Chapter 89 – Getting Shown the Ropes

After a short carriage ride through the city, Sophia and I arrived at the Red Den while it was still the early hours of the morning. Led in through the back way, I was taken into the building, through the hallways we had exited out of the other day. When we eventually made our way to the woman’s office, it was there that she handed me over to her second-in-command.

"You’re in good hands with Arriana, and I’m sure you will do well here at the Red Den, but if you need anything, you know where to find me. Best of luck, Evelyn." Sophia said before disappearing into her office.

Arriana, the busty red-haired woman with whom I was left alone was as gorgeous as the last time I had seen her, during our brief interaction when Vel and I first arrived at the Red Den yesterday. Sure, the visible effects of her presence weren’t as strong as Sophia's, but the woman had other aspects that made her rather appealing in her own way. The largest of which was, of course, her breasts, almost as big as mine and with a generous amount of cleavage spilling out of her skimpy, red sequin dress.

"If you would follow me please, Evelyn." She immediately spoke up, ushering me along behind her as she continued deeper into the Red Den. "As it happens, you aren’t the only woman starting her first day today, so I’ll begin things properly after I introduce you two. Actually, from what I heard, you two already met, even if it was a somewhat fleeting meeting without even having a chance to exchange a word."

As I was led through various hallways, the woman’s words intrigued me, causing me to think back on the previous day as to who it could have been that she was talking about. The moment the two of us made our way into the main part of the back rooms, a large open-spaced area with various lounges and racks of clothes for the men and women working here to prepare for the day, a room directly connected to the main floor of the establishment, I recalled the brief meeting Arriana was talking about. The one that happened when I crossed paths with a woman coming out of Sophia’s office yesterday, a woman who I correctly assumed had just had sex, and whose wayward wet panties I found tucked into one of the seats in Sophia’s office a little while later.

The fact that I just happened to spot the woman in question rather stiffly sitting on one of the lounges, a woman dressed more modestly than any of the other men or women in this room, sure did help, but I liked to think that I would have come to that realisation without such help anyway.

"Here we are," Arriana said as we made our way to the rather young, slender, dark-skinned woman with black curly hair. And although I would have described her as slender, that only really applied to her shoulders and waist, as even though the woman's tits and hips weren’t as generous as mine, they were still quite womanly and curvaceous.

"Evelyn, this is Cassidy. She’s recently awakened, even more recently than you, so please be kind to her and help her out with anything if you can. Cassidy, this is Evelyn Hart. She is only a few levels higher than you but has no experience working at an establishment like this. So you’ll both be under me for the first day as you learn the ropes." Arriana introduced us to each other, but although the other woman smiled at me during this, the moment my full name was mentioned, her smile turned into a bit of a sneer.

I had no clue as to what possible reason Cassidy could have had to think poorly of me, but apparently, there was some hatred there, as when she next spoke up, her words only barely hid the annoyance and disgust in her voice. "I… look forward to working with you… Evelyn Hart."

"Likewise, I hope we can get along in the future, Cassidy." I responded back, but my tone was nothing but sincere and hopeful for that to actually be the case. After all, the last thing I wanted to sour this experience was an annoying coworker. I've had enough of those already during my life on Earth.

"Alright then, now that introductions are done, let's get you, ladies, into some more appropriate clothing, or should I say inappropriate clothing." Arriana had a little chuckle at her remark, but both Cassidy and I were completely silent.

Continuing on as if there hadn’t been a moment of awkward silence after her little joke, Arriana gestured around to the various racks of clothes around us. "This space is essentially the wardrobe and changing rooms for the entire establishment. There are a great many sets of clothes available for anyone to wear, and there's some free make-up at the front of the room by the mirrors if you want it, but I doubt either of you has much need for make-up. Still though, a little can help accent your looks further even with natural beauties like yourselves or those who have a strong presence like myself."

