Friends
[Yuito's POV]
"WHOOoaaaa~"
A cascading light brown hair that was so light that it appeared almost white. Her hair had a wild curl to it, almost like the mane of a royal lion.
"I can't believe it. It's totally different to see you up close."
A set of light brown eyes - white under the light and dark with intelligence up close. Her abundant eyelashes and eyebrows gave her eyes a sharp look and highlighted their unique beauty.
She came close to me and observed me like the most interesting thing in the world.
Her nose twitched.
"You also smell really good."
Her pale skin had probably never known the harsh sunlight, only it's kind warmth. Her dainty fingers had probably never grabbed a tool for work.
A frail body that knows no harsh things such as hard work.
Her plump lips from which orders fell, her request never denied. A small nose that only knew the scent of luxury and perfume. A pair of perky ears that never heard 'No'.
She smiled at me.
An eccentric beauty.
"Hi, I am Vivi." she introduced herself.
It felt like I was talking to some prized jewels rather than a human. Something that had always been treasured since its existence.
I want it.
"Umm. Hi, I am Yuito Fujita." I introduced myself in return.
She gave me a smile so innocent and naive that I had to remind myself that I was looking at an evil person who treats humans as objects and thinks herself above everyone else.
"I know who you are silly. That's why I ask them to bring you to me." She said, "Come in."
She went back and plopped down in her seat. Her hands gestured for me to come and I did. I walked into the VIP room which was a bit small in my opinion.
I took a seat and she immediately crawled up to me, invading my personal space like it was her personal space too.
She put her face uncomfortably close to mine. Her body lacked the basic instinct of being uncomfortable around someone bigger and more powerful.
She could do whatever she wanted and no one could harm her.
"Your skin is so smooth." She gasped and poked my face. "Have you ever considered joining a boy band? Like BTS or EXO."
"I am a fighter. Not a dancer or a singer." I said to her.
"But you don't look pretty when you fight right?"
"It can't be helped. And I don't want to look pretty." I said, my normal tone must've sounded in her ears which only hear honeyed words because she frowned.
Spoilt brat.
"Well, I think you should try and look pretty." She said and crossed her arms. Her frown quickly turned into a smile again though.
"I heard you are in my hotel. Do you like it?"
"It's decent"
"Only decent?" She pouts.
"On second thought, it's a sub-par considering the how expensive it is." I said just to mess with.
"Uh, well..." she scratched her cheek, "It's because you can do anything in the hotel."
She came close to me and cupped her lips as she whispered, "Even the D word, or the R. There are cleanup crews here and you can do anything you want. That's why its so expensive."
She quickly pulled back and smile, waiting for me to be impressed or to change my comment.
"That's illegal." I said.
"Of course! That's the point."
"Neat. I guess." I said and looked at the door when it opened. A worker comes in and put fired chicken and other food items on the table.
"Huh." I said when I saw the Cookie.
It was not a normal cookie. In the series, they call it Vivi cookie and there were drugs in there. The main character ate it and passed out if I remembered correctly.
Are they trying to drug me? I wonder.
Stupid way to make an enemy in my opinion.
"Oh and don't eat the cookies. Those are a little special." She said.
Maybe not.
"Thank you." I said and ate a piece of chicken.
Taste like chicken.
Let's just hope if there were drugs, my vitality was high enough to just digest them. Although the chances were unlikely.
"Hey, how old are you?" Vivi asked me with a chicken in hand.
"I am turning 18 this year."
She paused, "No way!! We are the same age!" She said happily.
"Which months are you turning 18?" She asked me to which I answered.
"October."
"Hah!!" She screamed, victorious, "I will be turning 18 on June. That means I am older than you."
"Sounds like it."
"You should call me Noona."
"No."
"But I am older."
"And I am taller." I said and smiled at her. She acts and sounds like a little girl even though she is older than me. "And I don't give a shit."
She simply pouts.
"Let's be friends." She said all of a sudden, catching me off guard.
"Friends?"
"Yeah. My father told me to make friends with other billionaire's kids so that's why I used to hold a meeting here and have lots of friends. Since you are a billionaire yourself, you should count."
"So be my friend too." She asked again, dainty hand extended.
"Me? Billionaire?" That was news to me.
Anyways.
"Be my friend." She asked me again.
And I said...
"No."
"Great!!- Wait what!!"
"I refuse."
I said and there was silence. I felt a sharp gaze on me and looked at her bodyguard Xiaolong who was looking at me with dangerous eyes.
{Was that a Jojo reference?} the author asked.
'Everything is a Jojo reference.' I said, 'No Jojo reference is also a Jojo reference.'
"B-But why not!" Vivi asked me and she seemed vexed.
"Because I don't want to." I said and crossed my arms and legs.
"Why? Did I do something wrong?" She asked and so soft was she that her voice already sounded like she was about to cry.
I wonder how many times she had been told 'No'.
Well, it'd be bad to make her cry if the killing intent I feel from Xiaoloing was anything to go by.
"You didn't use the magic word." I said.
"The magic what?"
"The magic word." I said and she looked throuighly confused
That was until the female guard who stood near the door came over and whispered things to her.
Her eyes widen in realization, "Oh."
A healthy blush took over her face and she became flustered.
"Umm..Please." She said, testing the foreign word in her mouth.
"Please, be my friend." She said finally.
.
.
.
"No."
"EHHHH!! But you said." She stammered, "You- You."
"I simply said you didn't use the magic word. I never said I would accept if you used the magic word."
"That's not fair."
"Life's not fair."
"You sound like my father." She said and crossed her arms. "You don't look like him though, he's ugly."
Ah, imagine your daughter roasting you like that.
"But why won't you be my friend? Everyone wants to be my friend." She asked, this time in a rather pitiful manner.
Is she really an evil person who tried to melt a human with Acid? Why was she so innocent and naive though?
It makes me think if she was really a bad person or simply had a bad upbringing.
'It would be beneficial to be friends with her right? That way it'd be easier to find out how they carry out their operation.'
"If you really want it that much, then I guess I can be your friend."
"Really!" Her eyes sparked in excitement before she reeled it in.
"Well, maybe I don't want to be friends with you anymore." She said and crossed her arm with a huff.
"Oh. Too bad, I guess-"
"Wait!! I am kidding!! Let's be friends!" She said and gave me a hand which I grabbed and shook.
She smiled brightly.
Well, that's one way to infiltrate your enemy.
