Yandere Appears!!

Gazes were fixated on a single ashy-haired boy as the question he found was quite interesting for everyone. The silence in the room was profound, with anticipation rising past each second.

Mio's interest was justifiable since she was his girlfriend, and to know whether he likes someone was her in all her rights. She had confidence that Yuuta wouldn't lie to her, but the fact she never asked whether he liked someone in the past made Mio worried.

Kurumi, Rin, and Shio were interested since they have seen how Yuuta is all about Mio, so this kind of topic could let them know a new side of him.

And as for Sayuri and Chihiro, then they had way more complicated thoughts than anyone in the room. Their expressions were completely neutral, but only both of them knew what kind of storm was brewing inside their mind.

Finally, after some moments, which felt like an eternity for some, Yuuta parted his lips to confess his answer.

"Other than Mio, as a friend, I do like someone."

(A/N; - Don't hate him since he is slightly dense in this field.)

His answer was non-hesitant and utterly honest. Likes could be of many types, but the like he feels toward Mio is unique and non-sharable. Or to say Yuuta never thought of anyone in place of Mio since the time he realized his feelings for her.

He just loves her too much to think otherwise!

However, the look on everyone's faces wasn't nonchalant as the speaker, especially Mio, who just felt that something that she had a premonition of turning into reality.

She undoubtedly would ask him whether her doubt was genuine or he just said it on a whim, but right now, it wasn't the time nor place.

"Okay then..."

Chihiro's voice was unnaturally melodious as she brought her hand over the bottle to continue the game when suddenly Yuuta got up.

"I will be back."

He had his phone in hand, signifying that it was a call from someone important, as he left the living area and walked out of the room.

The call was from his dad, who seldom called him for any causal talks, so he walked in somewhere silent to have an undisturbed conversation.

"Dad?"

"Hey, son. Everything fine? I heard you hanging out with friends and also invited Sayuri with you. Good-good. I am happy that you are accepting her."

Yuuta didn't reply since he didn't know how to respond to such a thing since there were plenty of things that weren't true.

In the end, he just remained silent.

"Anyway, I got something from the news article incident. I investigated with root for the leakage of that video and found that it wasn't uploaded from any external source but the system in which it was primarily stored."

A severe frown made it to Yuuta's brows as he heard his father speaking something he didn't foresee.

"Primarily store...you mean the system in school?"

"...Yes. "

The evidence of Yuuta stealing question paper was undoubtedly recorded in the cameras installed in different sections of the school, which must have been stored in the database of the computer which the school maintains.

But the problem lies in the fact that they were told about the pen drive being the last proof of Yuuta's actions.

"How was the evidence left in the computer when the principal himself said it was erased?"

"Well, from the person I took help to get know about the source, also told me that there is a storage in which any device stores whatever the user deletes. And if it's kept there, then it can be restored as well."

Yuuta was genuinely weak with technology and stuff since he wasn't trained about it much, so whatever his dad told him, he had no option but to believe in it.

"Any clue who could have done this?"

Yuuta thought this high-level technical proficiency and infiltration inside the school security room was no joke. He was expecting someone from the teachers could have taken this step since Yuuta, in the past, has made various sensei extremely troubled.

But little did he think that this could be done by a single girl of the same age as him.

"Yeah, it's a girl from the same school. I have sent a picture of hers, but don't do anything by yourself. And son, return home tonight; I have something to talk about."

Yuuta didn't contemplate on the topic and, with a hum, disconnected the call.

Soon his fingers went to the Line app as he saw his father indeed had sent an image. Since the network was a little disturbed where he was standing, it took time for the image to load completely on the screen.

But when the picture of the culprit did appear, Yuuta's eyes went slightly wide in realization.

'How can I forget about this psycho yandere!'
