Chapter 227-229

Third-Person Point of View… Five days ago…

People sat around a circular table as they planned the heist to end all heists. They planned to hit the Collector’s collection. The estimated payout was well over one billion credits for every single member; after they sold everything, that number would be ten, if not twenty times higher. They had to wait for the exact perfect timing as Mainframe described the plan after making several changes.

“Alright, we’ve figured out a method to bypass the third layer of the defenses. Krugarr will need to teleport us over the chasm, but the antimagic wards will kick in, so we’ll only have a few seconds to get through. We won’t need Charlie-27 or Krugarr after this point, so they can stay behind at where they needed to bypass the defenses.”

She brought up a map with her technological powers and showed the expected area after the chasm filled with photosynthetic energies. That was why they couldn’t just fly over; they’d all be disintegrated. The only reason the magical teleportation would work was because they could physically see the other side. It was a method that appeared to be easy enough to bypass, but it most likely had the highest casualties of potential thieves of the treasure. That’s why it was so well known.

“After this point, we should start to see robotic guards. Martinex, Gamora, and Yondu will break off from us and give the rest of us time to break the encryption on the next layer. This will take us into the first part of the vault, the part with all the credits the Collector has acquired until now. The estimated earnings from reaching this point, if we survive is twelve billion. This isn’t what we’re going for. The credits would take several truckloads to take away, so we’re going for the inner vault.”

She brought up another map, pointing at the map as she kept explaining. “Stakar will bypass any physical traps at this point. Aleta will stop the technological traps while I break the encryption to open the door.” They went over the plans again and again. Finally, the time came for them to pursue their heist.

Gamora’s Point of View

Everything worked out perfectly, or rather, to our expectations so far. Charlie-27 had to keep cutting away at the self-repairing metal the outside hull of the Collector’s defenses was made out of. If he were to let it seal, that area would strengthen its defenses so we were already down one member. The next layer was a completely random air minefield. There was no pattern to follow, everyone took the risk of death just by entering the area. With its complete randomness as the visible bombs flew fast enough, it would be almost impossible to dodge them it left visible gaps.

While completely random, the area had some rules it followed. The bombs wouldn’t get close to each other. It meant if a bomb went right in front of your face, you’d have five to ten seconds before another bomb would pass through that area, making it safe for you to catch your breath or look for the next safe area to go to. This was the biggest risk for our heist, as someone could fail to cross and die. There was no preparing for this or planning around it. With good enough reflexes, it was possible to bypass with Aleta and me making it far before the bulky men.

Martinex failed and jumped forward too early. The bomb collided with him, and we all held our breath as we waited for the smoke to disperse. He was close enough that after he regained his senses he jumped the remaining distance colliding with the ground. If anyone else had been struck, they’d have been turned to gorey bits. Martinex was made out of super-durable crystals, though.

Breathing in and out, he was alive but clearly hurt. It was the first fault in our plan, it would make defending the infiltrators from the robotic auto defenses that much harder. The next part was easier; we had practiced getting through the portal in the fastest fashion, and every single time there was a problem, it was Martinex, his body too slow and clunky to move with the speed necessary to get through quickly.

We easily made it through to the other side as his magic shut off from the anti-magic defenses. Mainframe began to hack the door but suddenly, the entire building went dark. Were we found out? Mainframe immediately put that to bed. “This makes things easier. We can just cut through the door now that the defenses are down. Hurry before they come back up!”

Quickly, Stakar broke out a flame-cutting tool and cut through the locks on the door before kicking it open. We made our way inside, and all along the ground were credits. From floor to ceiling in some places and this was just the tip of the Collector’s wealth. None of the automatic robotic defenses were online as I looked toward the door to the actual Collection. My eyes went wide as the door was open already, all the framed items of value missing.

Hours after we unloaded all the credits, our credits cards looked much fuller. I couldn’t help but smile at the afterparty of all the members. Even the Guardians showed up with a few tag-alongs from both sides. The party went wild as dozens of other Ravagers began to show up with even more booze. My eyes kept being drawn to a person as I kept drinking. The night became a blur after that.

