Chapter 24. Yenem

"What do you mean you didn't need Centaurs to move carts? What pulls them along?" Yenem questioned.

Cars had not been the first time she'd interrupted to figure out how something had worked and it made me realize how much I took for granted. And how much they solved problems with magic because lights made sense to her as they had magical stones that lit up with a touch but explaining wires and electricity had led down a rabbit hole that my basic knowledge from school was unable to answer.

"Cars not carts. They are propelled by an engine that consumes fuel to move it in the direction you want." I tried to explain.

"That's the animal dung you spoke of before right?" Yenem questioned.

"No not their dung, their fossilized remains that have broken down over thousands of years." Hard to describe without actually showing them now that I realized.

"Master even I don't understand. How can the bodies of those you kill be used to fuel something without the use of magic?" Zeldi asked her head adorably tilted to the side in confusion.

"Yeah that's fair. If I understood how a combustion engine worked and could make one this would be a lot easier to explain." I grumbled. I was not having any luck trying to persuade Yenem of my origins due to not actually being able to show anything. It wasn't like I could bring my phone out and show her as I hadn't had it when I fell down the well.

"You use things you don't fully understand? Isn't that dangerous?" Yenem asked as she added more fabric to the chest of her current dress.

"What's your house made off?" I counted.

Yenem stopped her sewing and looked at me confused. "Wood."

"But when kind? And is it treated to not rot when it gets wet?" I pushed a little more.

"I don't know." She admitted then laughed already excepting my next words.

"And you use it without fully understanding what it can do?" I finished.

Yenem grumbled but slung her shoulders in defeat. "You have a point. Though I don't believe my house is the same as a Centaur-less cart that moves by old creatures corpses"

"No but the metaphor works. In all honesty if I was to figure out everything my world has done and be able to recreate it at the drop of a hat, chances are if be too old to do anything as there's just that much we've done." I specifically did not mention the Internet because that would be an argument in itself as to how it works.

"If that is so why are you so happy to be here then? Wouldn't you have enjoyed this world of everything better than the dying farm you have here?" She went back to her sewing but her ears stayed pointing at me in what I was learning was interest.

The question was valid I'd give her that but the answer was simple and currently cuddling into my back humming a tune to herself.

"You don't find adoration like this just anywhere." I answered giving Zeldi's side a rub. "But the grass is always greener when you don't live there so what seems to you like a great place is just... Not to someone like me who grew up with it. There just isn't much I could do other than toil in the fields to feed strangers that wouldn't even know my name back home. So the simple effect of watching Zeldi get excited about something I've done is worth the luxuries I've lost."

"Then I will make sure to thank you at every opportunity." Zeldi giggled into my hair. "But ummm Master. Is it possible to have you milk me before lunch. I would rather not leak while my father is around."

This was followed by Anna screaming in what I hoped was pleasure.

"I don't think he'll be joining us but sure." I winced as I checked my inventory. "I don't have any bottles though. And your mother is right there."

Yenem laughed. "Clovek I was the one who had to show her how to when she first showed signs of milk."

"And thought she was a harlot at the same time." I added.

Zeldi snickered while Yenem's cheeks turned a light pink. "That was my blunder and I have apologized to my daughter many times because of it. But you won't let me hear the end of it will you?"

"Nope." Zeldi laughed.

Yenem let out a sigh in resignation. "If I get you something to put your milk in do you promise not to bring it up again?"

"I promise not to bring it up until the next moon cycle." Zeldi bartered.

Yenem blew a raspberry in a very similar way to Zeldi. Seems I knew where she got that from. "Good enough. Here try this on while I'm gone." She pointed to the dress that she'd been working on.

I hadn't even known she was done.

Zeldi nodded and started stripping right there while her mother didn't even bat an eye. I got up to help her not that it was needed as Zeldi had the nice dress off before I could even stand.

Yip. Centaur lingerie was definitely something I would be investing in.

"See something you like Master?" Zeldi purred.

I took the dress she'd just taken off and put it in my inventory before cupping her chest. "If we didn't have your family here I would be showing you just how much I like what I see."

Zeldi cheekily swayed her tail and hips but stayed positioned so that I could only see the movement and nothing else.

"You are a tease. " I growled taking a nipple and giving it a quick suck. Her milk flooded my mouth and I watched the buff timer appear and start to tick down. "Do anything more and I'll ignore our no milk with sex rule."

"You wouldn't dare." She challenged back seeming to remember what had happened her last time.

"I'd offer you two a room but I would rather not waste the precious time I have with my daughter waiting for you guys to finish mating." Yenem interrupted holding out a bucket that was in much better condition than the one we had back on the farm.

"Completely understandable." I answered stepping away from Zeldi to accept the bucket.

Zeldi groaned and stamped her front hoof in annoyance but her mother just ignored her and instead slapped her ass.

"Dress now. I need to see if there is any more modifications that I need to make." Her mother demanded picking up the dress we hadn't gotten around to trying yet.

"Yes mother." Zeldi said with a sigh.

I held back by own laugh and pretended not to look too much when Zeldi turned around to let her mother help dress her. Yenem noticed and instead of saying anything she made sure to spend extra time fixing up the front before making sure the back end was in place.

I said a silent thank you and got a smile back.

"Now then. How does your mate milk you because it's a very large part of your life as a producer?" Yenem asked with a clap once she was sure everything was nice and snug against Zeldi's flanks.

"Oh he's amazing at it mother! Here watch how he does it." Zeldi answered fiddling around with the string that was trying its best to contain her breasts. She managed to undo it after some struggling and fished out her nipples before lying down on her belly. She then positioned her top half leaning forward just enough that I could milk her into the bucket.

Yenem seemed very interested in this part and sat herself down just off to the side but close enough she could touch her daughters shoulder if need be. Once sitting she flicked her gaze towards Zeldi's hindquarters. "Does he milk all of you?"

"Yes mother. He has the softest hands when he does as well." Zeldi gushed, pushing her tits forward in both anticipation and a little impatience.

A little awkward with her mother watching but it didn't stop me.

Ignoring her teats for now I started to massage her breasts, not that it was needed as Zeldi's milk started to dribble the moment my hands made contact.

"Zeldi dear you are going to need to learn some self control around your mate. I'm sure he doesn't want to be cleaning your clothes every time he touches you." Yenem commented.

"It's no problem Yenem. It makes milking her a lot easier if she's excited for it to happen." I offered losing some of the awkward movements as I got use to being watched.

Yenem laughed quietly. "Oh you poor male. I'm sure it does make your life easier if she wants your hands on her as much as possible but I wasn't referring to her front end needing to remain dry."

It took me a second to realize what she ment by that and even then Zeldi held her head without shame. Her tail however did not stay still so I knew she was excited, in both ways. "I am ready whenever my mate needs me."

"Let's at least wait till we're back at the farm." I said back coughing at how blasé she was in front of her mother.

"I agree." Yenem reinforced. "It would be unwise for your father to see you like that."

Zeldi's tail stopped. "That's true."

By now I'd reached the point where I would start moving into the teats for Zeldi's milking massage and decided to get some non-Zeldi based knowledge. "So Yenem. Just so Zeldi doesn't steer me wrong can I get you to explain to me how harems work here?"

"Of course. But it's not a small subject." The mare replied getting up to shut the door Daxel and Anna had gone through and making sure it couldn't be opened easily. "Now where to begin?"
