully, sitting atop the roof of Yasaka’s palace, my smooth bare legs dangling comfortably over the edge. In my open palm rested a beautiful white stone, radiating softly with a pure, unfiltered power—life itself captured in physical form. It felt impossibly warm and peaceful in my grasp, humming gently with a force that dwarfed anything I'd ever experienced.
Even the six infinity stones I'd already merged with couldn’t compare.
It was definitely a huge responsibility.
As I studied the stone carefully, I fully grasped the scale of what I'd just been granted. With this single stone, my authority over life matched the Phoenix Force itself. I could create entire worlds filled with vibrant life or grant someone true, absolute immortality. Death would never again touch those I loved—though honestly, Lady Death herself wouldn't take someone from me anyway.
Still, the magnitude of this power wasn't lost on me.
The stone’s glow intensified, then slowly sank into my skin, merging seamlessly into the center of my palm. I gasped softly, my eyes widening as a wave of warm, soothing energy rippled effortlessly through my entire body, filling every cell.
Interestingly, unlike my previous stones, my stats didn't noticeably spike. Well, at least not in the usual way.
A familiar notification suddenly popped into existence directly in front of my vision:
{HP has increased from HP: 300,780,500 to ∞ (Infinity)…}
My jaw dropped open slightly, and I stared in dumbfounded disbelief at the system’s message.
Holy shit—my health was literally infinite now?
Did that mean I was actually, genuinely unkillable? Could I even take damage at all now? Probably not conventionally, at least. The worst any future enemies could realistically manage would be to seal me away somehow—and good luck to anyone stupid enough to try.
I'd become one of this multiverse's most ridiculously powerful beings, probably second only to the One Above All himself.
Snorting quietly, I shook my head. Damn, talk about op.
[Please don’t nerf!]
“One more stone to go,” I chuckled softly to myself as my feet swung lazily back and forth in the warm evening breeze.
I stayed on the rooftop for a while longer, simply enjoying the view as the beautiful Japanese sunset dipped below the distant horizon. Rich reds and oranges slowly faded into calm purples and blues. When twilight finally overtook the city, I sighed contentedly and rose to my feet, stepping effortlessly off the edge of the roof.
I fell dozens of feet downward, landing silently in Yasaka’s lush backyard. The ground beneath me didn't even tremble—hell, I barely felt the landing at all. As I walked through the garden in bare feet, I saw that plants were actually bending in my direction now as if I was the sun itself. With every step, the plant life around me bloomed even brighter.
[Layla of the Fallen… Official Disney Princess now…]
I snorted. ‘Oh please, the kinds of things I got up to could never be aired on tv…’
After heading back inside Yasaka’s palace, I found Yasaka and Unohana already lounging at the low dining table, sharing sake and talking quietly. Well, sort of quietly—my enhanced hearing caught snippets, and I smirked slightly when I realized the topic.
They were gossiping about me and my harem…
Unohana noticed me first, a gentle smile appearing on her lips. “Ah, Layla, you’re back.”
Yasaka gave me a warm glance and patted the spot next to her. “Come join us, dear.”
Sliding onto the floor cushion across from them, I grinned knowingly. “So what exactly are you two whispering about over here?”
Unohana’s eyes sparkled playfully, though her voice stayed soft. “Oh, just the fact that your romantic life sounds quite… complicated. I was wondering exactly what I’ve gotten myself into.”
Yasaka laughed, elegantly lifting her sake cup. “Oh, don’t worry. It’s certainly lively. Layla’s lovers—myself included—are an eccentric bunch. There’s never a dull moment, but we do all get along rather well most of the time. Of course, relationships always have their speedbumps.”
“That’s what lots and lots of sex is for,” I added bluntly, grinning at the slight blush on Unohana’s cheeks. “Nothing smooths out relationship problems like thoroughly fucking them away.”
Trihexa, who had been happily munching away at some bright red mochi across from me, suddenly raised her hand high above her head. Her ruby eyes gleamed innocently. “I really like sex!”
“Ara ara~” Yasaka purred delightedly, her nine soft tails swaying back and forth behind her.
