One Punch Luffy

"You are Mayor Iceberg? You aren't strong, not even as strong as your subordinates." Luffy stood in front of Iceberg with his hands folded in front of his chest and asked.

"How insolent?" Khalifa instantly raised her legs and tried to hit Luffy and stop him from talking, but found that Luffy was easily able to dodge her attacks.

Luffy paused and looked at Iceberg.

"Are you sure she is not your boss and you are her subordinate? Is she even stronger than you?"

"Hey, you are underestimating me. Although Khalifa shows powerful kicks, she is still my secretary. How can she be stronger than me?"

Iceberg didn't care about Kaku's strength but when Luffy compared him to Khalifa, he was instantly enraged.

"But, she is stronger than you." Luffy shrugged his shoulders.

"So, why do you want to meet me?" Iceberg controlled his emotions and asked.

"Kaku, Kaku, are you alright? I heard you were beaten down by someone." A man with a cigar in his mouth came running toward them while shouting.

Followed by him was a man with a hat and a bird on his shoulder. He had a goatee as well.

"Well, Mayor Iceberg, if I give them a little more time, everything will eventually come to light. But, we don't have much time."

"After all, Marines are after us." Liam spoke as he slowly walked toward Iceberg.

Kaku next to him was instantly intimidated. Before they started talking and laughing, he fully understood the gap in strength between him and Liam.

"You are Straw Hat Pirates, right?" Iceberg narrowed his eyes and asked.

"What business does a pirate have with me?"

"Sir, we should leave. Straw Hat Luffy with the bounty of Five Hundred Million and Vice Captain Liam with the bounty of Four Hundred and Fifty Million Berries are extremely heinous pirates."

Khalifa also found the gap between her and Luffy in strength so she immediately suggested running away.

But, Iceberg had some other ideas. Before he could speak though, Liam spoke.

"Yes, we are pirates and if we do something wrong, we won't pretend to be righteous like someone. What kind of justice was it? Ahh, I remember. Dark Justice!"

As soon as those words came out, Lucci, Kaku, and Khalifa were instantly alarmed. Except for Kaku and Khalifa who had the intention to run away, Lucci wanted to silence Liam in an instant.

But, before he could make a move, Liam looked at Iceberg and asked.

"Mr. Iceberg, you must have heard of the powerful people who can intimidate others with their aura alone. In front of these people, the cannon fodders can't even stand."

"But do you know if you are strong enough, you can easily stand without even feeling any kind of pressure? Luffy, would mind showing a demonstration to Mr. Iceberg?"

Although Luffy didn't know Liam's intention since he never even tried to think about Liam's plan, he still followed Liam's words and released his Conqueror Haki.

But unlike a single burst of Conqueror Haki, it was like a stream of constant outbursts of Conqueror Haki.

Thud! Thud! Thud! Thud!

"You!"

Iceberg wasn't affected by the Conqueror Haki since Luffy was only choosing people other than Iceberg.

At this moment, Paul, Iceberg, Kaku, Khalifa, and Lucci were standing without any problem.

"In this kind of situation, if you don't have enough strength you will be knocked out. Luffy's Conqueror Haki isn't affecting you, Iceberg, only you. So, what will happen if I"

'No, run!'

At this moment, this thought came to Kaku and Khalifa's mind as they immediately turned around but Liam had already released his Conqueror Haki.

Thud!

Paul couldn't hold it anymore and fell to the ground. While Khalifa's expression began to change drastically as she felt a powerful force constantly colliding against her.

She even fell on her knees and was extremely close to falling unconscious.

On the other hand, Lucci and Kaku were gritting their teeth. Unconsciously, they even forgot that they were agents and just wanted to stand conscious of this kind of pressure.

Thud!

Khalifa finally couldn't hold it and fell unconscious.

Crack! Crack! Crack!

At this moment, several cracks appeared on the wood and ground as Luffy and Liam slowly withdrew their Conqueror Haki. Although it was extremely powerful, they had controlled its range.

So, it wasn't affecting anyone outside the Dock One.

Thud! Thud!