…I woke up with my head pounding. I looked around the room and was shocked at the sight. I was completely naked, which wasn’t a surprise. The surprise was the naked people I was surrounded by. It was not only me but also my sister who had regrown her hair and had all the cybernetic implants removed from her body. The ex-wife of the leader Aleta, I even could make out a robotic person near the edge of the bed.

My brain started to remember everything that happened as the night went on. The man who managed to talk us all into joining him for some fun… That was why my ass hurts. Quickly checking my credits wallet I saw I still had most of my money. Almost a million was missing, but when I had over one point five billion, that wasn’t a problem. The other girls began to stir. The moment the robotic girl spoke, I recognized her voice. “Uhh, what happened?” Mainframe had a body now? I got a ping on my com. Martinex was the first male heist member to wake up, and the text he left sent goosebumps down my spine. He was already missing most of the money he gained from the heist.

Chapter 228

The next stop on my list was the Shi’ar Empire. It was a quarter of the size of the Nova Empire, but it had just as many heavy-hitter alien races as part of its ranks. If the Nova Empire didn’t have twenty times the numbers and wasn’t a thousand years older than the Shi’ar Empire, it would be a coin toss on which Empire would be more powerful.

The queen was elderly, she was the same generation as Charles, and quite frankly, Charles aged far better than she had. Lilandra could effectively burn her life force to be more than what was possible for her race. They were stronger, smarter, and more technologically advanced than humans but looked almost identical to us.

If she burned all her life force she could fight on the same level as Thanos for about thirty minutes before she burnt out. That’s why the Shi’ar race was the de facto leader of the Empire, even though they weren’t the first to join it. The queen greeted me with the same fervor as Nova Prime, her planet's warning systems most likely going nuts at my presence.

I don’t know if it was a coincidence, my luck, or if she had heard about my… Proclivities that all her guards were female. Oracle was a magical blueish-grey-skinned alien with no pupil or iris, making her eyes pure white. Hepzibah was a Mephistiod, which was effectively a vampire/werewolf mix with none of the weaknesses. Bone white skin, pointed ears, and a tail where their race's defining characteristics.

Aria was a vampire ghost. Looks like a vampire, except almost see-through and glowing. She had the ability to possess people. Astra is from a race with powers similar to Kitty’s mutant powers, meaning they could phase through objects. They looked human, with the only difference being the head length of long hair growing from their forearms.

Nightside and White Noise were princess twin sisters from the same race. While they were twins, they looked nothing alike as their race tended to lean towards a different element when they were born. That left Nightside with dark powers and her sister with weaker light powers, but also flight and a sonic scream-like power. Both were white-skinned with only sclera white eyes and hair colors to match their element.

She was nervous, I could tell by the twitching of her guards that she was ready to order an all-out attack, even if it cost all their lives, if I asked them to do something impossible like disbanding their Empire. “W-what might you be doing here, sir… Lord.. God?” She wasn’t sure which title to call me, so she kept stating a higher rank as I just smirked at her.

“Just visiting the universe. I pose no threat to the already established galactic forces unless they outright attack me.” She knew I was telling the truth. With that, all the tension drained from her body. So did the group of women behind her, as I had seen a few put away weapons as stealthily as they could with varying degrees of success. White Noise fumbles an alien pistol before dropping it to the ground.

The room went quiet until I started to chuckle. It took far longer to make anything happen with this group as they were already wound up and ready to fight. Still, the process of my otherworldly good looks cut through the hard work, and soon all of them were ready, willing, and able to have sex with me. Most alien races didn’t breed outside their own race, but if they found someone that could strengthen their children, they wouldn’t miss the chance.