"Now, although much of the stuff here is up for grabs while you work, a few of the racks of clothing have little stickers with names on them," Arriana explained as she pointed out one such rack that had her name on it. "These denote that the clothes on them are that person's personal belongings and not the property of the mistress and the Red Den. Of course, you can still wear someone else's clothes, just be polite and ask them first."

"For you two though… Hmm, let’s see what I can find…" Arriana mused to herself for a couple of seconds as she wandered into the various racks of clothing. A few seconds later, she returned with two sets of clothing and handed one to each of us. "If you would change into these, I’ll take you onto the main floor and go through the establishment's day-to-day operations."

"Right here?" Cassidy asked a little shyly. Meanwhile, I had already pulled my dress up over my head, having no problems getting naked in front of anyone.

"There are other rooms you could probably use to get changed if you want, but I’d advise against that. Being naked in front of your coworkers is something you will have to get used to as it is bound to happen quite a bit." Arriana went about pretty much saying, "Yes right here", but in a very polite, professional way.

"Right, okay…" Cassidy chirped back before following my lead and removing her dress. Not hesitating for even a second now that she knew this was were she was supposed to get changed.

As the two of us stripped out of our clothes and underwear, getting completely naked before putting on the clothes provided for us, Arriana just watched keenly from the side. That said, her gaze didn’t really hold lewd intentions like I might have held if I was the one watching two gorgeous young women get naked. No, she was merely observing how we were acting.

By the time Cassidy pulled down her panties, the last bit of clothing she was wearing, I openly and shamelessly took a glance over at her pussy. Her pussy was adorned with a rather cute patch of pubic hair, dyed pink and shaved into the shape of a heart, something that really stood out against the dark shade of her skin.

"Oh, wow, your pussy is so cute. I never thought of dying my pubic hair. Maybe I should grow it out some more and see what I can do with it." I fawned over the cute little heart on her pussy as I shamelessly stood there, butt naked. As I did so, the fact that a few of the other men and women currently in this space were giving me and my overly generous curves a curious glance didn’t escape me.

"Thanks, I guess…" Cassidy grumbled in response, but I had a feeling she was only doing so because she didn’t want to appear rude in front of our more senior coworker than she actually appreciated my comment.

After that, now that we were both naked, it only took us a few moments to get dressed again, mainly because our new sets of clothing didn’t have much to them. My own clothes pretty much only consisted of a dress and a pair of panties, and that was only if you could call either of them that.

You see, my pair of panties didn’t involve any fabric at all; instead, it was just a simple thread of pearls in the bare, minimal shape of panties. I had never worn underwear like that before, and I knew as a matter of fact that it would barely cover anything. What I wasn’t expecting, though, was for the pearls to actually feel rather nice on my pussy when I put them on. Sure, they were rather tight and slipped right up my little slit, almost giving me a wedgie front and back, but the beads slid around a little whenever I moved, giving me a nice little bit of constant stimulation on my clit.

The dress, although not as skimpy as the pearl panties was very erotic in nature. It was all white and slightly see-through in the right light, but not completely so. The chest part of the dress was essentially just one length of fabric that went up from the waist, behind my neck, and then back down to the waist. This bit of clothing only barely covered my breasts, showing off outrageous amounts of cleavage and side boob since I was apparently not going to be wearing a bra underneath it.

Hell, if I just moved wrong in this dress, I reckoned that it would be incredibly easy to spill out of it. The bottom part of the dress wasn’t any better, since it only went down to about halfway down my thighs, which they could barely contain, but given the purpose for which these clothes were going to be worn for, they couldn’t have been better designed. They were the perfect clothes for teasing and enticing someone, not to mention getting fucked in.

Once I was dressed, I turned my attention to Cassidy, who was taking a little more time getting dressed because her clothes were a bit more complicated than mine. Her clothes were a matching set of black lace lingerie, including a bra, thong, garter belt, and stockings.

Cassidy was having a bit of a hard time putting on her stockings, as, from the looks of things, I doubted whether she had ever worn stockings before. Without giving it a thought, I immediately went over to help the young woman the moment I saw her struggling. Although she didn’t seem to like the fact that I was trying to help and show her the right way to do this, she didn’t fight me.

