Luffy and Robin’s Date Part 2

Robin couldn't back down. After confessing to him, she couldn't back away like nothing had happened.

So, she decided to go for it. Maybe she didn't start with love but out of desperation.

But as long as she could find love, it wouldn't matter.

And that's exactly what happened.

She found love. He found love. They both found love. They realized they weren't good at expressing love, but they slowly found their way into this relationship.

Whether it was through Nami's or Liam's help, they found a way to navigate through their love life.

Learning and exploring one thing at a time.

Robin began to understand Luffy as a person while Luffy started listening to her past and started regarding her as his own.

It started slowly, but now Robin belonged to him.

She wasn't just a crewmate. Luffy would give up his life for his crew, but he would give up something even more for her.

The possibility scared him.

He even asked Liam about it.

'If the person you love takes away your dream, then she is not worthy of your love. And, I believe Robin is not that type of person.'

Liam was right. When Luffy told her about this, Robin fully expressed her desire to help him achieve his dream.

Even if it was a silly dream, it was her lover's dream.

As their relationship grew, they found themselves comfortable doing things that lovers would do.

Although Luffy would still find it hard to kiss her in front of others, he could do it when they were alone.

And, Robin might be smart and intellectual, but she didn't mind acting cute and cuddly when she was with him.

Strangely, they found love and care in each other's arms. It made them happy and excited.

"You are making it difficult for me, Robin. You know I know nothing about this." Luffy pouted.

"Shishishi! Then, let's go to the amusement park first." Robin laughed as she took Luffy to the Amusement Park.

It was in a completely different area, so they took the tour to that place in a Bubble Ride.

While going they, they also strolled around several attractive places.

"Hey, is that Straw Hat Luff? He is not wearing his Straw Hat, but I still remember his face."

Most of the people didn't recognize them immediately, but some still had good memories.

Especially the bounty hunters. They had no choice but to remember the bounties of the pirates.

So, they easily spotted Luffy and Robin. While most people would fear them, there were still some people who wanted to take them down.

After all, the world didn't lack ambitious and ignorant people.

"Hehe! If we can capture them, we can cash in a lot of bounties. That woman, Nico Robin, also has a huge bounty."

"What should we do? Do you want to fight them?"

"Let me snipe them. They are so busy being lovey-dovey, they won't even see it coming."

"Hehehe! That woman looks quite good. Why don't we take her down before cashing in her bounty?"

These bounty hunters were carelessly talking to each other, not even realizing the sense of power that Luffy possessed.

Luffy's Observation Haki was trained by Liam, whose goal was to read his surroundings. It didn't matter how far the enemies were.

He wanted his Observation Haki to cover the range. Luffy also followed a similar route.

Even Sanji followed a similar route. But while Liam was specifically learning to read futures, Luffy was more into reading others' emotions.

This gave him a passive ability to hear the voices of anyone within his range. Sanji was more focused on ladies by sacrificing some of his abilities to increase his range and targets.

Because of that, he might find people farther away than Luffy and Liam, but he wouldn't be able to spot or hear people as good as Luffy and Liam.

So he was instantly able to pick up their conversation. He didn't care about it. After all, he was busy with Robin and didn't want to disturb her.

But when their conversation started involving Robin, he couldn't just stay silent.

Luffy was angered. He didn't care if others made fun of him. If it weren't for preserving his reputation, he wouldn't even care about other people's offensive actions.

But if they tried badmouthing his friends, he couldn't swallow his anger.

"What happened, Luffy?" Robin instantly noticed his change of expression and asked. She didn't look worried, but a bit sad.

After all, she also didn't want her date to be disturbed by anyone.

Seeing her sad look, Luffy swallowed his words and said.

"Nothing! It's just some mice. I won't let them disturb us."

Because he didn't want to cause any problems on their first date, Luffy tried to use something that he didn't even have proper control over.

But it was something he must do if he wanted to keep their date stable.

A powerful Aura emerged from his body. Robin instinctively felt it, but since it was Luffy's Haki, it didn't even put a small pressure on her.

All of it went towards those bounty hunters. Unlike the normal Conqueror Haki, it was more condensed like a bullet.

Those weak bounty hunters didn't even understand what hit them until their foreheads started bleeding.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Thud! Thud! Thud!

In less than a second, several of those bounty hunters had their foreheads covered in blood as they fell on the ground, dead.

"Ahhhhhh! Dead! Someone is dead."

"What's going on? What happened?"

"How did they do? Was it a sniper?"

"Look! They are the bounty hunters. They must have targeted some powerful pirates."

"Be careful!"

The crowd went frenzy when they spotted several of the bounty hunters dead on the ground.

On the other hand, the person who caused all of this took Robin away from the scene.

"Did you do that?" Robin knew Luffy did that, but she didn't understand how.

Because Luffy's ability was rubber. She only saw him release his Conqueror Haki, and those people were down on the ground.

It was absolutely confusing yet amazing.

"You should've felt it. I used Conqueror Haki." Luffy answered while rubbing his hair with the other hand.

"But how did you do that? I didn't know Conqueror Haki could be used to kill someone like that." Robin asked with curiosity.

Although she also wanted to enjoy this date and not talk about other things, her curiosity got the better of her.

She couldn't help it. After all, Conqueror Haki was supposed to be a mental impact.

"You know I used this method so that they won't disturb us." Luffy said while chuckling.

"But I am so curious, Luffy. Won't you tell me?" Robin showed a pitiful look as she asked. She even pulled his face and gave him a smooch.

"Conqueror Haki can be used to cause physical damage. Didn't Liam tell you this before?" Luffy asked with some puzzlement.

Robin thought for a moment and said.

"Now that you mention it, he did say how Red Hair Shanks can destroy the surroundings with the burst of his Conqueror Haki."

Luffy nodded.

"Yeah, I can do that too. But there is one big difference. I can't do the level of damage that Shanks can. According to Liam, Shanks can make Vice Admiral unable to use his strength in battle with just his Haki."

"But I can't do that. I can't even make a Rear Admiral do that. At best, I can affect those below the ranks of commodore. But Liam and I have been learning to control our Conqueror Haki."

"Liam already has better control, but I had to go through that entire battle with Kaido to properly learn to control my Conqueror Haki. This is the first time I used it to k... do this."

Robin found it very interesting. Because if Shanks could make someone of a Vice Admiral level unable to fight with just his Haki, how could Marines possibly win a battle against an Emperor?

So, why did they plan to fight Whitebeard?

This question came to her mind before she quickly realized something.

Whitebeard was old. Kaido and Big Mom were at the same level of strength, which meant their Conqueror's Haki wasn't as strong as Shanks.

That meant among all four Emperors, only Shanks was capable of fighting the Marines and winning.

At least, destroying two-thirds of the Marines.

'What am I thinking? I should be enjoying my date?'

Robin slapped herself in her mind and quickly said.

"Anyway, let's go to the Amusement Park. At this speed, we will reach there soon."

"Hehe! I can't wait." Luffy also gave a big smile, and they sped up the Bubble Bicycle.

At this moment, a certain old man who was carelessly drinking in a bar smiled.

"I didn't expect buds of the New Age to grow so quickly. Are these the people we were waiting for, Shanks?"

He shook his head and muttered.

"It seems like they don't need my guidance. Such a bummer."