Having sex with me was akin to putting protection on their planet, as long as I was a kind god who would still defend his lovers and children. I de-aged Lilandra before taking off her weird triangle helmet/crown. Her hair was practically the same size; it hung almost two feet above her head in a floofy and feathery plumage, and I had to fight back the urge to laugh at how puffy it was. She was also the ex of none other than Charles Xavier, at least in some universes. I couldn’t tell with this one.

She was the most powerful, but her odd triangle hair made her the weirdest out of the group of attractive women. Even the girl with arm hair was more normal than her, but I didn’t want to kill the mood and send them both away. This entire life was built around tasting as many different women as I possibly could, which sometimes meant pushing the boundaries of what I was comfortable with.

At least until she smoothed down her hair, making her look the most human out of the bunch. Thankfully, looking at all of them naked, there wasn’t anything else unexpected. So far, I hadn’t met any races that weren’t male/female with equipment that worked similar enough to humans to have me do anything but change my size to fit them.

Hours later, with all of them exhausted, there was one that stood out above the rest and it wasn’t the leader. Hepzibah was the only one left still wanting to be fucked, her body drenched in sweat, her tail soaked in a mix of our juices as I kept going until she was satisfied. She had a feral side to her that made her very similar to Wolverine’s daughter, Laura.

Animal attraction towards the strong was begging her to get pregnant by me, her instincts driving her to mate with me for as long as it took to finally bear my children. Sometimes, I couldn’t help but be impressed by these heroes and with instincts that drove them. It was clear feral instinct was quite possibly one of the most underrated powers one could have.

I woke the rest of them back up as I lifted them into the air. This particular Empire was a bit on the prudish side, it meant that the only slaves that had were for work and the sexual repression might have been another Empire trying to cripple their growth through their own actions. Introducing vibrators to the Shi’ar Empire was my contribution to getting them to grow bigger and thus stronger on the galactic scale.

What Thanos said was wrong. In almost no situation did it make sense to kill half the planet; only if the entire universe was at peace would that work to reduce consumption. The best way would be to have equal-sized forces fight against each other or develop methods to increase the produce like altering uninhabited worlds and making them more habitable. This Thanos was closer to the original, his sole goal was as a worshipper of the Goddess Death.

It wasn’t as creepy as him wanting to fuck her, but it was closer to a homicidal battle-junky making up a reason for why he was killing so many people. Death for the Death God and whatnot. His entire army was a farce so that he could get to kill more people.

All the ladies floated with vibrators inside them as they cried out in orgasm except Hepzibah, who had earned her reward. With the last thrust, I filled her womb with my seed before ensuring her pregnancy. I made a mental note to visit the Mephistoid home planet in the future just because of how good she was compared to other alien races.

Chapter 229

Third-Person Point of View

The combination of the universes, a stark reality check when an entire squadron of Green Lanterns was wiped out in a second when they went to help the two gods fight Darkseid, and proof that working as a team is beneficial from the Green Lantern Hal Jordan was why the Green Corps now allowed Green Lanterns were allowed to form a team based around themselves.

That’s why Arisia had made a team to combat the crimes in her space sector, 2815. It was also why she was still alive, her teammates sacrificing themselves to buy her and Phantom Girl time to phase into the Phantom Zone. It was something that wasn’t even thought possible, and through a fluke, in a life-or-death situation, they managed to survive their own deaths.

Phantom Girl could easily pass in and out of the Phantom Zone, but it had been deemed impossible without technological help before. Now they knew it was possible with the help of a Lantern Ring. Unfortunately, doing so completely depleted the ring, so they needed to find a different method to leave. After exploring the zone for a few hours, they came across the scene of a battle.

The Phantom Zone was mostly barren, only criminals were sent here. Phantom Girl had never seen an entire ship in this dimension, though. The damage to the outside looked fresh; any area with oxygen was still glowing red from the attack while the ship was still stabilizing from its destruction. They made their way inside, slowly exploring and seeing the sudden damage the ship had taken.

