41- A visit to the Yokais

We both were almost ready to make enter the territory of the Yokai Faction but before going out Ahm decided to look at something first, so he asked in his mind

'Show me a resume of my status, only showcasing the most important skills.'

After so many times of using the system he came to realize that stats are pretty much useless to gauge someone's real strength.

Take Strength for example, his Str could go up by tens of thousands if he uses mana and Senjutsu to boost his body, and if he focuses his full strength into a single strike? He can even triple that.

Sure he would be exhausted after doing so but the damage potential is there so after a certain point he stopped caring about them.

The same goes for intelligence, much like how an expert can punch or kick with an amazing amount of strength and control when compared with someone untrained, you need a certain amount of skill to make use of your whole capabilities when it comes to your mind.

Even Ahm himself who focuses on the mind can't say that he is using the full capabilities of his intelligence stat...

Due to the nature and difficulty of the legacy, it grants the user the following.

.Affinity with anything related to the 'Mind'. Especially visualization and imagination.

.Affinity with Arts, especially Painting.

.Affinity with water and liquids. Especially Element Ink 》

[Mindscape] : Is the equivalent of the human body but for the user mind.

.Once inside, the Mental Strength, Imagination and Visualization is the only thing that can limit what the user can do.

. Carefull, this world is shaped based on the user and some things could be dangerous or stressful, changing the inner parts could leave lasting effects since they represent aspects of the user like personality or traumas.

[Dusk's Arts]: Art left behind by Dusk. This Arts allows the manifestation of the user's thoughts using the art of painting as a medium.

.The most advanced allows the user to make the physical world affect the imaginary one bringing physical bodies into the users mind.

. After mastering this art, the user can treat the physical and imaginary world as one and the same.

[Dusk's Mind] : Dusk's mind can be considered a natural mental constitution that has a great affinity towards reality warping as well as the creation of things inside one's mind, granting a natural advantage when it comes to affecting the physical world using sheer willpower. This mental constitution can grow the more it's used.

《[Asura Mist] : Created by Ahmya Genji. This unique element is capable of devouring and assimilating anything that comes in contact with it growing in mass and taking aspects of the things it eats such as forms or color. Shows a certain level of consciousness and currently resides in the user's mind. Unknown. 》

[Dusk's Sword] : Sword forged by Nian and wielded by dusk, this sword produces element 'ink' of great quality as well as boosting the performance of anything that is made with said element. It also increases the user mastery over [Dusk]>

Those two are my biggest strengths without a doubt.

The other one is [Healthy body] but this one only focused on repairing my bodh of any damage and to always keep it in a perfect state, the only thing I discovered is that it also affects my mind and soul since the balance between the three of them is what makes you truly 'healthy'.

[Evolving] is another one but I'm uncertain of this one since, by the system words, 'infancy' for some races could mean thousands of years, so I'm probably going to have this one for a while.

My mastery over the rest also increased. painting, mana manipulation, martial arts

To think that in five years I would end like this...

But there is no time to think about it since our 'grand entrance' is coming to an end...

In the manor where the leader of the Yokai faction that resides in Kyoto everything was in state of alert due to the unusual intruder that made its entrance in their territory.

A black bird.

A giant dark bird whose feathers seemed to be drenched in a even darker liquid dripping as it flies through the skies, leaving a trail behind in its paths as if its feathers were a brush that is painting the skies

Thankfully they were notified of their visit or they would be panicking right now...

The bird landed in the middle of the Tengus and Fox yokai guards, becoming a pool of dark water as soon as it touched the floor and no long after two figures emerged from it.

The first one is a woman dressed with a black short trench coat, long black boots that goes up above her knees and black pants.

Her expression and the aura she emits give the feeling of being a trained bodyguard, but even so she cannot do much to hide the natural beauty she has, especially with all those dark clothes covering her figure highlighting her beautiful face, oher dark violet hair and that cold and penetrating look that comes from her red eyes.

Even when their mind is screaming that she is only observing them, their instincts are screaming for them to react, they manage to barely react thanks to their previous experience and training.

It doesn't matter how well trained or seasoned those guards are, just one glance from her was enough to make them flinch letting them know a glimpse of the danger that she truly represents making the guards unconsciously grip their weapon with more strength

Thankfully for the guards the next person was someone familiar to them and the one who they were waiting for.

He has Medium length black hair, Rust colored eyes, crystal-like cyan antlers and a grey colored lizard tail with cyan hair dresses with a formal shirt with red tie, black pants and a black cloak with cyan details in it.

The biggest difference from the last time without a doubt is his arms, a dark cyan colored ocean with Eastern dragons roaming in the skies is attached to her arms.

The movement, the feeling coming from it and even the details of the painting make them feel as if they were looking through a portal towards such a peaceful scenery.

None of them could help but to look at it at least for a second due to the beauty behind such a piece of Art, especially the tengus who possesses an incredible sight.

For them even the wind passing through their scales and the barely noticeable little fishes are visible for them to look at, the search for such fine details becomes a feast to their eyes, discovering something new every time they take a look.

As for the Kitsunes, their hearing would catch the faint sounds from the weaves of the ocean and the dragons flying around.

But even with all that, the Yokais couldn't help but to feel unsettling due to the lack of feedback coming from Ahm.

But that is to be expected since sound, smell and even his aura are being absorbed by the [Asura Mist], erasing any signs of his presence.

And for the Yokais who are used to their enhanced senses to perceive their enemy? The feeling is simply unsettling.

No smell, no sound and not even his aura or Ki is coming from him to the point where not even their senses boosted by Senjutsu can give them a sign that he is in fact in front of them, they can only see her making Yokai guards feel vulnerable.

But as guards in charge of receiving numerous important guests they got used to seeing imposing figures from different factions letting them perform their duty without a problem.

Both of them were guided towards the manor and finally towards where Yasaka was expecting them, the same place where they meet when he came with Serafall

As he got closer to the place he also felt the numerous presences inside of it.

There were four of them.

A big and natural one, that should be Yasaka's and a smaller but similar one, her daughter Kunou.

The ones he didn't expect were the other two, both auras are filled with malice characteristic of a Devil but one was a familiar one without actual evil in it and the other had a similar strength to her...

That one should be Sera-Chan but…

Who is… the other one?
