The day after the League of Villains attacked the USJ—an incident now dubbed “The USJ Incident”—U.A. High School was closed temporarily.

The video Bakin showed to Tsukauchi went viral on social media before it was removed from the light web, but the following day, another video spread through the internet. Shigaraki was looking directly at the camera as he was standing in front of a burning building.

There was too much propaganda during Shigaraki's speech with All-Might and other heroes, which surprised Mokami. In Anime, Shigaraki was just a man-child, a loser with too much power and too little brain, but the psycho on video...  He was dangerous, smart, and calculative... He was a true blue criminal mastermind. If it isn't for Mokami taking students out, he probably would kill all of them until All-Might arrived.

The attention the incident got, brought more followers to the League of Villains. People who were so desperate for power and resources. Many mutant-type people had been oppressed for too long, and there was a voice that could represent them! Now, uniting together, they could overlook the consequence that comes with crime. They would be glad to join the villains and do their bidding.

The League of Villains gained momentum for their cause from all over Japan, now having access to resources and people from every corner of society. With all these new allies, Shigaraki had enough assurance and confidence to begin his next plan.

If he had to admit, Mokami would say, Shigaraki's speech was awe-inspiring. He stroke the heart of the matter, and awoke the sense of helplessness the civilian buried due to helplessness.

His voice was confident, and his image was clear. His sentences were well articulated and his words were carefully selected. This Shigaraki... Mokami hate to admit it, but he had charisma.

He opened the video and listened to his speech about oppressed society once again. "Like a plague, a virus, corruption rules everything. The heroes claim to make people feel safe, but when there's a crisis, they will do nothing but put innocent people at risk.

The civilians are treated like toys. They are living a lie. They are forced to never use the god-gifted abilities because the rich are afraid. Children are taught to suppress their instincts. Taught to bow their heads even when they encounter danger. There is no training for control if you are not willing to become one of their soldiers. This Hero Society teaches the mentality of slavery.

Every year, hundreds of thousands of children are getting abducted. Most of them by the people behind the scenes. These people who control money, governments, and heroes, do whatever they want on whomever they want. They are the cancer of this society but are protected by heroes that swore to protect the innocent!

Unseat the current order! Bring down the system that has oppressed people for too long! Free the slaves, free children. Bring the criminals who hide behind shadows to the light.

The only solution is to remove the corruption!

And to remove the corruption," Shigaraki looked at the burning building in front of him, "we have to burn it away!"

He ended his speech as usual, "All-Hero is caused by All-Might, All-Might is the reason for the corrupted society!

When there is this symbol of peace deterring people from acting out and asking for their birthright, people in the shadows do whatever they want. This is the truth of this hero society. While you struggle to live with little you earn with countless hours of work, they just to fill their pockets with your expenses."

There was a person in the crowd, with a camera in his hand. He shouted to Shigaraki, "We need to bring down All-Might! Without All-Might, there will be no corrupted society!"

Shigaraki smiled and replied, "We've already planned it."

Mokami looked into Shigaraki's eyes. Still same crazy, bloodthirsty eyes, except... there was honesty and intelligence behind them.

'Did All for One gave him a Quirk that enhanced his intelligence?' He thought to himself. This villain was so much different than that in anime. "Wait... He was still the same stupid kid when he first attacked. This video had been shot somewhere else. Did All for One give the Quirk after the USJ failure? Shit. That is troublesome. That may affect my plans."

Mokami had already been making plans for the past few years. He was planning to use his knowledge about Quirks and hero society to counter the League, but the news of a Quirk that could enhance one's intelligence changed the scenario completely. He was counting on Shigaraki's rashness and stupidity, now they were out of the picture.

'I should have found Toga sooner. Now, she may not wait for Stain incident to join the League. I need her for at least five of my plans.' He cursed as he took out his phone. "Find Himiko Toga as soon as possible, and if you can, take her to warehouse #17"

"Why does his speech reminds me of the people I am after?" Mokami then started to thought, "All for One in anime was a pure evil that wanted to dominate World under his rule, but if Shigaraki's words are anything to go by, it means AfO also wants to fight against that dark organization that my father is part of, if that is the case, we have a common enemy.

I still can't rule out hidden agendas All for One may have, but if he is truly fighting against the hero society to destroy that evil organization, that may change things."

----------In the base of League of Villains, Shigaraki and his team had already made plans for taking down All-Might. The plan was simple yet effective. They would gather information about All-Might's movements from their spies and attack him when he is alone or weak.

