Liam Disappears

"Hey, what are you doing on our ship?" Nami saw Hancock on the deck proudly sitting on her snake and shouted.

"I am allowed to do whatever I want. And, you will let me, won't you?"

Hancock showed a pitiful look after putting on a proud face first, as she spoke.

Seeing this, a tick mark appeared on Nami's forehead. Despite Hancocks' beauty, Nami wasn't completely affected.

Especially since she was a female.

With her personality and gender, Hancock couldn't control Nami

"I am saying, what the hell are you doing on your ship?" Nami almost exploded as she clenched her fist and shouted.

At this moment, Luffy ran flying to the ship with Usopp and others.

When he landed, he saw Hancock and happily waved at her.

"Hancock, what are you doing here?"

Although he knew this wasn't the same Hancock, he couldn't help but feel close to her.

Especially since she gave him a chance to save Ace and loved him in another world.

Even if they were Luffy of two different worlds, he still couldn't help but feel grateful towards her.

"Luffy!"

Hancock suddenly blushed and covered her face, looking shy as she said.

"I—I just came to see you."

Nami's eyebrows rose when she saw Hancock's reaction. She finally understood why Hancock was here.

But she couldn't help but look at Luffy. She didn't understand why Hancock would fall in love with Luffy.

Truthfully, Hancock hadn't fallen in love with Luffy. She was just curious.

On the other hand, Luffy also thought she had fallen in love with him. Although he didn't know the reason, he didn't want to upset Robin.

Especially since Robin was just standing beside him.

He hurriedly waved his hand and said.

"Hancock, I'm sorry. But I already have a girlfriend."

"What?"

When Hancock heard his words, she froze. She almost turned into stone.

She couldn't believe she was rejected. She was despised. Before this, she was only interested in Luffy because of his actions in Sabody.

Now, she wanted to fight against Robin for his love.

How could she lose to a woman when she was the most beautiful woman in the world?

She raised her face towards the sky as she pointed her finger at Robin and said.

"Nico Robin, I challenge you to a duel."

Robin couldn't help but chuckle. She was amused by Hancock's attitude.

On the other hand, Nami shouted.

"What the hell is wrong with you, woman? Didn't you hear Luffy's answer? Robin is his girlfriend."

At this moment, Hancock pointed her finger towards Nami and spoke in a similar position.

"I don't care. I am the most beautiful woman in the world. I can't lose to her. Whether in beauty or in strength!"

Luffy waved his hand and said.

"You are wrong, Hancock. You are not losing to Robin in beauty and strength. This has nothing to do with that. I just love Robin, and I won't betray her love."

"Aww!"

Nami couldn't help but feel excited by Luffy's declaration while Robin walked up to him and kissed him on the cheek.

"Thank you, Luffy!"

With a smile, she raised her head, but her expression had darkened as she spoke.

"But as a woman, I will accept her challenge."

At this moment, Liam, who was on the sideline, felt speechless. His body was almost half dissolved.

Sanji was crying on the floor. Kuma had returned with Jinbei. Law, Bonnie, and Chopper were speechless looking at them.

On the other hand, Franky was busy taking the ship away from Marineford, and Usopp was helping him.

Only Zoro was with Liam, concerned about his situation.

"Ahem!"

Seeing Liam's speechless look, Zoro cleared his throat and spoke.

"Luffy, we have a more important thing to discuss."

At this moment, Liam's left side had almost disappeared. Only his right side was lingering.

"Liam!"

Nami's expression changed drastically as she rushed towards Liam and caught him by his neck.

But one of her hands passed through his body.

She bit her lips, almost tearing up as she noticed this. At this moment, she was afraid.

Until now, she had been hoping that this could change somehow.

But, at this moment, she knew things weren't as simple as she thought.

They saved Ace. They even fought Imu, but Liam was bound to disappear.

At this moment, Kuma and Jinbei approached them.

Everyone's eyes were on Liam.

"Hey! There is no need to feel sad about this. You know, I felt a lot better seeing Luffy deal with his love circle. Hahahaha!"