As soon as the pressure disappeared, Lucci and Kaku fell on their knees panting constantly. They didn't lose their consciousness but they were extremely tired.

"Mr. Iceberg, although I do not like bragging but even a powerhouse of a Rear Admiral will lose his consciousness in front of our Conqueror Haki. Do you understand what I mean?"

Liam spoke.

As soon as he heard those words, Iceberg's eyes widened as he clenched his fist and spoke.

"They are from the government."

"It is always good to speak to smart people. Yes, and they are here for that."

Liam smiled and clapped as he spoke.

"So, are you?" Iceberg narrowed his eyes and spoke. If Liam and Luffy were also for the design of Pluton, he would immediately run away.

Liam shook his head and said.

"Not exactly! I am here for the one who currently holds the design of Pluton. You see, our ship needs a powerful shipwright and only the best is qualified to be with us."

Iceberg's eyes widened as he asked.

"You even know about that?"

"I know a lot of things. By the way Mayor, I would like you to hear something."

Liam took out the sound shell and played it.

"If they do decide to spend more time in Water Seven, then we will attack openly."

"But, wouldn't that be bad for our reputation? The entire Water Seven could be devastated by our attacks."

"Kuzan, this time it is an order from above. Eliminate the threat of Straw Hat Pirates at any cost even at the cost of using Awakening."

As he continued to listen, Iceberg's expression began to darken. He didn't think that Marine would go as far as to launch an attack on Water Seven just to kill Straw Hats.

Technically speaking, Straw Hats are pirates. They can stay in Water Seven without his permission. So, that means if they do not want to leave, Marines will attack Water Seven.

This instantly put him in a desperate situation. He didn't want to see the end of Water Seven. It was something that he and his master worked so hard for.

He would do anything to keep it safe.

His expression was a bit ugly as he stared at Liam and begged.

"Can you please leave Water Seven? I will do anything you ask me to do."

"Don't worry, Iceberg. We have no intention of harming Water Seven. If we did, we wouldn't have revealed this information to you. In fact, from the beginning, I said I am here for cooperation."

Liam shook his head and explained.

Iceberg's expression calmed down a little bit.

"Lucci, you run away. I will hold them back." Kaku gritted his teeth and whispered next to Lucci. After a little bit of tiredness, he finally stood up and decided to face Liam and Luffy.

On the other hand, Lucci was hesitant and unable to accept that someone younger than him would be stronger than him.

Luffy clenched his fist with excitement to fight them but Liam stopped him and said.

"Captain, there is no need for you to make a move."

Liam instantly used Shave to appear in front of Kaku. Kaku tried to jump back but Liam's strength was more than his by several times.

So, he instantly appeared in front of Kaku and punched him in the guts.

"Cough!"

Kaku coughed out blood and tried to keep his consciousness but the Haki-infused fist was too strong for him to bear.

He slowly lost his consciousness and fell down.

"Gomu-Gomu No"

Although Liam told him not to attack, how could Luffy follow his Vice Captain's advice? He clenched his fist and covered it with Armament Haki.

[Iron Block]

Lucci saw the fist coming toward him and instantly used Iron Block.

Bang!

Luffy's fist landed on his chest so hard that he coughed out blood as it instantly broke his chest bones. He barely kept his consciousness until he found his eyes darkening.

He fell to the ground unconscious.

Gulp!

Seeing this, Iceberg swallowed his saliva in shock. Although he didn't get to know just how strong Kaku and Lucci were, he knew that they were at least above Rear Admiral.

So, it was amazing for him to see someone beat down Rear Admiral in a single strike.

Yes, both Luffy and Liam only used one strike to defeat Lucci and Kaku.

Liam helplessly looked at Luffy and shook his head.

"Although they are strong especially Lucci who can be compared to Vice Admiral, it is nowhere enough to fight us. That being said, Luffy, your Armament Haki is truly strong."

While it wasn't impossible for him to take down Kaku in a single strike, it was hard time imagine Luffy could do the same time considering his opponent was Lucci.

"Hehe! I am trying to infuse Conqueror Haki into my Armament Haki though it's not working properly."
