Mission, we do a little sneaking.

Once David returned to his building, entering the now personal garage he had due to the apartment he was renting. He took a deep breath before getting out, his heart clenched as he saw Bast's condition, there were a few dents and a lot of scratches to her and he rubbed his hand against the roof. ''Sorry about that beautiful... Let's get you fixed up, I'll order some things off the markets to really kit you out.''

David let his nanites repair the damage and fix the paint, once he made sure Bast was back up to 100% he left his personal garage, having already personally seen to it having the highest security possible, and that was by removing it from the grid, and off the main apartments power source, instead putting fake signals, as if this was just another pathway information ran through for the building. Unless someone knew there was a garage down here, they wouldn't know about it, this was more so David could work in peace without needing to bother with netrunners trying to find him.

As he entered the elevator and began to head up to his apartment, planning to get some training in, he noticed that the elevator shifted a bit before it continued upwards, looking up to one of the screens in it that had a black screen with a simple message on it.

Meet me on the roof. -K

Waiting for the elevator eventually it was onto the roof, seeing Kiwi sitting on a chair in the shade, reading a newspaper pad. Waving her hand softly as she saw David who took a seat next to her.

''Howdy Kiwi, you could've just called me.''

''I know, I'm trying to get to know you better,'' Kiwi stated as she put the pad away, leaning back into her chair as she watched him.

''Which included you being able to see my face in person to read my features, alright what did you want to talk about?'' David said as he stretched out his legs, relaxing back into the chair as he watched her.

''I've got a job, something I can't do myself because I don't like... Physical altercation.'' Kiwi stated, David, nodding to that since it made sense not everyone wanted to throw themselves into danger.

''Alright, what's the job?''

Kiwi handed him a custom USB jack, rolling it around in his fingers for a bit while he waited for her to continue.

''The Tyger Claws came across some information in one of their rackets, said the information could be sold for a pretty penny, but they don't know they're sitting on it. I can't pull the information myself without getting into their little basement and physically extracting it. Can you be quiet?''

David understood what that meant, pulling his jacket a bit to show the suppressor that was beside the mags to his Nue. ''I can, you want me in and out with them none the wiser?''

Kiwi shrugged. ''You can kill them for all you want, but if they're able to raise the alarm, the servers will be automatically whipped clean. All I NEED you to do, is get into the basement, find the main server, plug that in and let it run its program that will automatically pull the information I need, and as long as I get that information, we can get paid.''

''You alright if I take some souvenirs?'' David asked, cracking his fingers as he put the USB into the padded protected pocket he had inside his jacket.

''Steal what you want... But if you find someone with a golden tanto with a dragon on its pommel, kill him and steal the tanto. There's a huge bounty on his head that would be a nice bonus.''

''Alright, when do you want this to be done?'' David asked as he stood up, stretching his arms above his head and leaning back, letting his back crack.

''Before this next Saturday, they do server maintenance then and that includes going over all the new files, once they find the information, they'll want it to be sold and it will be too late,'' Kiwi stated as her eyes glowed softly as she sent the coordinates to the building. It was relatively close.

Checking the time he mentally juggled about how long it would be until Rebecca or Lucy contacted him, or returned to the apartment, since it was only about three he had a good 6 hours of wiggle room, and if he ran all the way there, he could get there in about half an hour. ''Alright, I'll do it today then, no use waiting for a few days to get it.''

David walked away, waving over his shoulder. ''Enjoy your stay on the roof! If you get thirsty there are some drinks in the fridge in my room, you're cleared to enter.''

David than just walked off the side of the room, Kiwi raising a brow when he did that.

He didn't just commit suicide, did he?

No... After she checked the cameras, she noticed there was a roof not too far from where they were, and he continued to scale down the buildings and down their side with ease since the elevator would take too long.

Once he reached the street level he began to run, Kiwi stopped watching him around that time, it was in his information that he liked parkouring so this wasn't new to her, but it was interesting to watch. Maybe she'd pull some old videos of parkouring up, could be something to watch and pass the time to.

David was now eating a shish kebab across the street from the building, after a quick pink and search, he noticed that whereas everything else was on the main system, the servers with the information were running in a private connection, explaining why Kiwi needed someone to get inside... hehkek.

Snickering to himself he waited until the person patrolling the alley came out into the street and looked away from him before he moved forward, tossing the wooden skewer onto the floor as he passed, looping the camera that watched the back alley as he went to the back door, jerking his head a bit to the side caused the door to open.

He kept his hands in his pockets as he walked down the stairs, about halfway down them his footsteps began to stop making noise as the nanites remade his shoes, the same color, and style, but now they had head temp control, dampening soles, and supported his feet better.

Coming to a door at the bottom of the stairs, he hugged the left side, raising his left fist while bracing his right shoulder against the wall, he waited a few seconds.

Slowly moving his fingers and clenching his fingers to build up slight amounts of kinetic force before the door opened, a woman walked through it.

