Chapter 80: No No No No, This Can’t Be!
Chapter 80: No No No No, This Can't Be!
Knock. Knock.
Scott Tang had just begun to start fucking his wife Becky doggie-style when a servant knocked heavily on the master bedroom door, completely breaking him away from his late-morning fucking. The butler’s voice outside definitely didn’t belong to one of his personal attendants, cutting off Scott right as he was about to start yelling for the idiot to fuck off.
"Your father, the Head Tang, has called for you and your two wives, Ann and Becky, to come to the main house in fifteen minutes for an urgent family meeting," the butler announced loudly through the wood. "Please make sure you are on time."
Becky looked back over her bare shoulder at her husband in complete confusion over this rather strange, sudden call from the main house. Scott only frowned deeply, ignoring the interruption as he gripped her hips tighter and continued to pump faster, his breathing turning ragged.
"Hold on dear, I am almost done," Scott muttered, pushing his weight forward. "Just yell into the pillow or something."
As Scott pounded away like a rabbit on cocaine, Becky only rolled her eyes toward the headboard, privately thinking that rushing through this and being late for the Head's meeting was a terrible idea. To her, it didn't really matter anyway; it wasn't like she was actually going to finish with him rushing like this.
Around twenty-five minutes later, the three Tang family members finally arrived and stepped into the grand living room of the main estate. The butler who had called for the slacker only rolled his eyes in silent annoyance, completely refusing to take the blame for their lateness. He then remembered the operational details currently happening over at Scott's private home right now, and a sharp smile touched his lips.
Soon, a housemaid walked into the living room accompanied by two imposing bodyguards who immediately took up positions near the entrance. The maid bowed slightly, gesturing toward the interior corridor.
"The Head is ready for you three," the maid said to the trio. "Come with us."
Scott, recognizing the two security men walking behind them, knew they were armed, highly skilled combat masters from his father's generation. He couldn't even begin to guess why they would be deployed for a simple family gathering.
The moment they stepped into the private office, the maid bowed out and left the room, but the two respected guards immediately took up tight spots at both sides of the heavy door like they were guarding the room from an imminent, high-risk threat.
Scott noticed that sitting on the velvet couch further away on the right side of the room were his two other wives, Nadia and Nichole, both wearing matching black lace dresses that made it look like they were on their way to a funeral. His father, Anthony Tang, sat quietly at his large mahogany desk with Helen standing like a sentinel behind his right arm. Both of them looked deadly serious, and Scott instantly felt a bad feeling settling into his chest over the setup. He wondered what the hell his bitch twin wives had done this time.
Anthony pointed a finger toward the three empty seats arranged directly in front of his desk, his voice cold. "Take a seat. Thanks for making me wait on you three."
Becky only wanted to point an accusing finger at Scott and blame his rabbit-dick performance for making them late, but as his submissive wife in front of the Head, she kept her mouth shut. Scott looked completely sloppily dressed, having thrown on the first clothing he could find in his closet, and the distinct smell of sex was entirely clear to the trained senses of everyone in the room.
"Let us begin," Anthony stated, leaning forward over his desk. "The first thing on our agenda today is to discuss your wives Nadia and Nichole's infidelity. Here, see if you can understand what this means."
He passed Scott the first copy of the actual pregnancy dates for both sisters, the clinical registry showing they were already pregnant a full week before the wedding took place. Scott didn't notice the timeline details at first glance, until he remembered their actual wedding day right after his housemaid had been sent away from the house.
"So Scott, did you have sex with Nadia and Nichole before your wedding?" Anthony asked, his eyes narrowing.
Scott looked over to the twins, who only sat on the opposite couch making absolutely no facial expressions, clearly having been instructed by the Head to not talk a bit. Then he looked back to his father, about to lie and say he was the father, but the sudden realization that those were definitely not his kids hit him hard.
"No, I only had sex with them on my wedding night and that's it," Scott revealed, his face twisting with anger. "They have refused to have sex with their husband since then."
Anthony nodded slowly, his expression entirely unbothered by the confession. "I have made both Nadia and Nichole sign Divorce papers here for you to sign. You cannot stay married to women caring for another's child."