Unohana blushed brighter, quietly sipping at her sake as she glanced shyly toward Trihexa. Clearing her throat awkwardly, she murmured, “Well, if I’m being honest…it’s been quite a while since I’ve had any kind of physical intimacy.”
Yasaka leaned forward curiously, clearly intrigued. “Oh? Exactly how long is ‘a while,’ Unohana-san?”
As they spoke, I leaned comfortably into Trihexa’s shoulder. She tilted her head curiously toward me, pausing her chewing for a moment to look at me intently. “Layla… you feel different. Like you’re limitless now…”
I chuckled softly. Leave it to Trihexa to notice something had changed immediately. “You could say that,” I murmured quietly, feeling genuinely amused. “In a way, I really am.”
Returning my focus to Unohana, I arched an eyebrow curiously, genuinely interested in her response as well. Unohana glanced downward, fingers fidgeting with the rim of her sake cup. When she finally answered, it came out as barely a whisper.
“Over nine hundred years…”
Yasaka choked loudly on her sake, coughing and sputtering.
Even I had to pause and give an impressed whistle at that admission. “Damn. Now that’s a serious dry spell right there…”
[You're telling me…]
Unohana’s cheeks were scarlet now, though a faint smile touched her lips as she glanced up at me shyly. “Well, hopefully it won’t be too much trouble to help me… break that streak?”
“Oh, trust me,” Yasaka laughed softly, playfully flicking one fluffy golden tail in my direction, “if there’s one thing Layla excels at, it’s ending dry spells.”
—
Yasaka’s bedroom was easily one of my favorite spots in the palace. I'd lost track of how many times I'd ended up here—but tonight definitely promised to be especially fun.
Trihexa and Unohana were both sitting on top of the comforter. They sat quietly, waiting for Yasaka and me, both watching us with anticipation in their eyes.
I glanced sideways at Yasaka. Her slitted golden eyes sparkled mischievously, meeting my gaze. I smiled back, feeling that mutual thrill building between us. We exchanged a simple nod, both clearly thinking the exact same thing.
Tonight would be very enjoyable and pleasurable…
I slowly moved towards Unohana. Her face was flushed deep red, her eyes shyly darting downward. Seeing this mature, stacked milf of a woman blushing shyly like this was undeniably sexy, and made my heart pound faster.
"Relax," I whispered, gently touching her chin to tilt her face back up to mine.
Across from us, Yasaka gracefully sauntered over to Trihexa, her tails swaying rhythmically behind her. She leaned down, placing a delicate kiss on Trihexa’s cheek.
Trihexa blinked curiously at Yasaka, then glanced at me with wide, innocent eyes. “Layla, am I going to have sex with Yasaka now? Is that okay with you?”
I couldn't help but chuckle warmly at her straightforward innocence. “It's perfectly fine, Trihexa. We're all part of the same big, loving harem. Trust me—there’ll be plenty of pleasurable swapping tonight.”
Yasaka purred appreciatively at my words. “Damn right there will be.” Without wasting another second, she began slowly removing Trihexa's clothing, exposing smooth, flawless pale skin. My eyes lingered appreciatively on Trihexa’s perky breasts, her pretty pink nipples already stiffening in anticipation.
My attention shifted back to Unohana, who was watching Yasaka and Trihexa with wide, curious eyes. I gently touched her shoulder, bringing her gaze back to mine.
“You alright with all of this?” I asked softly.
She hesitated only for a brief moment, her cheeks still burning red, before nodding shyly. “Yes. Very much so.” As if to reinforce her words, she reached up and slowly slipped her yukata from her shoulders. The silky fabric pooled softly around her waist, exposing her stunning figure to me fully. Unohana’s breasts were large and perfectly shaped, the slight, gentle sag emphasizing their fullness and maturity in a way I found incredibly sexy.
I bit my lower lip, appreciating every inch of this beautiful woman before me. Adding another gorgeous milf to my harem felt absolutely amazing.
Unohana gave me a shy yet inviting smile, clearly ready and waiting for what came next. I leaned in close, my lips just inches from hers as I whispered teasingly, "Good girl…"
My pulse quickened as our lips met...

I might come back and add a proper lemon later… I just wanted to get this out cuz its been like a week since I update this story.
