Chapter 63 – Nihara
Chapter 63 - Nihara
...
<POV: Carene>
"Y-Yes. Thank you for your kind concern."
While my head kept becoming muddier and muddier with such crazy thoughts, I spoke some words of gratitude to Shana.
Let's hope that I didn't shame Celesta anyhow.
"No need to be so formal with us. A friend of our Head is our friend too. Let's all hang out later to celebrate, alright?!"
Hang out together?!!
But, I barely know them right now. And, she wants to drink together?
What should I do? I want to somehow decline this request of hers, but I also don't want her relationship with Celesta to become bad.
Before I could find a solution to my trouble, Sneha roared at Shana in an angry voice,
"Celebrate what exactly?!! We have too much work left to deal with. If you are so free, then come. Let's deal with them right away. I won't make any more excuses today!"
The figure of the angry Sneha somehow gained pure angelic wings, along with a halo in my eyes.
Thank you very much for rescuing me!
"NOOOO~!! Carene... save me from this Demoness~~!!"
Shana screamed sorrowfully towards me as she reached her hands in my direction, pitifully asking for my help to be rescued.
Sorry, Shana. This time... I can't do anything to help you. Although she is looking like a Demon to you, for me, she is an angel right now.
Haaah... They are really a weird pair alright. Would Celesta be okay working with those girls?
Although they are not bad girls at heart, something about them feels really off. Like, it was as if they were somehow different from the others.
Is it normal to think like this?
I am kind of getting worried about Celesta now...
...
<POV: 3rd Person>
After separating from Carene, the two girls ended their emotional act and resumed their stoic appearance.
In contrast to Shana's confident expression, Sneha seemed a bit uneasy as she looked at Shana with troubled eyes and spoke,
"Hey, was it alright for us to bother her like that? Won't our Head become really mad when she discovers about it?"
Shana refuted Sneha's concerns, as she nonchalantly spoke,
"No big deal. I already tried my best to ship that girl toward our Head. Besides, she may even be a little thankful now towards us, you know?"
Sneha didn't share the gloating expression on Shana's face, as she asked again,
"I don't know. By the way... do you really think our Head loves her? I mean, t-they are both girls, a-aren't they..?"
Compared to the flustered Sneha, Shana looked very excited, as she spoke teasingly,
"What's so strange about that? It's a common thing nowadays. Hehehe, I am really excited to see their love blossoming!"
Sneha too, without exception, wanted the best for their Head. She had received a lot of help and care from her and was unwilling to see her being sad or hurt.
That was when Sneha remembered another problem that often hung around their Head.
"But, what if David found out what we did? You know that he has been hell-bent on securing our Head's attention since last year. Besides... is it really okay to let 'that' girl suffer so much?"
Shana looked at Sneha's somewhat guilty face and sighed in anguish. Even she wasn't sure how to deal with those problems.
She had never considered herself an omnipotent being, able to solve every problem that she encountered. Still, she at least tried to provide help where she could.
"You mean Nihara? Hah... we can't do anything about that for now. He is a member of the Council too. We can't move against him easily. Besides, he has left no evidence to track it to him. He has three or more scapegoats prepared to take the fall for him."
Thinking of the bad rumors surrounding David, Shana felt like something disgusting was creeping up her back. He never gave her any good impression. Actually, upon hearing the rumors about his dirty deeds in the shadow of the Council, Shana felt enraged and wanted to expel him from College somehow. However, after trying her best for a year or so, she still failed to do anything about him.
No matter if she was a member of the Council or not, she was still powerless in front of many matters, particularly those occurring in the shadows. She had realized some time ago how powerless the strength of a single person really was.
Sneha somewhat panicked upon hearing Shana speaking as such. She couldn't help herself but ask again,
"Then, isn't he too dangerous already? If David finds out that Celesta actually likes a girl, then he would go mad with jealousy! I'm sure he would then try to turn her orientation straight by all means."
Shana snorted in disdain, as her eyes gained a frustrated look, with venom spewing out of her mouth.
"That's all craptalk, you know? It ain't that easy to make a move on our Head. Why do you think David acts so carefully around our Heads? It isn't just because of his admiration for her. He has personally seen a few men suffer."
Upon remembering the idiots who dared to mess around with Celesta, Shana regained her previous laidback aura. Ever since entering the College, Celesta had been popular amongst the men due to her earth-shaking beauty. Many had tried all kinds of shady and improper schemes to obtain her body or heart. Of course, they all failed without exception.
Sneha had joined College after Shana and by that time, the men had realized the terror of messing with Celesta. She couldn't help but become curious about the fate of such troubling men.
"Men? What did they do?"
Shana giggled evilly as she glanced toward Sneha and spoke mischievously,
"What else but try flirting with our Head? I tell you, their status has turned into a hidden legend of sorts by now. God knows where those guys went afterward."
Sneha's mind went into overdrive, imagining all sorts of ways that their Head could have possibly used to deal with those annoying pests. That was when she remembered another possibility, which made her face turn pale instead.
"But, what if David decides to make a move on Carene instead?"
...
<POV: Carene>
After getting away from the two Council members, I finally arrived in front of my designated Lecture Hall. Upon entering the room, the noisy Hall turned silent for a while, before it exploded with all kinds of shouts.
"Ohhhh~! So this is the new girl, huh?"
