Chapter 609: Morning in the emperor’s palace
Mason woke with his three wives in the palace of his dead enemy. The immortal emperor Jeong was gone, and Mason was now king of the east, the undisputed most powerful player on ‘new earth’.
But he couldn’t exactly relax. The ‘doom’ was coming—roboGod’s apocalyptic, demonic-invading climax. This was supposed to take several months, though, or maybe even years. For the moment, the main crisis humanity faced was over.
Once the ‘holy city’ was locked down in martial law, Mason had taken a well deserved night with his wives. His first wife and ‘assistant’ (and bonded slave) Haley, the once French-Canadian jazz singer, had brought the others and set up everything.
They’d had all they could eat—which for Mason, was a lot. A few nice bottles of wine. A literal self-powered, sci-fi hot tub pulled from void storage. A lot of talking and cuddling and sex that ranged from intimate to pornographic.
But now they were in a sleepy pile of pillows and blankets, lying before a smoking fireplace, tangled in a sexy mess of naked limbs. It was early, too early. The light was just creeping through the skylights. Mason had a meeting with his new servants soon, but not a single urge to get up.
He wanted a week like this. Maybe a month. All his women around him making things beautiful and simple. Images of the night played through his mind—giving each woman special time and attention, enjoying them all together in a dizzying orgy that had him stiffening again at the thought…
They’d spent a long night in each other’s arms, touching, talking, making love. It was the first time Demi (his only player wife—a half Asian, half Native American girl from Oklahoma) and Naya (an elven princess) had been with him together. He hadn’t realized how important it was to him that they got along.
Turned out…really well. Like sexy BFFs with benefits well. It probably helped that Demi was nature affinity, and the literal avatar of the nature god Gaia. It made her immortal, too, which probably gave the long-lived elf comfort she could get invested. He expected it was weird knowing normal humans would die in what for you was only a small piece of your life. It probably made them avoid getting too attached.
But before the morning light, Naya and Demi were already smiling at each other and whispering like they were conspiring. They shot him little grins (Naya) and stuck out their tongues (Demi).
This just reminded him all the wonderful things they’d done with those tongues. Only Haley was really attracted to women, but somehow in his presence, maybe from all his powers and sex-oriented titles, his women basically all turned bisexual.
They’d gotten each other off almost as much as they’d attended to him. He was very happy to encourage it. Having his women fully intimate when they were with him was exactly what he wanted. There were literally system ‘rules’ to prevent it without his presence. Plus the sight of his wives with their beautiful faces buried between each other’s legs was…well. He didn’t see any downside.
He’d had his share of amazing nights in the post-apocalypse, but the last one had taken the lead. He’d wanted some of his other women there, of course—Becky, Rosa, Lexi especially. But right now the others were more like girlfriends (some concubines…).
Naya, Demi and Haley were his true wives, and what mattered most was making sure his relationship with them was a rock solid foundation. After that night, he was sure it was.
“It’s almost time, my love,” Haley said sleepily beside him, rolling over to lay her head on his chest.
He sighed and stroked her hair, eyes fluttering as he considered going back to sleep. She took his hand and they laced their fingers, her beautiful blue eyes meeting his before she grinned.
“Last night was wonderful,” she whispered, glancing at the other girls with a look of renewed lust. “I can’t believe how into it they were. And there was no jealousy. They were so sexy and submissive and perfect.”
She bit her lip and ran a hand up Demi’s back, drawing out a sleepy sigh. She grinned and looked so cute Mason couldn’t help but lean down and kiss her.
“Maybe I should push the meeting back a few hours,” he said. Haley gave him a stern look and pulled the blanket further up her chest.
“Our bodies can’t take it. And you only get to make a first impression once. You should show these people you value their time and advice.”
“I think my first impression was eating a guy in the Neutral Zone,” he said, forcing the blanket back down to see her exposed, glorious tits. “Oh, then I killed their emperor. So this is like a third impression.”
She slapped at his hands with no effect, then rolled her eyes before covering herself with her hands.
“Come now,” she said, trying to look serious, but mostly looking both sexy and hilarious with her small hands trying to cover way too much breast. “We have to figure out what you’re going to wear.”
He sighed and rolled away, spooning behind Naya. It was a dangerous position, and the half awake elf sighed and pushed back against him, molding into his arms, which didn’t help.
“Make them wait a day,” she mumbled, wiggling her ass. “You’re the king. They’re only servants.”
