Chapter 40 – A secret.

After I left that woman's house, it was a little challenging to convince my aunt that nothing had happened inside that room. We talked for a long time after she finished removing the curse, so it was a little strange for her.

But after I said it was nothing, that I was telling how I suffered the curse, my aunt accepted it without too many questions; I'm glad she trusts me.

Maybe I should trust her and tell her that I didn't come from this world? I think it would not be accepted very quickly, and I am your niece. If she learns that I came from another planet, she can hate me.

Imagine if she finds out that her cute nephew is a man inside? She would find me disgusting and would hate me.

'Maybe that doesn't happen, she is a kind person, and I am still the niece.' But it will be a little difficult for her to accept this because I already showered with her.

If she knows that she took a shower with a man and that her body could turn him on, she will definitely hate me, so I don't know if it's a good idea to do that. I could only say that I am a woman from another world, but I still need to think about it better.

Riding in the forest while thinking this was not very good, I almost got distracted for a moment and fell off the horse, but my aunt held me with just one hand, and after receiving a warning from her, I stopped being distracted.

It happened before, when I got distracted in the middle of the fight, I suffered an injury like that, so I can't do that anymore.

"Auntie, I'm sorry for hurting myself, I worried you a lot, right?" I never stopped to talk to her seriously about it, but I think this is a good time.

"Yes, I worry a lot; you don't know how much I cared about you." She was very serious, I think she was furious and upset with me when that happened, and of course, she was also anxious.

"I'm sorry, I didn't want to get hurt so much, but I wasn't prepared to fight that thing, I should have given up beforehand, but I got excited."

When I was facing that thing, I thought I would be able to fight, but it was not as I imagined, I thought I was strong enough to kill that thing, but my training was not enough.

I should have given up as soon as I got there, and I was shaking with fear. I shouldn't have put the fear aside and attacked it, but my aunt cut all my reasoning with one sentence.

"I shouldn't have sent you to fight the dragon, it was my fault, forgive me for that."

Yes, she encouraged me to fight the dragon, but I could have given up. I don't think she would have me fighting.

"Well, I could have given up, but I decided to attack, so don't blame yourself so much." I didn't want her to feel guilty about me getting hurt; she's such a kind person, of course, she wouldn't put me in danger on purpose.

"We will stop talking about it. We are almost back to the village."It seems that she is not in the mood to talk about that battle. I think it was difficult for her too.

########

After a while, we were in the village again; when we arrived, many people approached asking what had happened, but my aunt just said that we had gone for a walk in the forest.

Of course, most people did not accept this explanation, but no one dared to ask what we were doing.

"Go tell your uncle that we have arrived, and also tell him that you're okay, right?" My aunt put her hand on my head, and I accepted it for her, and then I went towards my house.

My aunt stayed outside; she had to take care of the horse and also had to continue her work in the village.

So I just ran to the door and opened it quickly to break the news to my uncle, and he was there, cooking something while humming a song I had never heard before.

Many times I heard him humming this song, maybe it is an essential song for him, but I will have to interrupt, I'm sorry.

"Uncle, we're back." He was startled for a moment, but then he started to say, "Did you do it?" It seems that my aunt had told him what was with me and where we were going, so I just told everything that happened.

"I see, so everything went well." He had a tone of relief.

Now that this curse has been lifted, maybe I should train more from tomorrow. I hope that now my body will be healthy again. I don't want to be useless to my aunt.