It was impressive; the readings Phantom Girl was getting that the ship was far above the current standard for ship building. The density of the metal was at a level she had only seen in small chunks of metal; to make a ship like this would take a technological race above the current galactic standard to pull off. There were surprisingly no bodies, at least until they made their way to the command center.

Two corpses looked back towards the two women. Both were males, but one was thinner, he had a beard, and was wearing far more formal clothing than the other man. Both assumed he was the leader. His body was covered in wounds, ranging from small gashes to a missing arm; his face only had a small gash, and it wasn’t clear how he died. The larger man beside the general was ripped in half.

Both were floating in the air. The command room or ship control room was the location of a battle that had destroyed most of the electronics in the building. They talked about leaving before staying strong and looking around the rest of the ship. This was their best chance at both of them escaping from the Phantom Zone.

It was as if the ship was abandoned before it could be filled, everywhere was completely empty and unmanned. At least until they made their way to the living quarters of the ship, both started to hear the sounds of fighting as more than one woman was grunting out, and the sounds of flesh slapping on flesh were so loud it could have popped the eardrums of weaker races. They both gulped as Phantom Girl moved forward to open the door while Arisia prepared the last bit of her Lantern charge for the upcoming fight.

…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

I had been on the lookout for more Kryptonians. I knew Brainiac had that shrunken-down city, and that was my method for finding him, but to my pleasant surprise, I got a ping from a different dimension. I went inside and immediately knew it was the Phantom Zone. As I looked at the ship I couldn’t help but smile as I had found the person I was looking for. I found Zod, and now I can kill him.

The fight wasn’t even a fight. There were four Kryptonians, two men and two women. The sense of superiority of Zod oozed from every pore of his body as I looked at them. I could have done so much to finish them off, toss them into a red star, destroy their food stores, hell, even just tossing them into a separate secondary pocket Phantom Zone would be the end of them. But I gave them a chance and fought them physically.

Two men became one as I started the fight by ripping Nam in half. He was the biggest and just as strong as Zod. Removing him from the equation was my best bet on making things play out the way I wanted them to. Ursa and Faora Hu’Ul came at me next. Both were shocked at my sudden appearance and the death of their friend/lover, but I didn’t much care for them. Both weren’t immune to magic, and as I put down a portal between me and them I also put them to sleep so they’d fly through unconscious.

They were fine in the sleeping quarters of the ship for now. This way, I could play with Zod to my heart's content. He was a pushover compared to Superman; the reason Superman was so strong is that he bathed in the Sun’s solar rays his entire life. In all categories Superman was a peak Kryptonian, having higher peak stats and a bigger solar battery than any other Kryptonian to exist.

I let him hit me; it was something I disliked doing, but I wanted him to feel helpless before I killed him. Every strike he’d throw in my direction, I’d retaliate in a similar way. A punch to my face left a cut on his cheek, and a kick to my groin left him impotent as I destroyed his manhood with a similar blow. He tried to throw me by grappling my arm, so I removed his.

He didn’t die clean. Slowly, with each retaliation, he could do less and less to me. Eventually, he looked in my direction, completely defeated, as he begged for his life. “Spare me, spare me and I’ll ser-.” I punched him in the chest as I felt his body cave in. The fight wasn’t long, possibly less than a minute, but it meant a lot to me. Now, why did I go all out against Zod when I normally just kill my enemies and be done with it?

Because I was a child once. As a child, I still rooted for Superman, until he fought against Zod who beat him with numbers. I remember feeling sick as a child when the hero I idolized was beaten, not because he wasn’t the strongest, but because the other guy just didn’t fight fairly. In the movie, Superman didn’t win by beating them, he won by tricking them. He depowered them instead of himself, otherwise, he’d have lost.

It bothered me for years after seeing it and I didn’t realize it was changing characteristics in me from then on. The child who thought that good could never lose died, and a different child took his place. Win by any means necessary; win no matter what it takes because even the man of steel has to trick enemies stronger than himself. Using underhanded tactics is fine, especially if the person isn’t as morally good as you.