"She looks cute too! Totally my type!!"
"What are you talking about? She is mine! I'm laying my claim on her!"
"Heh. You do that with every new girl that arrives. And, how many did you successfully get till now? A big ZERO."
"Grrr... just you wait. I will get her in bed within this month!"
"Cheh! Get lost you virgin loser!"
"Yeah, in your dreams!"
These guys are too loud. I can hear them very well from here too. Are they some hormonal kids or what?
Besides, I don't have any interest in men. That reminds me.. where is the girl here? How come they made no sound upon my arrival?
Ah. There they are. Hum, they are all looking at me too.
But, their gaze is a bit weird. Although they lack overflowing lust when compared to the men in this class, they seem to be filled with something else.
Something is really fishy here.
There are still ten minutes to go until the lecture begins.
Ignoring the craziness of the students, I sat down on an empty seat in the corner that provided a good view of the Lecture Podium.
Huuu... now I feel somewhat calm. Don't know what I was so frightened of.
It's surprising how no girl came to talk to me yet. Is it because I am new here?
Maybe I should try building up some interpersonal networks here soon.
As for the boys that came to enquire about me... I obviously fended them off. How? Simple. Just told them 'No interest' and their fighting spirit withered.
It's surprising how calmly I can deal with those guys, yet I feel somewhat scared of approaching those girls.
While I began to wonder what kind of studies happen here, I heard a strange voice somewhere behind me. Turning to look at it, at the right-most corner of the Hall, a girl and a guy were involved in some argument. Well, it at least looked like an argument to me.
"Please... please let me suck your cock. I beg of you. I-It's been weeks already!"
Ohh?? Is that how things work around here? I didn't know that sex was this open here in the College that you could just straight up ask someone for sex.
"N-No. Get away from me! Find someone else."
But... the guy is desperately pushing her away. What's wrong here?
The girl's looks aren't bad. Pretty blonde hair, bountiful pair of boobs, a curvy figure, enchanting looks... she has it all. She even looks healthy enough. Is the guy not into girls or something?
"B-But, no one is agreeing to me anymore. What's wrong? Why is everyone avoiding me like this?! Didn't you all love to make me suck on your dicks? Didn't you fuck my pussy for so many months? What happened then? D-Did I become too loose already? Or, have I become uglier now?"
Ohhhhh... a lot has happened between them it seems. And, group sex? Is that girl into that sort of stuff?
Oh well, it's not like she is harming anyone. Every person deserves to pursue their own happiness, at least when they don't bother anyone else to achieve it.
Also... I had never seen a loose vagina before. Does it change its shape after too much sex? Don't tell me that would happen to Isla too?!
I mean, of course, I like her, and my likeness for her won't ever change for such a minor reason. Still... that may not be something she wants for herself. I better have a talk with Isla about this soon.
"G-Get away! Don't grab my legs like this. Hey guys, help me out here!"
The guy began to panic when the girl grabbed his legs tightly. She looks really desperate too. I wonder why she wants sex so badly. She could get anyone to do it with her if she asks someone else, right? What's the big deal here?
The guy's friends laughed mockingly at him instead of helping him out of the situation. Yup, that's how I remember guys behaved with me before too.
"Hahaha. You lucked out today, Brian. She is totally after you today!"
"Kekeke. It's somehow funny to watch too."
"You guys... I will remember this!"
The guy named Brian then cursed all of his friends loudly, after which he began to vent his frustration on the poor girl's body.
Wait. What..? What's going on here?
"Ah... uu... it hurts..."
The girl kept crying in pain, as the guy kept raining down punches and kicks over her body.
"You bitch! Why do you have to curse me like this today?! It's your fault for making me kick you like this! Bitch!!"
This guy... has he totally lost his mind?! She is seriously hurt already! Does he plans on killing her or something?!
"Uah! S-Sorry. Please forgive me... AH!... I-I will go away... please..."
This bastard is really hurting her badly! Damn it! What am I doing just sitting here and staring at this commotion?!
"Haah.. haah... bitch. Get lost already."
By the time I stood up, it was already too late. The bullied girl staggered as she walked away limpingly, while the men and women of the class turned a blind eye to the entire incident.
What is with their reactions? Is this kind of thing normal here??
Although that girl's request was somewhat rude and perverted, he didn't have to keep hitting her like that, right?
I know that the girl didn't sound like a clean one. But, there is a way to deal with things properly.
Feeling some pity for the limping girl, I decided to ignore that guy called Brian and the others, as I hurriedly walked next to her and offered her my shoulder for support.
The girl looked really surprised by my help, as she stared at me in wonder.
That was when I realized how silent the otherwise noisy class had become. The boys and the girls were all staring at me with astonished eyes like I was an alien or something.
What's so strange about this? No matter whether she is perverted or not, she is still a human being. Treating her with basic care and respect is what she totally deserves.
Although I was too shocked to respond properly earlier, at least I can help her and lead her toward the infirmary.
I decided to ignore the strange looks given by the whole class as I started making my way towards the Infirmary shown by Celesta earlier.
Let's hope that the College Nurse is present there by now.
By the way... why is this girl looking at me with such an amazed yet regretful expression?
Is she upset that I helped her? Or... was she expecting someone else to do so??
Anyways, what's done is done. Since I decided to help her, then let's help her all the way.