With a soft click and hiss his arm shot forward, the woman not realizing in time to try and block the heavy strike against her temple as she crumbled. Reaching forward with his right arm he used her falling forward weight to catch her and pull her around to the side, out of the way of the door as he walked in after her.

There were another few stairs leading down, but it opened up into a large dark room, the temperature notably colder as the hums of serves greeted him.

Now that he was in the room he could connect with the cameras there, and he used them to help him cross the server room, at times he would simply stop beside a server and press slightly into it as someone walked by before he continued.

After he got far deeper into the large room he got to a door that wasn't on the systems, using his fingers to pry the door open slowly.

Soon he was able to get his fingers into the door before his hands secured around the door and the door frame as he forced it to slide open with a soft grind as it closed behind him once he entered.

There were two net runners, both in chairs and currently wired in.

Sitting on the chair at the terminal facing them, he plugged the USB into the port next to the terminal, running the program as he watched it search through the files, sweeping through before it found a file.

When it opened, David was met with a video of the current congressman in charge of political affairs taking it up the ass by a large hella chromed-out guy, who looked like a walking disco light for how bright he was.

Honestly, that wouldn't be the information worth wild, it was the fact the guy long dicking the congressman was his own son.

Gays weren't weird anymore, but incest was still weird, and heavily frowned upon.

After the video and evidence got pulled, he pulled out the USB and placed one of his own, freshly made as he waited by the nanites.

Watched as he drained every, single file from their servers, and the servers it was connected to.

The sudden violent pulling of information caused the bodies in the chairs to shake gently as if they were having a stroke before they suddenly went still.

Once he finished that he placed both USBs into his pocket and got up, having searched the building for the guy with the tanto Kiwi was talking about he didn't find him, sad times.

Whatever shall he do, not being able to collect the bounty?

Oh, maybe using the massive server farm they had to just, drain their funds? That would piss them off.

Sitting back down, he began to rapidly type. He may have cleared all the server data, but that just gave him far more room to aggressively rip from other servers, along with their locations.

Leaving a bug in the system that would help him later as well when someone eventually needed to find out what happened.

He then siphoned a huge amount of their data and currency flow, netting him a clean 45k without needing to get out of his seat or waste a bullet.

Once he stood back up, he walked right back out of the joint, only needing to stop occasionally as someone walked between the server farms, and by the time he was outside again, he just climbed the nearby wall by using the air unit as a handhold and tossed himself over the fence separating the allies. Starting his run back home.

Stealth playthroughs were always so easy to do.

Sending a message to Kiwi saying that he got the data, but no bounty.

Kiwi sent him a shrugging gif with the label of 'what can you do? Not all murdering just lines up.'

He chuckled, deciding to stop at a grocery store to pick up some stuff so he could make dinner tonight.

Rebecca was the first one back, groaning as she entered, only to stop as she began to sniff at the air. Sniffing rapidly as she ran into the apartment, guided by the sweet aroma of food only to find David cooking. She tried to come up behind him, trying to steal a bite of the food only to get her head grabbed.

David chuckled before he turned her away. ''Clean up first and go rest at the table. Lucy will be here soon, sounds like she found a job as well.''

''Come on! Just a nibble, a taste, a morsel! You need someone to taste test, right?!'' Rebecca protested as she hit against his arm, only noticing that it felt harder than usual.

''You got some more chrome today? What mark?'' Rebecca said as she 'almost' forgot about the food, pulling his hand to begin inspecting it.

David flexed his arm, letting his arm expand as all its plates flexed and opened up, showing her the tech beneath.

''Woah... This is fucking nova, I've never seen stuff like this.'' Rebecca said, she was more a gun nut than a wear nerd, but her brother had gone on rants about it all frequently, and she could tell the difference in quality.

''Experimental Militech stuff, Mark VI, 'Sonic' Series. After dinner, I'll show you what they can do.'' David stated as he let the arms close again as he turned back to continue making dinner.

''How the hell did you get your hands on something like this?!''

''Well, you see there I was, down on my luck, not finding any good stuff, and then there they were, just sitting on the side of the road!''

Rebecca scoffed, walking away to go clean herself up. ''Yeah, bullshit. Keep your secrets then.''

David chuckled before calling out. ''Would you believe me if I told you I made them myself?''

She stopped, standing at the doorway to the bathroom for a moment before turning around to flip him off while sticking out her tongue before slamming the bathroom door shut, just as Lucy walked in the front door.

She too got lead by her nose to the kitchen, salivating as she tasted the air, standing next to David, just watching what he was doing. ''What did you do now?''

''Told Rebecca I made a highly advanced pair of Gorilla arms, and she didn't believe me,'' David stated matter of factly, causing Lucy to raise her brows.

''Did you?''

He flexed his arm again, letting the plates open up and expand out so Lucy could look inside them. ''Technically? Yes.''
