Chapter 114 Final confession

Aron remained oblivious to the changes, choosing to inspect the room. "Julia must have spent a lot to have such a luxurious room all for herself."

Looking at the sets of extra beds around, he can tell Christina was sharing her room with other girls. "Even a room like this would be such an upgrade, man..!"

Living his life in abject poverty with nothing but affording two square meals a day, having an equipped room like this was nothing less than a dream to him.

*Knock* *Knock* He had not even fully explored the room when someone knocked on the door. Fully expecting the person outside, he opened the door and extended his arms.

As he had sequenced in his mind, a stacked girl immediately jumped in his embrace, clinging onto him with all her limbs attached. "I missed you." "So did I."

Kyla could not care that the door behind her was still open, choosing to kiss the boy squarely on his lips. "Can you delay this? We got an injured person inside." Aron didn't dislike the soft sensation pressed against his chest, still, they got Christina with them.

"Hmph.." Kyla rolled her eyes but didn't protest. "Carry me then." A wry Aron held onto her endowed butt and carried her inside, after kicking the door close.

Seeing the red countenance of the beautiful girl on the bed, Kyla directed a grumpy face toward him. "Who is that? Were you trying to molest her while I was not here?"

"Girl.. you don't even know who she is then how come you reached such drastic conclusions?" Aron wanted to drop her down, but Kyla remained sticking to him as strongly as ever.

"A woman's intuition." "Yeah.. keep bragging. Sorry to break it to you but I neither molest nor did I have any plans for that." "Lier.." "Whatever... Now get down." They bantered on and on until Aron was forced to pay the girl with a kiss, for her to get down.

"Aaiii.." He let go of her but only after a pinch on her butt. Kyla cried out in surprise but Aron just feigned ignorance. "You little devil.. I will deal with you later."

Not willing to ignore the unconscious girl for any longer, Kyla sat next to her and opened her first aid box. "Hmm..? What happened to her? Her head is burning.. Did she have a fever?"

"Fever?" Aron vigorously shook his head. Did she push herself so hard that she caught a fever? "I ain't sure. Actually, we were involved in a little friendly duel. She was quite healthy in the morning, so I think it should not be a fever."

Kyla was puzzled. She can see the redness spreading on the girl's face stretching down to her neck and beyond. *Rip* She reached down and wrested the shirt in either direction, exposing a big portion of her bra.

"Oi.. oi..?? What's the big idea? Can't you see I am in here?" Aron jerked away from the bed. He sighed in relief noticing that Christina's breasts were still safely tucked inside her undergarments.

Kyla totally ignored the boy, focusing her attention on counting Christina's heart rate. "Hey.. I am no doctor, but she doesn't seem normal to me. Her heart is beating too fast."

Observing Aron was refusing to come close to them, she scoffed. "Don't tell me you are suddenly scared of breasts?" Kyla held the small bust of the girl to emphasize her point.

Aron wasn't sure how to handle the situation. "Mhhh.." Right then he heard Christina moan as well as her facial muscles twitching. "Hey, Kyla.. drop it. You are hurting her."

Kyla was surprised. She didn't use any pressure at all. "Go away.. I need to undress her. Maybe she got some hidden injuries." "Yeah.. but where should I go?" Aron can't actually return to Chris like this.

"Let me take a quick bath then. You do your thing in the meantime." Kyla seemed to be absorbed in her work, only waving toward him to get going.

Be in Julia's room or Mrs. Yana's, Aron was used to having baths in the girl's bathroom. Christina's was no different. Although hers was a bit untidy with undergarments thrown in every corner, he chose to ignore the mess and had a nice long bath.

After a good while, he chose to step out bare-chested, making his way to the bedroom. "Oh, you are awake?" He saw the girl sitting with her back against the headrest of her bed.

Christina's mind was going to explode. This guy.. he was certainly trying to get his dirty paws on her, there was no doubt about it. Yet, even with her brain screaming at her not to do it, her eyes ended up scanning his towel-covered body twice in the short span.

"How are you feeling?" Aron walked over to stand next to her. His concern for her well-being was more than his worry about not being dressed properly in front of a young maiden.

"Ahem.. thanks for bringing me in here." Aron saw her turn her gaze away after one look. "Nice.. Though I am a bit surprised you didn't end up injuring yourself after that massive power boost haha.."

"Hmph.. I am good. Thanks for the praise." Christina scoffed, unsure if it was praise in the first place. "Put some clothes on, flasher! Can't you see you are making the girl uncomfortable?" Kyla argued, registering her protest partly in support of Christina and partly because she didn't want Aron to charm any other girl.

"Hohoho.. I almost forgot.. please give me a second.." Laughing stupidly, he slipped away. "You guys look very close.." Christina questioned as Kyla helped her put small bandages on the superfluous cuts she had suffered.

"We are. Aron has been a loner most of his time in the slave quarters. Apart from myself and his roommate, he rarely had any interaction with anyone." Kyla mentioned, passing on an innocent smile.