Soon enough, the two of us were dressed in our new, sexy work attire, and I couldn’t help but take a moment or two to ogle Cassidy. The way the black lace of her underwear further accented the rich, chocolate tone of her skin was quite appealing.

I hope she warms up to me because I would really like to get a taste of that sometime in the future… I’m sure her pussy tastes amazing!

"Now that you are both ready, please follow me." Arriana wasted not even a second once the two of us were clothed and led us from the changing room towards the main floor of the Red Den.

To get there, we had to pass through a small hallway that acted only as a point of security between us and the clientele. There were no other doors in the hallway other than the ones leading to the main floor and the changing room, and the only thing actually in the hallway was one of the suit-wearing bouncers that guarded the establishment.

Once past that hallway, the three of us emerged onto the main floor. The Red Den was exactly like I had seen it when I was here yesterday. A fair amount of red drapery hung from the walls, partially obscuring various side rooms. Two bars manned by skimpily dressed staff lined the back walls. To the sides, two sets of doors were guarded by bouncers. In the middle of the room were various tables and chairs, only somewhat occupied by a few clients, both men and women, who were watching a nearly naked woman dance on the stage at the front of the room.

"The main floor is where you will be spending the majority of your time when you aren’t with a client. By milling about here and engaging in conversation, you let the clientele know that you are available to be hired. " Arriana explained as we made our way to the back of the room, to one of the bars.

"In addition to this room, there are two other similar rooms to the sides, accessible through doorways hidden behind the red silk hangings. Those rooms serve a similar purpose to this one, except that the one on the right is for women only and the one on the left is for men only. They’re a space for our gay clients to relax and enjoy themselves without having to lay eyes on or deal with the advances of workers of the opposite gender."

"Obviously, you will never have any reason to enter the men's room, but you will be expected to drift in and out of the women's, spending nearly as much time there as you are going to out here." She continued to explain as both Cassidy and I just nodded along, attentively paying close attention to every word. As much as it seemed Cassidy did not like me, at least it looked like she was a good worker. But that was just an early observation based on her current behaviour. Only time would tell how she would really do.

"What you see here is only the morning dribble," Arriana said as she gestured to the dozen or so men and women sitting around the main floor. "Although the Red Den is open from morning to midnight, the main portion of our business happens in the late part of the afternoon. Fewer workers are scheduled on during the early parts of the day, but it is the perfect time for the less experienced men and women like yourselves to get used to the way we operate."

"Also many take the opportunity to practice their dancing and other such performances at this early morning." She explained as she nodded at the woman up on the stage. "You won't be expected to go up there straight away, but in time you will be given the opportunity to if you wish to take it. In addition to getting paid for every client you service, there are other opportunities like that around."

"An example of such is manning the front desk. Although it isn't the most interesting role, it pays well enough and is the perfect way to earn a little more coin if you are on your period and don’t feel like having sex. Although some clients are actually into that if you’re feeling frisking during your time of the month and most won't care as long as you keep everything cleaned and maintained, but that’s beside the point. Getting back on topic, the Red Den also hosts a variety of events from time to time. Participation in them isn’t required, but the pay is rather hefty.

"Right, I’ve heard rumours about how the Red Den’s orgy nights can be rather wild," Cassidy spoke up, catching my interest.

"Orgies? That sounds like a lot of fun." A grinned with an excited, perverted light in my eyes. I had never actually been in a real orgy before, but I was sure to enjoy myself at such an event since I had fantasised about doing so more than once before.

"Yes, the orgies can be a bit… wild, but they pay the best. Not all events are like that, though. Some are surprisingly tame, like the dance competition we held once. The only thing sexual about that was the fact that those competing weren’t allowed to wear clothes."

I definitely made the right call. Working here is going to be so much fun!

"There are only a few more things I need to show you around the establishment, but after that, we will come back here and start trying to get you two your first client," Arriana said as she made her way from the bar once more, heading towards the side doors guarded by a set of bouncers.
