Weaponry For Everyone

Artel Assist was a Skill for tanks with heavy armor and heavy weapons! This was what Nox believed and he would make Lili's equipment based on that belief.

He already had a number of ideas for a nice full plate harness for her but weapons first.

'Since Heavy weapons are the best for compatibility with her Skill, a buster sword type ultra big, ultra heavy weapon is good enough, or maybe a warhammer . . .' Nox thought.

'But since sometimes speed and precision are key, I'll also make a pair of short swords, now for her main weapon, I'll go with the sword after all since blunt impact works fine on adventurers but there are surprisingly quite a few monsters with a fair bit of resistance to it.'

'Still, with that big of a sword there will be plenty of blunt force anyways and I can always compensate with the magically imbued abilities of the weapon . . .'

With his thoughts in order, Nox got to work. The twin short swords were silver colored blades with engraved hilts made in the style of a gladius and blades covered with magical rune work. Named the Argentum Gladi, they possessed a few notable abilities.

Quicksilver: Passively enhances the user's agility and dexterity while in use. Mind can be expended for a burst of speed in a flash of silver light.

Silver Flash: Magically enhanced cutting performance. Mind can be used to negate defenses with the cost being proportional to the strength of said defense. Covers the blade in a silver glow.

Simple but effective, with Nox's Arcana Craft, so long as he had a successful blueprint, he could make numerous copies of an item but this time, he purposely made the blades into a pair because it could enhance their abilities and make them more efficient.

For Lili's main weapon, he created an enormous sword in the style of the Dragonslayer used by Guts from Berserk but scaled to the pallum's actual size with a rune engraved blade. As it was to be the main weapon, Nox bestowed up it the unbreakable attribute and potent magical abilities. Due to its great size, it could actually store Mind in its huge blade to use its abilities without a special gem.

Titan Slayer: The weapon's size can be increased at will. This will not only naturally increase its power and weight but its magical abilities also rise proportionally.

Shatter Shock: Mind, stamina or both can be used to create powerful shock waves and destructive vibrations with each swing. Can create an omnidirectional shock wave when thrust into the ground r held up to the sky.

Divine Strength: Drastically boost user's strength when in use. Can be increased at the cost of Mind stamina or both.

Hammer of Judgement: Unleash the ultimate power. At the cost of not being able to use any of the previous abilities for the next 24 hours, the user can conjure an invincible strike down from the heavens, to crush any opponent to nothing.

Nox called the marvel he created simply, The Judge.

With Lili's weapon done, Nox moved on to Haruhime, for her he would need to make a backup close combat weapon and train her in its use. She said she had learned very basic tantojutsu from her father before he exiled her so he would make her a tanto on the long side.

Nox called it Kamisori and it was a very simply tanto with a reddish lacquered wood handle and scabbard. Since it would be a backup weapon for a mage, Nox gave it magical abilities fitting for such a role rather than as a standalone weapon.

Spirit Healing: Recovers Mind at a moderate pace so long as it's being carried. It's not required to hold it in one's hand.

Twin Drain: Drains health and Mind from struck targets recovering the user's.

Flying Razor: Creates a flying blade with a swing by draining Mind, stamina or both. Twin Drain can be used through this attack.

As for her main weapon, Nox made a prayer staff with chimes called Inari Kagura which had a few useful abilities for a mage which would be Haruhime's main role.

Mind Pool: The staff possess a Mind Pool that recovers automatically it can be utilized by the user for any purpose so long as the staff is held.

Purification Barrier: Places a protective barrier that blocks any type of harm until its damage limit is reached. Activates automatically in case the user is about to suffer unexpected damage.

Supreme Miko: Lowers the cost of magic and increases its power, range, duration and area of effect. The boost is greatly increased for support and healing magic.

Chimes of Fortune: Ring the chimes of the staff while expending a small amount Mind to cast a  weak buff to all abilities that also slowly recovers health and stamina over time on the user and all chosen allies.

Finally, all that was left, was Aisha. The amazoness was quite used to her weapon so she wanted something similar in shape which Nox obliged in other words, a great podao, an two handed curved greatsword.

Aisha had a very high risk high reward fighting style and loved to throw herself into the thick of things without the slightest regard for her safety so Nox was thinking about both increasing her survivability and supporting such a berserker like fighting style as well.

Unlike her original weapon, her new one had a runed blade and a tuft of long violet fur where the guard would be and possessed the unbreakable attribute, as for its magical abilities . . .

Twin Drain: Drains health and stamina from struck targets recovering the user's.

Blood Drinker: The blade absorbs blood and can use it for various other abilities along with the user's Mind. Can continuously suck out blood from open wounds caused by it.

Bloody Fang: Sends a red flying slash powered by the blood absorbed by the blade.

Blood Haze: Covers the user in a bloody red mist like aura that provides some protection and increases the user's attack power and bloodthirst while recovering health and stamina continuously.

Blood Demon: Transforms the user into a blood demon with incredible power and rapid regeneration. Drains the blade's blood supply at a very fast rate and the form heavily increases the user's bloodlust.

With this, Nox had weapons for everyone and was plenty satisfied with his work, he couldn't wait to show his masterpieces to the girls who would use them but also to Hephaestus and Tsubaki because he new they would be immensely proud of him.

But as he went to show off the new gear he had made an idea came to Nox's mind about strengthening the girls even further. Since he had access to somebody else's Status, couldn't he try to mess with their magic using his Arcana skill?

Once this thought got stuck in his head, Nox couldn't hold himself back from trying it out, if it failed, it failed, it's not like there were risks for trying right, so he might as well do it. It was an outlandish idea with unexpected results.

The girls were all hanging out in the living room of the safehouse . . . Well more like Lili was glaring at Aisha who just had a mocking smile on her face while Haruhim was looking at the two of them wondering what she should do to defuse the situation.

Hey ladies! I got gifts for the three of you but before that, I want to check something out so Haruhime come with me.

Nox the proceeded to drag away a blushing Haruhime leaving a stunned amazoness and pallum behind with their mouth open.

Their whole disagreement was about who would be the first to get into Nox's pants. Aisha was sure of her advantage and mocked Lili for still being a little child and that Nox would not be interested in her in that way for a good while. More than enough time for AIsha to use her well trained feminine wiles to seduce him.

Once Nox arrived in the room they felt they should stop because they might lower his opinion of them and were happy that he had gifts and with the recent question, it should be their brand new weapons, personally crafted by the man they loved so they were very excited indeed.

Alas, after saying that, he just grabbed the unassuming Haruhime who was quiet for the whole discussion and sormed away with barely any explanation.

'That renard . . . She might be the truly threatening one as competition for Nox-sama's affections." Thought Lili.

'Wow! My little sister is doing quite well for herself! I thought she needs to be a bit more assertive with her desires but it seems she is Nox's type.' Aisha pondered.

Meanwhile, in Nox's room, he and Haruhime were sitting on the bed as he commanded.

"Strip!"

". . . Eh? EEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHH!?"
