[Questline[1/2]: help/make contact with ultrawoman]
"Finally." Takumi sat up in a Luxurious hotel bed; currently, he was in the world of Ultraman. Now, ultrawoman.
Using the last ten spots of his pulls, these items are the last thing he can get for this world quest. It would be extremely bad if he needed to use them.
'Let's see, the senzu bean can be used for when I need a recovery fast, the world keys I'll save for later, and so is the nth metal.' Any special metal from DC is a valuable item to use, but Takumi received a small nugget of it, too small to make any weapon or armor. The best he can make of it is to turn it into a ring.
'Next is my helmet.' The thing looks big and just ridiculous to wear publicly. "Hey, at least it can help me hide my identity."
"Then lastly, how did I get a fucking NUKE?!" Isn't this just too hazardous to keep around, the most dangerous item he pulled so far.
Takumi really doesn't want to risk activating this by accident, so he put it in his inventory quickly.
Standing to his feet, it's been ten days since he came to this world. Same environment as his old world, with added giant monsters. Takumi stayed in a hotel as he investigated the Ultrawoman activities.
His peaceful rest was interrupted by a loud roar, the deafening sound vibrated throughout the building and the city he was in.
"About time." Takumi got up, staring at the giant beast wrecking the city.
A lizard body, crawling on all four, its entire head was covered by a drill-like exoskeleton that it uses to dig its way through the city.
Putting the new silver helmet on, Takumi said, "Activate flight." There was a soft glow from his helmet as his body was lifted into the air.
*Zzzz* "schuwatch."
A red dazzling light pillar rose from the ground, from it came a giant clad in silver and red.
*Thump Thump*
Not wasting any time, the giant woman and beast clash immediately, shaking the earth greatly. Their collision caused some pieces of earth to be tossed up into the air.
From afar, Takumi can see their battle.
'So that's ultrawoman. That's far from what I imagined.' Standing at around sixty meters tall, she looks sleek and lean, with muscle visible and something resembling long silver hair. He didn't find their signature blue timer anywhere so it was a little odd.
"Bam!" Ultrawoman landed a punch so loud it caused a sonic wave.
Each of their movement, be it the giant or the beast, creates catastrophic destruction. Especially, Ultrawoman, she has to be careful so their fight won't harm the humans that are in the middle of evacuating the city.
Takumi also saw some military units moving in the far-off distance from where the battle is.
'Hmm, I can use a bit of information, let's see what this Ultrawoman is.' If she had appeared before, then there must also be information recorded by the government, and because of the existence of the Kaiju species, a special task force must be created to deal with them.
So the conclusion here is that the place he can find information on that Ultrawoman would most likely be held by the special unit.
Flying to a campsite, multiple camo tents got set up, and personnel quickly moved around. Takumi landed silently, he snuck past any security to find a tent set up on its own, with no indication of a military unit he could know.
'S.S.S.P.' Takumi enters the station of the sssp, the inside has some computers lying around, but otherwise the tent is empty.
"Huh, the security here is pretty lacking. Thanks." Not one to waste the moment, while there are still a giant battle happening outside.
Takumi took out a small black orb, a miniature Gantz. The orb began to glow, and the screen of the computer also showed signs of a glitch and being hacked.
"Let's see, Ultrawoman appeared six months ago, name: Ultrawoman, origin, nope. Ability, nope. Ah, here it is, download information."
And moreover, while he reads on Ultrawoman, he also sees that they have files on the beast, and on it, he reads a crucial piece of info.
"Is it leaking a dangerous amount of radiation?" Flying out like a gush of wind, Takumi flew right to where the two were still locked in wrestling.
He has to manage his flight pattern at a distance so that none of their action won't accidentally swat him out of the sky.
As she was fighting, the ultrawoman and Takumi made eye contact, a voice peered into her head.
'That thing is filled with radiation. Take it down quickly, I'll handle its body.'
'Who-' *Klang*
Ultrawoman's distracted thoughts were caught by the beast's drill, digging at the abdomen, making sparks fly from where she was hit.
The Ultrawoman's body had flown back from the attack, she fell backward and hit a mountain.
'Oops, you alright?' The voice asked again.
Responding with a grunt, Ultrawoman rose to her feet again.
'We can talk, but the beast comes first.'
"Zsha!" Ultrawoman's mouth can't quite communicate like humans, so what was heard by the human was just some noise that she made.
Only Takumi can understand the way she is communicating through telepathic means, "this battle is dangerous, leave."
'That beast has radiation that harms the surroundings, if you don't do something, then it'll cause irreparable damage. Let me help you, just take the beast down first.'
'Fine.' A shout of agreement leaves her, they'll cooperate for now.
"Hyart!" She leaps into the air, a flying punch as she soars in the sky, delivering a right uppercut that knocks the beast on its back.
While it is busy trying to get up, she changes her stance. Ultrawoman took her left arm, held it horizontally, and crossed it with her right arm, which she held in a vertical position in front of her chest.
A bright blue and white glow traces along both her arms, converging at the point where the right arm crosses the left.
In that instant, she fires a beam of pure white light. It lances out from her right forearm edge, cutting through the air.
The beam burned and melted through the beast's drill head, it wailed and cried out before the head of it was completely exploded.
Leaving the smoking lifeless body lying on the ground. If left alone, the radiation could spread from it and poison the environment around it.
Ultrawoman then spotted him, a small man, flying down next to the beast's body. And it just vanished right in front of her eyes.
'I'll see you around.' An image of a place was transported to the confused ultrawoman's head.
Nodding to him, the giant also took to the skies, flying into the clouds and disappeared.