Scott snapped, slamming his hands on the desk as he jumped up to yell across the room. "You two fucking whores?! It is one thing to not fuck your husband, but to go and sleep around like sluts before I married you, you ungrateful bitches!"
As Scott stood up to head over to where the twins sat, one of the two elderly guards moved swiftly, instantly blocking his path and pointing a hand back toward the seat he had just left. Scott's dad looked down at him coldly.
"They have already been dealt with by the family. Now have a seat, we are not done here."
Scott, seeing how incredibly fast the old guard had moved to cut off his line, backed up instantly, losing all of his momentum. He sat back down in his chair, watching his father slide two legal documents across the smooth wood.
"These are divorce papers I had the sisters sign," Anthony explained, pointing to the lines. "It is a complete no-contest divorce, meaning no custody, money, or support will be given to them from you as their ex-husband. The children in their belly will have nothing to do with you any longer. Now read it, and here is a pen."
Scott felt the immense, heavy weight of the epic green hat pressing down on his pride, and looking at the two silent women only made him feel completely sick to his stomach. He looked down at the documents, realizing how simple and basic the layout was; nothing would be lost from his personal assets other than the public shame of being cheated on. Then, he remembered Mei Xia at that exact moment.
A sudden wave of paranoia washed over him, and he looked to the two women sitting next to him, suddenly feeling terrified that he might not be the biological father of their babies either. Anthony, easily seeing the transparent look of panic on his son's face, offered a blunt reassurance.
"Ann and Becky are very much carrying your babies and have only been with you. I give you my personal promise on this news. Otherwise, those two would be sitting in the exact same boat as the twins."
Hearing that, Scott vigorously signed both documents, his pen scratching loudly against the paper. Anthony looked over the signatures, seeing it was done correctly, and handed the pages to Helen, who tucked them safely into her bag.
"Now onto the next topic," Anthony continued, his tone dropping to a dangerous level. "The missing one million dollars from your personal savings account. What exactly did you do with that money, Scott? I called the bank myself, and they confirmed they had your personal authorization to transfer the funds. It is your money and you can do with it what you want, but I want to know what you did with it."
Scott, his brain filling with a million panicked thoughts, tried to invent something believable, throwing out the very first lie he could construct. "Mother borrowed it for a bit to buy a new home. She has her accounts frozen right now, and she will pay me back later."
Anthony smiled at the reasonable lie, the kind of deception that would easily trick a youngster, but he only pressed on with his questions. "Do you remember what I said last week during our family meal, correct son?"
Scott only nodded to his father, completely terrified to open his mouth again.
"I have heard from a highly reliable source that Rick Lee was in a battle with Blood Demon, a well-respected assassin for hire," Anthony revealed, watching his son's posture crumble. "And he remarkably survived, being the first ever target to escape the Blood Demon's assault. Shocking news, right?"
Scott's face twisted, not knowing whether he should try to look shocked, innocent, or confused at the sudden news.
"My son, have you ever heard of the Blood Demon before?" Anthony asked flatly.
"No."
"Did you know the price to put an assassination attempt on someone is exactly one million dollars, my loving son?"
"No."
"Well then, let's listen to a really fun recording set I stumbled upon during my deep-web checks," Anthony stated, gesturing toward his daughter.
Helen stepped forward, pressing the button on a handheld playback device. The ten-minute audio compilation instantly played through the loudspeakers, filling the room with Scott's own voice as he arranged the hit. Even the twins had not heard the raw audio files yet, and they listened intently.
After the recording ended, the room fell into a deathly, terrifying silence.
"Fortunately for you, Scott, these are recordings done illegally and cannot be used by the police to put you in a state prison," Anthony stated, standing up tall to look down on his posturing son. "But inside this family, it is more than enough justification to pass judgment on you. And with the heaviest of hearts..."
He stared down at the trembling young man, his voice echoing with absolute authority.
"I, Anthony Tang, hereby revoke my son Scott Tang of all Tang Clan status and benefits, and you are no longer counted in the nobility of the Tang house. You are being permanently removed from the family registry effective immediately. The rest of our Tang clan, as well as the other three noble houses, will be informed of your removal from the Tang."
