It can’t be helped

[3rd POV]

(There are two types of fighters in the world.)

(Me, and the rest.)

(And I win everytime)

"Pfftt Hahahahahahahahaha." Goo Kim laughed in amusement as he watched the interview from his TV.

He was wearing a blue coloured pyjama with white teddy bears imprinted on it. He also wore a cute Sant hat and he held a white teddy bear like the one imprinted on his Pjama.

"Bro really thinks he is 'him'." Goo said between laugh, "He is just 'He' larious."

He continued laughing like that for a while until tears started falling from his eyes. His laughter died down as he wiped his eyes.

"Why are you not laughing? Is it not funny?" Goo asked and looked to his side.

Sitting on the same cough was Gun who only had his blue boxers on. His body was full of battle scars and the tattoos on his arm were on full display.

He leaned back on the couch in a lazy manner and the frequent puffs from his cigarette were his only movement.

"Well, it becomes a lot less funnier when you have actually exchanged blows with him," Gun said while blowing out smoke from his nose.

"Ohhhhhhhh~" he drawls, "Don't start with that shit again! It has been 2 fucking years!!" Goo said.

Gun simply shakes his head, "You haven't met him so you wouldn't-"

"God damn it please!!!" Goo stood, "With the amount of times you have talked about him, we're basically best friends!!"

"It's like fighting your own inner demons." Goo imitated Gun in a serious tone.

"He was not just copying my techniques, he was learning them, making them his own, adapting to them." Goo continued imitating.

"He is my greatest creation, my masterpiece."

"He was perfect, the perfect fighter that has both the software and the hardware of the future." Goo said and paused.

"What the fuck does that even mean?!" He raised his hand in exasperation.

Gun sighed, "You are noisy and annoying. I will never share my room with you anymore."

Goo froze upon hearing that before he sat right beside Gun and put his arms around him as if they were best buddies.

"Oh~ Don't be like that. I was just kidding! Let's ride this Fujita's dick or whatever and be obsessed over him. You are not going to kick me out would you?" He said in a silly voice

"Why don't you just rent your own room?"

"What?! Have you lost your mind!" Goo scrams, "Do you have any idea how expensive a room is in this day of age? Besides, you have no use of so much space and we are best friends, I don't want you to be lonely." Goo said.

Gun simply ignored his greedy friend who was obsessed with money but would never actually use it. What's even the point of money if you don't spend it?

"Anyways, speaking of that guy, what are you going to do about him?" Goo asked, making him stop midway as his cigarette was a few inches from his lips.

"What do you mean?"

"Oh please, we're buddies. I know you are not going to simply leave the guy alone. At least, not when he is in perfect condition and ready to fight anytime due to his coming match."

Gun simply stayed silent but an evil grin slowly spread on his face, making him look like a demon.

"A word of advice. Don't do it." Goo said, this time a little serious. "Charles has plans for us and he needs you to always be ready, especially with Workers getting more and more influence. Besides, this is not a small thing. If you fight with him, both of you are not leaving unscratched which could turn into a big thing with his upcoming fight."

"Oh, and we can't forget about that hot chick who is crazy about him. That girl can also be dangerous if you do anything to him again." Goo said.

Gun simply continued smiling, "We'll see."

"Oh please!!" He stood up, "Why is everyone obsessed with that dude."

Goo simply grumbled to himself and walked away from the couch. He heads towards his room, muttering about how the old man was also obsessed with the guy like everyone else.

"Annoying."

[Yuito's POV]

(8, April, 2019)

"Haaa..I'm beat." I flopped on the bed with a tired sigh.

It has been three days since I came to Korea and after the initial interview, I have done different photo shoots and advertisements.

Simply posting in front of a camera might not sound like a tiring job, but believe me it was. It was training mentally which was not something I was used to.

I'd rather prefer hard training over this anytime.

The thing that wore me out the most was interacting with people. Man was it exhausting to talk to those people who wanted nothing but to take advantage of me or to get something from me.

A popular figure I may be, but I was still an introvert at heart.

I hope tomorrow will be different. it was just going to be a fan meeting where I signed a bunch of posters and interacted with my fans.

"So bro, anything worth noticing?" I asked the author aloud as I was in the since of the room.

{I am happy you asked, dear friend.) The author said, his voice was like the 'Um..actually' emoji.

{The thing is...I don't know shit.}

I groaned, "Why not? You're the damn Auhtor!"

{That has nothing to do with this.}

"That has everything to do with this." I argued, "Anything? Amything at all?"

{If anything, with the information that we have found, I can say which timeline we are on} He said and I sat up to listen.

I have not just been idly touring the city. I have actually gone around to locations of importance in the manhwa.

I also acquired information from the White Tiger but they were expensive and definitely not knowing. So the information coming from the Author himself was very valuable.

(Club Vivi still exists. So that would put us around Chapter 300 of the manhwa. The third affiliate of the Workers is soon to be destroyed from our information. Many billionaire and their kids have come to Korea, specifically for your fight.}

I hummed. Lookism is what I am worried about the most. It's all about gangs and killing is very real here.

It's dangerous.

But what should I do? I promised to not put myself in danger but at the same time, I needed to make this place safe for the girls.

With how things are, I wouldn't be able to let them be away from me for even a single second.

But if I destroyed one or two affiliate here, it would be a good training ground and it would force them to lay low from investigations and recover.

"Author, refresh my memories. How violent will this whole thing become?" I asked.

{Well, other than the fights about to take place in the streets of Seoul and Vivi club, there is the gang war between Big Deal and Workers coming up as well.}

I went into thought for a minute.

"Can you jog my memories on the events?"

{Sure, well the original body of Daniel went to investigate-} The author began telling me about the events that should follow canon.

{-then they invite influencers to the club, promising sponsors since they were rich. They get them high by drugging their drinks or asking them to take them. Then as you might've guessed, they take advantage of them. It is a game they played called treasure hunt where the winner gets to claim the people as rewards-}

I guess it was unavoidable.

{-James Lee made an appearance at the end. Big UI Daniel also went on a rampage-}

There was also that.

I am also excited.

I mean, can you really blame me?
