Deep within the walls of a heavily guarded HYDRA fortress nestled amidst the rolling hills of Austria, a maniacal scientist by the name of Werner Reinhardt conducted twisted experiments. His latest subject of interest was none other than the fabled Obelisk, a mysterious ancient artifact of great power.

Reinhardt subjected several helpless Chinese villagers to the Obelisk's destructive force, testing its limits and unleashing untold horrors upon his victims. But as news of Schmidt's demise aboard the Valkyrie and the imminent arrival of the Allies reached him, Reinhardt's focus shifted.

For years, he had labored under the shadow of HYDRA's former leader, seeking to prove his worth and claim his place at the top. Now, with the Red Skull dead and the Allies closing in, Reinhardt knew that his window of opportunity was rapidly closing.

When Reinhardt frantically scoured his vast network of spies and informants for any scrap of intelligence that could aid him in his quest for power, he stumbled upon a woman named Jiaying.

To his amazement, she was the only individual capable of holding the Obelisk without suffering its deadly effects. As she clutched the artifact tightly in her grasp, it pulsated with a strange and mesmerizing golden light.

Despite the wondrous discovery, Reinhardt knew that he could not afford to rest on his laurels. The death of the Red Skull had plunged HYDRA into chaos, and the approaching Allied forces threatened to crush his dreams of domination.

With a heavy heart, Reinhardt made the difficult decision to relocate the Obelisk to a more secure location. But he was not about to let Jiaying slip through his fingers. He imprisoned her in a cold, steel cage, determined to extract every last drop of knowledge from her mind.

As Reinhardt gazed upon his captive, his mind raced with thoughts of the immense power he could wield if only he could harness the secrets of the Obelisk. Little did he know that his twisted ambition would ultimately lead to his downfall.

When the Allied forces closed in on Austria, Werner Reinhardt found himself with his back against the wall. He had long known that the war could turn against him at any moment, and his worst fears were now coming to fruition.

With a heavy heart, he issued the order to evacuate HYDRA Research Facility Number 4, the site of countless experiments and the repository of numerous mysterious artifacts. Reinhardt knew that the loss of these treasures could spell doom for his grand plans of conquest and domination.

As his subordinates scurried to gather what they could and make their escape, Reinhardt's thoughts turned to the Obelisk. This powerful and enigmatic artifact had been the focus of his obsession for years, and he could not bear to leave it behind.

Summoning one of his most trusted officers, Reinhardt gave strict instructions to carefully retrieve the Obelisk and bring it to him.

As Reinhardt clutched the coveted Obelisk tightly in his grasp, his heart sank as he heard the thunderous sound of approaching boots. He knew that the end was near.

With a sudden and violent force, the door to the chamber burst open, revealing a group of Strategic Scientific Reserve troops led by the legendary Peggy Carter, Dum Dum Dugan, and Jim Morita.

Reinhardt's men fought valiantly, but they were no match for the skilled and determined agents of the SSR. One by one, they fell, and soon Reinhardt himself was staring down the barrel of Carter's gun.

With a mixture of resignation and defiance, Reinhardt surrendered. His dream of wielding the power of the Obelisk and ruling the world had crumbled to dust, and he was left with nothing but regret and bitter defeat.

Peggy Carter stood tall and resolute in the aftermath of the battle. With a determined glint in her eye, she surveyed the scattered remains of HYDRA's once-mighty stronghold.

"These assets are now under the protection of the Strategic Scientific Reserve," she declared, her voice ringing out with authority. "They'll be relocated and hidden out of sight indefinitely. As will you."

But Reinhardt was not so easily cowed. With a sneer on his lips and fire in his eyes, he shot back with a twisted HYDRA mantra: "Cut off one head, two more shall grow in its place."

Peggy merely shrugged in response. "Then I guess we'll keep cutting them off," she said calmly, undeterred by Reinhardt's bravado.

As the dust settled on the HYDRA fortress, Peggy Carter sprang into action, directing her troops to secure and catalog all of the mysterious and potentially dangerous artifacts that had been gathered by the evil organization over the years.

With meticulous care, the Strategic Scientific Reserve soldiers collected and tagged each item, taking special care with the most unusual and enigmatic pieces. Among them was a Kree corpse, an object of great interest to those who sought to unlock the secrets of the universe.

But perhaps the most intriguing find was the Obelisk, a device of immense power and untold potential. With a sense of both wonder and caution, the SSR soldiers photographed and labeled it as 0-8-4, a code that would become synonymous with the unknown.

As the troops loaded the artifacts onto their trucks and prepared to whisk them away to a secret location, Peggy Carter watched with a mix of pride and satisfaction. For while the battle had been won, the war against HYDRA and all that it stood for was far from over.
