Chopper, Franky Vs CP0 Part 1
While Luffy and Liam were busy with the Admirals, the other Straw Hats rushed forward to face CP0 agents.
The moment Sanji found those CP0 agents, he took the role of Liam and made some adjustments.
'He and Zoro will fight CP0 agents each.
Vivi and Robin will fight a CP0 agent.
Nami, Usopp, and Brook will fight a CP0 agent.
Chopper and Franky will fight a CP0 agent.
Bonney and Law will stay close to give them support.'
This was a basic plan that Sanji told the crew. He had to make this arrangement because Rayleigh and Kuma weren't allowed to make an entrance right now.
This was based on Luffy's previous request.
Although CP0 agents were powerful and could potentially push the crew to an extremely tough situation, he believed they would come out on top.
Law didn't need to make a move as long as Chopper wasn't seriously injured. But if something happened to Chopper, he must interfere.
Law wasn't happy with this arrangement. Simply because he wanted to fight a CP0 agent on his own.
He might not be equal to Luffy and Liam, but he didn't think he would lose to Zoro and Sanji with his Devil Fruit powers.
And since he had also taken Type A Strength Enhancing Medicine, his strength had grown significantly.
He was only a small step away from awakening Haki.
But unfortunately, Sanji blocked him with a single sentence.
'What if there are more enemies?'
This alone was enough to put him in the backup. Because Sanji understood Law's strength, he wanted Law to work as a backup in case the Marines sent more people.
Just like in the last war, where they sent an Admiral Candidate Level powerhouse.
(A/N- The history of Aramaki has been revealed. So, there are some differences, but you can simply either ignore his history revealed by Oda, or you can simply forget his entire history with the Straw Hats.)
Law deeply understood this. As a strategist and the Captain, he knew every decision he took would affect his crew.
So, he had been doing his best to make a decision that would benefit his crew.
If he tried to fight one of CP agents, then it would be a trouble because they hadn't understood the true extent to which the World Government could go.
On the other hand,
Zoro and Sanji got excited for their battles. While others weren't as excited, they were determined to win their battles.
Surprisingly, the first ones to start the battle were Chopper and Franky. It wasn't out of excitement but necessity.
They were fighting against the Marines and the World Government.
One could cure them while the other could ride the ship.
They were the most important parts of their escape plans. So, naturally Chopper and Franky had to take the first step.
Chopper in his humanoid form wrapped his arm with Armament Haki and used Soru. He dashed in front of one of the CP agents and punched forward.
The CP agent didn't use Haki; instead, he transformed himself. The guy turned into a literal fox-human with red hair.
Human-Beast Form
It was the most powerful form for any human. Because not only would they have all of the essential benefits of the Zoan Fruit, they could also utilize the skills of a human.
Facing the punch, Fox Agent hardened his skin.
[Tekkai]
Bang
Chopper felt a strong reaction from his punch. If it wasn't for his Zoan and animal durability, he would feel a strong pain in his arm.
Fox Agent felt a powerful force pushing him several meters away from others. Chopper continued to dash forward and chase after him.
"Alright, guys, we will be done soon." Franky gave others a thumbs up and left.
The four remaining CP agents looked at each other and rushed toward their specific enemy.
On the other hand, Fox Agent forced himself to stop and glanced at his chest. That attack didn't break his suit.
But it did make him feel a lot of pain. If he hadn't gone through a painful training before, he would've screamed.
'His Haki is strong. His physical strength is no joke either. But with this strength, he lacks a decisive blow to defeat me.'
'In other words, I can defeat him.'
Normally, a person wouldn't be stupid enough to tank an Armament Haki-coated attack from a powerful beast.
But Fox Agent did it anyway. Because he was a Zoan Fruit user and could heal rather quickly.
More importantly, he had to test their strength before deciding on what level of strength he should use in this battle.
Only this way could he effectively defeat his enemy.
[Flying Finger Gun]
Fox Agent coated his hand with Armament Haki and dashed forward. He pushed his arm, and a powerful blast of air came out of his index finger.
Seeing this, Chopper stomped on the ground and jumped high, dodging the attack mid-air.
While he was in mid-air, Fox Agent started moving his fingers towards him at extraordinary speed.
In less than a second, nearly fifteen different attacks came towards him.
If Chopper were strong in Observation Haki, he could've dodged them or even countered them.
But with his barely awakened Observation Haki, he was bound to miss most of the attacks.
"Chopper, I've got this."
Whoosh!
Before Chopper could do anything, a sound came from below. A shadowy figure appeared in front of him as Franky tanked all of those attacks with his broad chest.
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
Franky didn't feel much pain since his front body was almost like metal.
Because of the existence of Haki, he had to cover his front body with Haki.
Franky's Armament Haki wasn't as strong as Chopper but with his metal body, he was easily able to hold back Fox Agent's attack.
Seeing this, Chopper dropped to the ground and dashed toward the Fox Agent. Unlike Chopper, the Fox Agent was good at both Armament Haki and Observation Haki.
He instantly sensed Chopper's presence and pulled back his arms. Before Chopper reached him, the CP agent predicted his action and dashed forward.
In the middle, he jumped and spun.
Armament Haki covered his tail as he swung it. With a single swing, his tail released a massive ring made out of compressed air.
The ring was so fast that Chopper couldn't dodge it. He had to counter it with his attack, or he would be seriously injured.
In an instant, Chopper changed his form from humanoid to reindeer. He coated his antlers with Armament Haki and blocked the slash.
Because the antlers were made out of bones, they were much more durable than his skin.
The cutting power of the disk wasn't powerful enough to cut his antlers, giving him a chance to counterattack.
He used his hooves to spin himself while clutching the disk with his antlers. As he spun fast enough, he managed to throw the disk back to the Fox Agent.
"Shit!"
The Fox Agent realized that he had put too much power into his attack and could only use his full strength to block it.
But this would give Chopper a perfect chance to attack him.
He could dodge it but during this time, he wouldn't be able to defend himself which would give Chopper another chance to attack.
Whoosh!
Without a second thought, he chose the second option and used his superior speed to get as far away as possible.
Unfortunately, he didn't know that Chopper had already winked at Franky while spinning, giving him a signal to attack
Just as he moved nearly a hundred meters away, a strong beam of light came towards him.
His Observation Haki gave him a powerful warning, but it wasn't useful. As the laser was already traveling at the speed of light.
Bang! Boom!
Upon collision, the laser exploded, causing a massive flame to rise.
A few seconds later, Fox Agent came out of the explosion. He was injured as his chest and neck had a few burnt marks.
But except for that, he didn't seem much injured.
Just when he was about to get angry, he didn't realize another attack was coming his way.
Chopper was a Zoan Fruit user. He knew just how durable a Zoan Fruit user could be.
And, considering CP0 agents were stronger than Vice Admiral, he knew that the laser wouldn't hurt Fox Agent.
Not to mention, Franky only managed to take a small portion of power from Vegapunk's research and install it into himself.
If he had more time, maybe the power of the laser would've been greater. But unfortunately, Kuma had only joined the crew for five days.
That's all he could learn from Kuma's mechanical body.
Knowing this, Chopper used his Reindeer form to gain enough speed as he appeared in front of the Fox Agent.
Before Fox Agent could react, he changed his form back to humanoid form and clenched his fist.
Armament Haki coated his entire fist as he punched forward. The Armament Haki slowly moved out of his skin and covered his fist as his fist touched the Fox Agent's Chest.
[Heavy Sakura Gong]
Bang!