The elven princess was a lot more comfortable with royal hierarchy than he was. Though in this case he was tempted to agree with her. Especially as she slid her youthful body against him…
“People are suffering, Mason.” Haley’s voice got a bit more chastising edge. “The city is in martial law. You know you can’t make them wait another day.”
He turned and glared.
“This is mostly your fault,” he said. “I’d be in the woods somewhere if you didn’t need me to save you from hyena men. ‘We need civilians and others to win the game’,” he mocked her voice from those long months ago.
She grinned and leaned over to kiss him, still doing her best to shield her nipples.
“And I’m very grateful, Master. You know, after your long, tedious day today, there’s no reason we can’t all enjoy another night like this. Many more, as long as you’re in the city.”
Naya perked up at this. Even Demi shifted with a yawn, rolling face up in his lap. She rubbed at her eyes and looked up.
“She’s right. We’ll be here awhile, won’t we? I’m so used to you running off again.”
He blinked, because she was absolutely right–he was used to running off, too. But the best place for him to be was probably here in the city until they’d sorted out most of the problems. Which meant there was no reason he couldn’t come home every night to his wives…and maybe the other girls, too…
“Don’t worry,” Haley said, as if reading his mind, “I’ll have all the girls set up in rooms nearby. We’ll have our own wing. There’s so many points to use we can afford a little security and privacy. This is sort of our second base now, yes?”
“Don’t get used to it,” he said, groaning as he sat up. He didn’t like being in the ‘holy city’. It felt unsafe. Unprotected. “I want us all back in Nassau as soon as possible. It’s a hell of a lot more secure, and…” he shrugged, not sure how else to explain it. “It’s home.”
The girls all smiled and hugged him, Demi giving him a raised eyebrow when she noticed his morning friend just about jabbing out her eye.
“I don’t suppose we have time to deal with that…” he said, getting a hopeful grin from Naya. Even Demi slipped back like she was finding a more comfortable position to kneel.
“We do not.” Haley narrowed her eyes and hopped up, doing her best to take a blanket to cover herself. “I’m thinking a nice, classic suit today. It should help these people see you as civilized and not some man-eating brute.” She snapped for the other girls, who pouted as they followed.
They also both stretched, and since they were both naked, and now displaying their sex-marked, incredible bodies, it was definitely not helping Mason’s problem.
“You know I own you,” he said miserably. “Also I’m the king. And I could pretty much slaughter everything and anyone on the planet.”
Haley pulled on a dress at warp speed, summoning two suits from her void storage before holding them out for his approval.
“I have black, or grey. Best to look civilized, but also serious. What do you think?”
Demi was wiggling her ass into a pair of jeans. Naya was wrapping layers of see-through silk around her chest. Mason tore his eyes away to look at the suits he didn’t give a shit about and sighed.
“I think I should have stayed in the forest.”
Haley shook the suits again like she was waiting for an answer, which mostly just made her tits jiggle in her dress. He rolled his eyes.
“Black. Which hopefully makes them think about death. As in their own. If they bother me too much or waste too much time. And you’re coming with me.”
Haley shook her head as if to say ‘of course I am’, vanishing the grey suit into the ether. She turned and started talking on her imaginary ear piece, apparently having gotten some kind of phonecall. She handed Demi the suit with a ‘please deal with him’ look before walking off arguing.
Demi sauntered up to him with a grin, just in her jeans and a bra. She gave him a quick peck on the cheek, fighting off his hands.
“You’re being patient, remember? Turning over a new leaf. Good things come to those who wait.”
“Indecisive propaganda,” he growled, mastering his limbs enough to stand still. Naya came over, too, and the women dressed him as he stood there admiring. OK and occasionally groping.
“Should I come with?” Demi said, doing up the last button on his collar.
“No.” He flexed his neck and popped it with a grin. “Stay with Naya and keep her safe. Explore the palace. Enjoy yourselves. I don’t want either of you stressed. I want you relaxed. Pliable. Waiting for me to come back.”
Demi grinned and went to kiss his cheek again, but he turned and got her lips before pulling Naya in to take turns with both. He had them panting and sucking his tongue before Haley cleared her throat.
“Time’s up, my lord. Everyone’s waiting. Our people, too.”
“Yes, my lady,” he said, giving his other wives one last grope before walking for the exit. “Don’t worry if you get bored,” he called back to them. “I’m sure Queen Haley will send you instructions.”
His blonde beauty stood at the door with her tongue out, and he crossed the distance in a blink, slapping her ass hard enough she literally squealed and jumped. He grinned and walked out feeling a little better.