Scott sank lifelessly back into his chair, every word hitting his chest like physical fists striking his soul. He wanted nothing more than to wake up from this terrifying nightmare, muttering a desperate plea that everyone in the room could hear.
"No, No, No, No, This can't be!"
Anthony handed him a thin file, completely unfazed by his despair.
"Although the Tang family will no longer support you, I leave you with two things: your personal savings banking account, and your trust fund for when you graduate university. Your school tuition was already paid in full, so you get to keep that access. But the only things you are taking from the Tang estate are your clothing and some personal effects, which are already being packed as we speak. This goes for Becky and Ann as well."
Scott stared at his father, his face twisted with pure betrayal as the reality of his expulsion crashed down on his world. His life was completely ruined over this literal street trash, Rick Lee, and he honestly felt he had done absolutely nothing wrong to deserve this level of punishment.
Anthony Tang leaned forward over his mahogany desk, his brown eyes cold and entirely unbothered by his son's shock. "Do you wish to say any last words before you leave, Scott?"
"I am your blood son!" Scott screamed across the office, his voice cracking as he looked toward his sister. "And you, sister... how can you just sit there and let this happen to me? This is not fair at all! Why are you tossing me out of my own home in complete disgrace? Rick Lee is nothing but absolute trash, damn it!"
Helen finally stepped forward from behind her father’s right arm, her tone laced with absolute indifference for his breakdown.
"I have only ever heard you blame every single mistake you have ever made on Rick," Helen stated flatly, her gaze steady. "You are an adult, Scott, and you need to take real responsibility for your own actions. The only true disgrace we Tang family members have faced is how mother successfully poisoned your heart. I am deeply saddened that you could not let your petty hate go. Please, brother... try to let your hate go and learn to live."
Scott let out a loud, mocking laugh that echoed sharply off the office walls. "Hah-ha! Mother was completely right about you all along. You're all incredibly weak. I should have left this estate the exact day you abandoned mother. What kind of daughter kicks out her own mother anyway? You're nothing but a pathetic daddy's girl, Helen! Fuck, this whole setup is stupid. No, you know what? I am glad. I can finally live my life without being under your strict rules, so thanks for nothing, father and sister."
Anthony completely ignored his son's dramatic outburst, turning his head to look at the two senior guards waiting by the door.
"Paul and Mike, please escort Mr. Tang and his two wives out to the waiting cab and truck," Anthony commanded smoothly. "Send them anywhere they wish to go. Oh, and find Bob and Jack immediately. Tell them they are officially fired from our security detail and escort them off the premises as well."
"Yes, Head Tang!" the two martial masters responded simultaneously, bowing before stepping forward to enforce the command.
Scott’s face turned bright red with pure rage. He lunged up from his chair, marching toward the exit, but paused as his eyes fell on the opposite couch where Nadia and Nichole sat completely silent.
"And what of those two fucking whores?" Scott hissed, pointing a finger at them.
Anthony didn't even look up from his desk. "They do not concern you any longer. The Tang family will handle their situation from now on. Now go."Scott glared at the twins, lifting his foot to aggressively spit directly onto the expensive office carpet in anger before stomping out into the hallway.
Once Scott was completely gone from the room and a housemaid had finished cleaning up the mess on the floor, Anthony turned his focus toward his daughter.
"After Scott is fully cleared off the grounds, take the twins and go invite Rick and his wives to dinner tonight," Anthony instructed, his voice brook no delay.
All three women looked completely surprised that he was moving the timeline forward so incredibly fast, their minds thrown into a temporary daze.
Anthony easily tracked their shocked expressions, tapping his fingers against the wood.
"I know Rick's wives' schedules perfectly, and tonight is the absolute best time to strike," Anthony explained, laying out the management of the situation. "He will absolutely not make a final decision regarding his heritage without asking for their input. If they are sitting at our table, he can ask them for their thoughts immediately. Do not push off tomorrow what you can easily do today. That exact procrastination is the reason our Tang house is in such a mess in the first place. I waited far too long. Now go. Oh, and Nadia and Nichole..."