Liam burst into laughter as he turned his eyes from Luffy to Hancock to Robin.

Because of him, Luffy and Robin had become a couple, while Hancock had become a third wheel.

Luffy's luck with the woman wasn't bad. But he always considered Hancock because of Hancock's onscreen persistence of Luffy's love.

"Come to think of it, you are quite unlucky, Hancock. But I hope you can remain persistent."

"Otherwise, you will turn into the second Gloriosa. Of course, if you succeed, you will become the second Shakky."

Liam gave her a thumbs-up and encouraged her.

Although Robin knew he was just joking, she couldn't help but feel unhappy.

"Liam, I am your crewmate."

"Hahaha! I am just causing more trouble for Luffy." Liam chuckled and walked up to Luffy.

Even Nami just stood to the side. She was angry, frustrated that Liam was leaving her.

But she knew, as a pirate, Liam was going to bid farewell to Luffy.

At this moment, Luffy had the most serious expression he had ever seen.

His eyes hadn't left him.

There was no emotion in his eyes, but he knew there was a boiling anger in Luffy's heart.

If the god who was taking him away was in front of him, Luffy would've punched that god.

"Captain, your journey has just started!"

Liam raised his right hand and patted Luffy's shoulder.

Only then, Luffy teared up and clutched his hand. He gritted his teeth and said.

"I will find you. I will definitely find you and bring you back."

Liam wanted to refuse that idea. He didn't think Luffy had the power to enter the third-dimensional world.

He could accept entering the two-dimensional world because, from his perspective, everything was still three-dimensional.

But for two-dimensional characters, it was impossible to enter the three-dimensional world.

He could feel himself. Half of his body had already returned to the real world.

He could feel himself on the bed. His memories were being returned.

He hadn't completely disappeared. His body was still functioning properly in this world.

As if his soul was divided into two parts.

Only when his soul started to return could he feel himself being complete once more.

He was still doing his bachelor's studies. He was still reading One Piece as usual.

He was still interested in talking about One Piece on social media apps.

At this moment, Liam had fully accepted the fact that he was returning to his real world.

He was returning to become Liam.

Liam Johnson!

He was back at his one-bedroom apartment.

On the other hand, the right hand that was placed on Luffy's shoulder started disappearing.

When he felt that his body was about to completely disappear, Liam could no longer hold back his tears.

He knew he couldn't return. He knew his adventures were just half-assessed.

His journey had ended, and it ended with the biggest change in this world.

He was satisfied but sad.

"I'm sorry, Luffy! I can't help you anymore. There will be a lot more enemies trying to bring you down."

"Hey! You are strong, and you will just get stronger. Don't worry about training!"

He couldn't help but burst into laughter even though tears were still flowing down his cheeks.

"I think I did a pretty good job with your training."

He turned his head to the side, looking at Zoro.

"Zoro, you are the real vice Captain...."

Before he could continue, Zoro interrupted.

"You are and will always be the Vice Captain of this crew."

Liam shook his head and turned towards Sanji.

"Don't ever stop fighting with Zoro!"

Suddenly, a thought arose in his mind as he said.

"By the way, some people are glazing Zoro too much! So, don't let him hog all the fun!"

"Of course not!"

Sanji didn't look sad. Unlike others, Zoro and Sanji had neutral expressions, but deep down, they were just as sad.

The aura around them couldn't lie.

"Robin, Usopp, Chopper, Franky, Kuma, Law, Jinbei, and even you, Bonnie, I will leave Luffy in your hands. He is an idiot. So, please take care of him!"

Then, he turned towards Nami and softly smiled.

"Some of the best moments of my life are the moments I spent with you. I will never forget them, even if we are a world apart. I will keep watching your adventure."

He turned his head, unable to look at Nami's eyes, and finally turned towards Luffy, he said.

"Goodbye, Captain!"

With that, his body slowly turned into bright yellow dots and disappeared, not even leaving his clothes behind.

At this moment, Luffy roared.

"I WILL FIND YOU, LIAM!"
