Chapter 44 – Killing humans.

After that dreadful smile, we continued watching the men for a while. It seems that none of them had yet realized our location; my aunt was waiting for the best moment to attack.

At that time, the men seemed to be after something, so they were a little distracted by this. I think for that reason, they didn't realize we were here.

"Listen, let's wait for them to get farther. When they are on the coast we attack, I don't want you to take any chances." It seems that trying to fight directly with them is a little difficult for me, so she prefers to attack them in secret.

I don't think I would have a problem attacking them directly, or maybe my confidence has increased for some reason, but even thinking about it, I just replied, "Okay, let's wait."

My voice was somber, so my aunt was a little surprised, maybe she thought I would be more scared? I confess that I was a little like this before.

I'm still a little reluctant to kill humans, but after watching all that in that mansion, I don't think they deserve forgiveness, and they deserve to stay alive. I need to kill him, soon I'll forget.

I was already holding my sword in my right hand, but my aunt still had her sword in its sheath.

"Alright, get ready." I looked at the men and realized that they had stopped to rest. They were all sitting with their backs to us, but one of them was still walking around the 'Camp'; I think he was on guard.

"We won't have any problems with that guy." If we attacked, that man would see us and warn others, so I asked my aunt that she sure has a plan.

"Don't worry, and he won't have enough time to do anything if you attack at full speed." My aunt looked confident, and she was trusting me a lot.

Wait, can I attack so fast? I remember training my body a lot, but I don't think my speed is that great, but if she's saying it, I think I should trust that.

"Okay." The last time I trusted her, I was impaled by a dragon, but this is passed, I think?

After that little conversation, my aunt took her sword out of its sheath in just a second, it was so fast that I almost couldn't see, and after doing so, just turned to me and said, "Run as fast as you can." and right after that sentence, we ran towards the men.

Two men were more isolated on the left, the others were talking about something on the right side, and the man who was on guard was also on that side, that is, this is where my aunt will attack.

The moment we ran to the men, the man on guard managed to notice my aunt and tried to scream.

My eyes widened for that scene. My aunt passed by the men sitting in the blink of an eye and shook her was on the neck of the man standing. In just one movement, his head was taken off.

It's been a long time since I saw so much blood in one place, that blood gushing from the man's neck was a little disgusting, but not paying attention to it, I have my enemies.

I looked ahead and realized that the men were already on their feet and were already holding their respective weapons.

One of them was holding a bow, so he moved away from me, but the other was holding a sword in one hand, I think it will be cool to test my sword skills, but that archer will be a problem.

I held my sword tightly and waited for the man to attack, but by the time he attacked, it was like everything was in slow motion, stay, are they that slow? I thought they were some 'Overpowers' characters.

I used my sword to deflect his sword route, causing him to lose his balance a little, but the moment I attacked him, I felt that I would be in trouble if I stayed in the same place.

I looked at the man who was holding the bow and realized that he was ready to release that arrow in my direction, but I could predict the entire path of the arrow. The moment the arrow came towards me, I managed to dodge it without much trouble.

If I rest, the man swung his sword towards me, but again I deviated his sword route with mine making him unbalanced.

After he lost his balance a little, I kicked with all my strength in his stomach. I didn't think my kick would be so strong; I could feel his ribs breaking.

I even thought my foot would go inside his belly. It was a strange sensation; he passed out at the same moment.

I looked at the archer, and he was ready to shoot another arrow at me. I think I'd better kill this one first.