The two obedient twins instantly straightened their postures, waiting for his instructions.
"Due to your inflexible father running the Ning family, I can only officially file these divorce papers if Rick agrees to join our family openly and marry you," Anthony revealed to them, his tone remaining neutral. "I am absolutely not threatening you to apply pressure, but I have a high-society treaty that requires you to be tied to a Tang. So don't push Rick too hard tonight, but remember that only he can make this happen. If he agrees tonight, then I will have this processed in the morning, and you will be completely free of Scott. Now go get your baby's father."
All three women bowed and quickly exited the office, leaving Anthony alone in the grand room. He let out a long, heavy sigh, sinking back into his chair as he picked up his phone to handle the next call.
"Hello, my wife, how are you doing today?" Anthony spoke into the receiver, his expression softening. "I see. And are you all packed for the trip? Right, yes, it is finally finished. Debby is gone, and now Scott is completely removed as well... Now I am preparing to send our people to deal with the Song clan in the Black State who have been constantly messing with your family... What?!"
Anthony sat up straight in his leather chair, a sudden shock striking his face as he pressed the smartphone closer to his ear to verify the news.
"You said all of the Song members who were actively suppressing your family were just arrested for massive embezzlement and banking fraud?!" Anthony asked, his eyes wide. "And what? No, it was absolutely not me who arranged that, but I know exactly who did it. Yes, a very close friend of the family. Yes, and also, I want you to meet Sally's boy as soon as you arrive. Yes, my sister's child. I am planning on bringing him back into our family fold tonight, dear. Yes, he helped remove both Debby and Scott for your sake. Good, I will personally pick you up at the airport tomorrow morning then. I love you, my wife, bye."
Anthony lowered his phone, staring at the screen in a complete daze before a massive, proud smile spread across his lips.
"Okay, kid... you're a massive headache with your digital pranks against your enemies," Anthony muttered to himself with a soft laugh. "But how the hell did you find out my wife Kim needed urgent help in the Black State? Well, if your Computer Use is deep enough to know that, then you must know exactly what I am planning for you tonight. Oh well... I highly hope this means you're finally willing to be a Tang now."
He picked up his phone once more, dialing his administrative line. "It's me. Transfer my line to my Star City commercial realtor immediately. Yes, I am waiting."
On the opposite end of Eurasia, deep within the capital city of the White State...
Inside a luxury tour bus cabin measuring ten by ten feet, a very beautiful woman with long white hair twisted into a sloppy bun sat resting on her bunk.
She was scrolling lazily through the popular news articles and entertainment feeds on her tablet.
Sitting on the bunk directly next to her was her manager, a middle-aged, highly attractive woman with vibrant red hair. She looked over at the tablet screen, tracking the latest events pertaining to their corporation, the Star Entertainment Group. A video of last night's broadcast fight popped up, and the manager pointed at the screen.
"Wow, our company just hosted a major fighting event, and our CEO, Victoria Long, was actually there in attendance! And look, the main commentator was Ana Zi!"
"What?" the white-haired woman asked, blinking in surprise. "Why would Boss Victoria willingly go to a savage fight? She absolutely hates fighting."
"It seems there are several men fighting to marry that second daughter, Tina Feng, and Victoria was sitting directly with the Number 2 contender," the manager explained, pulling up the data. "Let me see what is going on here..."
"Tina Feng!" the white-haired girl gasped, the name unlocking a core memory. "Ah, I remember her! I did my very first year of middle school with her before I left the city."
The manager quickly pulled up the official biography page of the event, scanning the profiles of the active participants until she found out exactly why Victoria had likely attended the venue. The white-haired woman started watching the closeup video clips while her manager continued to talk over the audio.
"So, two things brought her to the arena most likely," the manager broke down the clues. "The first is her personal bodyguard, the Number 2 contestant. He is a business student of hers at Star University, and he was operating as her bodyguard for that evening as well. The second reason was a major commercial dealing with fighter Number 3, who publicly claimed she was his sweetheart. So romantic."