Then, they would take out the Pro-Hero Commission and denounce them as anti-humanity. This would create chaos in the Hero Society, potentially allowing them to topple it from within.

They also planned on using their Quirks to create a powerful virus that could shut down all electricity across Japan. With no power, heroes wouldn't be able to respond quickly enough, giving the League enough time to make their escape without any fear of pursuit.

Finally, they planned on using mind control techniques on some of the top government workers in order to sway public opinion against them. This combined with the villainous acts they would commit while under mind control could potentially make people question why these heroes were protecting such a corrupt system in the first place.

With their plans set into motion, Shigaraki looked at his comrades with an excited glint in his eye and declared "Let's begin our revolution!"

-------

After pondering over his plans, Mokami decided to blow off some steam, so he took Nejire on a date. After she heard what had happened at USJ, she rushed back to make sure both Momo and Mokami were okay and would stay a day, since both siblings had a day off as well.

In the morning they had breakfast together and until the afternoon, they played in the backyard. Mika and Eire took a day off as well, so the family spent their time under the winter sun, playing various games. Then, when the clock stroke 1 pm, Nejire, and Mokami sneaked out to have a little date.

They went to the shopping mall and after wandering a bit, they took a seat in a small cafe, enjoying each other's company. They talked about their work, the heroes and villains, their memories, and the things they want to do in the future. They were laughing and having a nice time, but every once in a while, Mokami frowned at a thought that would pop into his mind.

During the time he was lost in his thoughts, Nejire looked at his expression from time to time. She looked worried, concerned, and of course, cute. Mokami loved this girl.

Close to the evening, they went to Karaoke to rent a booth. They had to have their annual 'fun' in the Karaoke booth. As soon as they entered, after locking the door and making sure there were no recording devices, Mokami grabbed Nejire and started to kiss her. His hands were quick to undress her and in no time at all, she only had her underwear.

Nejire was blushing like mad and gave him a death glare. "Moka-chan! What are you doing all of a sudden?"

"Trying to get you out of your clothes, what else?" he answered with a grin.

Mokami started to kiss her again, and Nejire gave up. She started to undress him as well, while he was moving to her neck and breasts.

He knew she was still a bit mad at him, but by the time he was about to touch her vagina, Nejire moved his hand away. Her face was burning red, but she spoke with a voice full of desire, "Let me take care of you first."

As he sat down, she took her time to touch his body. She took his cock out and started to lick the base, moving to the top slowly, ever so slowly.

"Stop teasing, or I will not be able to stop myself." He hissed, while she blushed further. But decided to devour his cock, lest he really ravaged her out of frustration.

He was sitting with his legs wide apart and his erect penis sticking out and up in the air. Nejire moved her head and rubbed her tongue against it. She continued like this, moving up and down until Mokami felt heavenly bliss on his spine.

She was using her tongue and throat while engulfing his cock, and in no time at all, he unloaded it in her mouth.

"Nejire-chan, that was amazing." He said as he took her to his lap. They start to kiss, while Nejire started to run her garden on her shovel. She was already wet, so she was moving easily and it felt amazing.

After kissing her without taking a breath, he sat her down and went between her legs. She was oozing a lewd sweet scent, while her garden was dripping honey.

"Don't stare too much." She mumbled while he went down to have a taste.

"Still amazing!" He exclaimed as he suck her juice. "A-ahh! Mokami-kun..." she moaned, arching her body.

Mokami grinned as he kept licking and sucking, paying special attention to her clit.

"What is with this grin?" she complained as she grabbed his hair.

Moka responded by sticking his tongue inside her, making Nejire moan even louder.

Nejire's eyes grew wide as her body shook, and she came to his face.

Mokami licked her pussy clean, climbed up to her face then kissed her, sharing her taste with her.

"Moka-chan, I am ready." She almost audibly mumbled.

"Hmm?" He asked with a grin.

"I love you, Moka-chan. I want to be your woman." She whispered sultrily.

"Then no." He answered as he kissed her. She froze while he was tasting her mouth.

"Why?" She asked with tears in her eyes.

"I will not take the first time of the woman I love in a Karaoke booth." He answered as he looked into her eyes softly. "I will give you a perfect date, then I will take you to a nice hotel. There, on a soft bed, we will make love."

"Moka-chan~" Nejire hugged his neck as she pulled him into another kiss. "I love you more than anything."