"A loner you say.." Recalling how many connections Aron had managed to establish despite his extremely poor social class, he seemed no loner to Christina at least.

"Here.. you are all taped up." Kyla exclaimed, missing the inquisitiveness in Christina's eyes. "You sure you don't want any meds? You previously had quite a severe fever." Just to make sure of it, Kyla touched her forehead again.. finding it all normal.

"That's not required. These are only scratches. They will not take more than a day or two to seal up." Unsure of what to add, Kyla gave a nod and collected her first aids back into the box she had carried.

"Looks like we should leave her to have some rest." Meanwhile, Aron presented himself, covered in the rags that had previously been his shirt. "Pffftt.." Christina inadvertently ended up bursting out in laughter at the purely comical scene.

"You going to walk out in that?" Aron can only scratch his nose. "It's better than walking naked, isn't it?" Christina hurriedly suppressed her laugh, resuming her semblance of a noble maiden. "ahem.. Open that closet. Pick any shirt that fits you."

"You want me to take your shirt?" "Yeah, just take it. Anyhow, you will be returning it anyway, won't you?" Aron laughed out and didn't think twice about the matter. Why would he say no to benevolence?

Under the steady gazes of the girls, he picked the least feminine color from the extensive collection, putting it on without any further thoughts. "Hm.. this fits perfectly.."

Aron managed to slip in without any effort. Only then did Christina see the boy rub his hands over his chest and somehow his gesture managed to annoy her. Obviously, her breasts were underdeveloped to put it pleasantly and tiny to put it harshly.

She totally forgot about her flat chest before offering her clothes. "Both of you leave now. I need to sleep." Christina slumped down, fervently covering her face under the blanket.

Though a bit taken aback by her sudden outburst, Aron and Kyla chose not to disturb the young maiden any further. Saying their goodbyes, they left the room without delay.

"What was that about? You think we offended her?" A puzzled Aron questioned Kyla who shrugged her shoulders at the same. "Who knows?"

Before Aron could reply, the late teenager grabbed his collar and yanked him into an inconspicuous shady corner.  She forced the boy against the wall and kissed his lips.

While her one hand held his neck, her other hand held his and pushed it into her pants. "Aron.. I have waited long enough. You either answer me now or we never see each other ever again."

First surprised by the outburst, Aron didn't get any time to think matters through before Kyla dropped the bomb on his head. "This.. what happened to you..?" He asked, only for Kyla to shove him back even more harshly.

"I need an answer, Aron. Now..!" Kyla had come to a hasty decision. She knew Aron had something for her but was that the same love she had anticipated all this while? She got to have answers.

"Aah.. please give me some time, Kyla. There are many things happening in my life all at the same time.. I.. I have been thinking over it.." His answer didn't satisfy the girl at all. If anything, she was even more annoyed.

"Time for what Aron? You either love me or you don't. What's there to think about it?" Kyla was getting quite emotional, tears threatening to spill out of her eyes. "I don't like this feeling of emptiness in my heart. We can either be a lover or total strangers.. chose one."

Aron forcefully retracted the hand Kyla had brought into her panty. "Stranger? What do you mean, Kyla? Whatever my answer be, aren't we still great friends?"  He was mad that Kyla will say something so serious without putting q proper thought into it. Should friendships be something you can break easily?

"I don't care, Aron. Either we can be together, or I walk away from here, without ever turning back." Kyla was adamant and Aron was certainly not prepared for this eventuality.

He wasn't foolish enough to not realize that she was playing mind games with him. Even so, the wetness in her eyes was not mere pretense. Also, even if she was messing around, can he afford to let her go?

"What is it, Aron? Are you having trouble because I am not a virgin?" Finally, Kyla could not control the dam sealing her tears. Her hand clutching Aron's collar fell lifelessly as she began sobbing.

"Idiot.." Aron was not so stone-hearted. He wasn't made to be able to watch a girl sob in front of him. "Why are you saying something like that, Kyla? You think I am not aware of our conditions in the quarters? Did you really had a choice in such circumstances?"

He hugged her tightly, making Kyla's sob grow into full-fledged crying. Aron stayed in place, gently caressing her back. "Why do you think I am pursuing cultivation so madly?"

His hands held her shoulders, his deep eyes staring right into hers. "That's because I can never allow what happened to you ever again. Neither do you nor to anyone else I am close with."

"Recalling the day I was with you when those guys treated you like that.. the fact that I could not stand up for you that time still haunts me even after those guys are long dead." Aron dropped his head down, unable to maintain eye contact with the girl.

"I definitely have affection for you, girl. I can't tell if it's love or not, but yeah.. compared to losing you.. I would much rather have you as a lover if being friends is not possible."

Aron had indirectly answered her question. Both of them stood together with their foreheads touching each other and their hands clasped together. "I love you, Kyla.." Slowly, their lips touched and the couple got engaged in a drawn-out kiss that continued for a long while.