But when the manager looked back over to her companion, she froze in absolute panic. The young woman was balling her eyes out, tears flowing freely down her cheeks as she stared at a paused closeup picture of Rick Lee being introduced by Ana Zi.
The older redhead jumped up from her bunk, rushing over to hold her trembling shoulders as she panicked. "Kate, honey, what's wrong?! Are you hurting somewhere? Do you need me to call the tour doctor right now?!"
With her red eyes completely overflowing with tears, Kate pointed a shaking finger toward the screen, locking onto the man labeled as Number 2, the bodyguard of their CEO.
"That is my childhood pen-pal friend, Action Movie Star Rick Lee..." Kate sobbed, her voice cracking as she gripped the tablet tightly. "And he is not dead... he is completely alive, sniff-sniff..."
The manager lady stared down at the screen, looking skeptical. "Rick Lee is an incredibly common name, Kate. Maybe he is someone entirely different from your childhood."
Kate shook her head aggressively like a spoiled child, refusing to accept any doubt. "Sniff, no! That is his exact smile, the very same one he had when he safely saved me from that tree branch when we were kids. I will absolutely never forget that smile. He is the entire reason I wanted to become an actress in the first place. I wanted to be a famous movie star too, just like my dead friend... But my mother lied to me and said he died years ago!"
The manager had never heard a single word of this past news, her jaw dropping. "Why on earth would your mother say something so incredibly cruel to you?"
"Because I kept trying to run away from home to move back to Star City," Kate revealed, wiping her face in anger. "So she lied to stop me... I absolutely hate her for that."
The manager knew her mother and stepfather well enough to agree that they were total assholes to deal with. Fortunately, the exact moment Kate turned eighteen, she had broken away from their control and went directly into singing, which was how they ended up on this massive national tour. Kate suddenly gripped her manager's sleeve, her eyes wide.
"I want to go back to Star City right now!"
The manager rolled her eyes, gently pulling her hand away to explain the realities of their contract. "Kate, I completely understand your feelings, alright?! But we cannot simply stop this national tour, or Star Entertainment will be in a massive financial bind, and so will we. Look, you said you want to go to Star City, right?"
Kate wiped her eyes, nodding her head like a stubborn child.
"Look, we will be in the Azure State for the very last leg of the tour, and our schedule puts us right in Star City in the middle of December," the manager reassured her, breaking down the timeline. "That is not too far away at all. You have your final show on New Year's Eve, and then you can stay in Star City permanently just like you wanted."
"B-But—"
"Look, let me help you find out more news about your friend first," the manager interrupted smoothly, offering a tactical play. "If you suddenly come out of the blue into his life out of nowhere after all these years, you might cause the media to ruin his personal peace. Do you truly want that to happen to him?"
"N-No, but—"
"Look, Kate, I am a really smart woman and I am going to help you out, but you have to listen to me," the manager finished with a sigh. "Have I ever let you down before?"
"Um? There was that one time at the amusement park—"
"Okay, I am incredibly sorry about that one time!" the manager cut her off, her face turning red. "But I got completely lost, geez! We were totally fine in the end, and that place was absolutely huge! Who the hell knew I had walked us in a giant circle? Sigh."
Kate looked at the laptop screen once more, her mind racing with a million questions until her manager offered a reassuring squeeze to her shoulder."I will find out absolutely everything about him for you by the time you get there," the manager promised with a warm smile. "Then you can surprise him properly!"
Kate looked up at the older woman, her red-rimmed eyes glittering with a sudden, intense hope. "How can I surprise him?!"
The redhead let out a soft sigh to herself, knowing it was going to be an incredibly long day and night focusing all of her energy on this high-spirited woman with an innocent heart.
So after a couple of hours of intense convincing, Kate Kong finally decided to be patient and really plan a massive splash to impress the childhood action hero she had thought of for such a long time. Just knowing he was still alive was more than enough inspiration to drive more of her songs straight onto the national charts after tonight.
A powerful song from Rick's past life was officially born in this world, and it was destined to be absolutely huge... [I Need A Hero]
