PART 3 – Curse!
—————————
Zenyo trembled with euphoria at the sight of Ariel, so nervous he didn't know how to act or what to say.
“I can pay, I have money, lots of money. How much do you need? Don't you want money? Okay, I have magical resources, tons of them, even demigods envy the treasure I have.”
Ariel observed him, then looked at Verna. – “It's been over 150 years living like this.”
Ariel nodded. – “I'll take you to my lab, there I can diagnose you and receive payment.” – She looked at Verna at the end.
Zenyo nodded happily, not even realizing that Verna would pay for his treatment, which goes against his “Masculine Code,” which we know is destroyed and disfigured. It's curious how he fell in love with a futanari whose whole life turned upside down.
…
Elias didn't say much when he saw Ariel, only greeted her respectfully. Then the group left, and Ariel opened a portal, allowing them to pass through.
Seeing this, Elias could finally relax. Having a demigoddess of unknown origins in his home wasn't easy to accept and relax about. But now Verna was gone, and he had other problems to deal with.
……
An immense rumble echoed in the heavens, repeating indefinitely. A stormy sky that seemed more like a calamity.
Verna observed, sensing something unique about the atmosphere. She felt it, but couldn't understand what it was. But she knew that the Thunder Element, provided by her [Thunder God Mantra], was resonating. Instinctively, she understood that there was something in it that could benefit her.
“There’s no need to fear. This road is made of thunder-repellent bricks, combined with a simple barrier; we won’t be hit. Of course, if you step outside the barrier, you’ll attract dozens of punishing thunderbolts that will turn you to dust.” – Ariel says calmly, because unlike Verna, Zenyo and Lina feel threatened by the environment.
“Why do you have a house here?” – Lina asks, looking at a huge tower of blue bricks with thunderbolt details.
“The concentration of Mana in the environment is quite high, which is useful for certain important projects, not to mention that the magnetic field repels certain influences. If any of you were a demonic creature, you would suffer unimaginable torture just by being here. Even demigods fear thunder, and from what I know, gods have been killed.” – Ariel says calmly, but it also sounds quite vague.
Lina nods as they walk towards the tower.
“Did you teleport us here to show us something, or is it not possible to teleport directly to the tower?” Verna asks nonchalantly. Ariel just smiles slightly and doesn't answer.
She guides them to the tower entrance, which opens by itself.
“Master, you're back!” A cheerful, childlike voice echoed, and before the group appeared a figure of childlike appearance, somewhat disconnected from reality, something that, to Verna's eyes, came from a cartoon.
It's a humanoid and adorable figure, with long, pointed ears, large eyes, blond hair, and short limbs.
More of this creature appeared, all with female figures, joyful at Ariel's return, who strokes their heads as they enter.
Lina observes curiously; to her, this doesn't resemble anything she's ever seen or heard of. Zenyo, for the first time, felt what it was like to be taller than most people in a room.
Verna found it curious, initially thinking they were artificial creatures, but no. – “Are they fairies?” she asked. “There aren’t any Ferlins in your world?” Ariel asked curiously.
“I’ve never seen one of those in my life, but from the energy emitted, it seems to be a type of fairy creature,” Verna said as the small, curious creatures with her and her people nudged them.
Zenyo was already being bombarded with questions. Lina smiled gently as she pinched the cheeks of a red-haired, green-eyed Ferlin.
“Ferlins are distant relatives of fairies, they are harmless and very pure, they love to help and don’t understand human wickedness. They are easily frightened and don’t hold grudges. They are a very pure race that doesn’t need much to survive and… many use them to the limit, as their reproduction is… rapid and numerous.” Ariel’s jaw tightened as she smiled gently; her love and pity for this species was clear.
“I don’t see any males,” Verna said, not only because she didn’t “see” them, but because she detected nothing but the female gender.
"They can't reproduce on their own, they need the semen of another species, even animals..." - Ariel stopped talking and went to a nearby shelf to put something down.
Verna looked at these adorable creatures and understood the kind of life they must suffer in exploited places. They are adorable like children, and in a universe with such a distorted sense of reality and such a mild culture, it's obvious how much evil people take advantage of the situation.
And everything Ariel said made Verna imagine hundreds, thousands, or even millions of this species suffering in mines, used in brothels, and much more. Verna feels pity and perceives something terrifying.
"Who created them?" – Verna looks Ariel in the eyes.
Ariel remains silent. – "He's dead. I heard that the chaos in Paradise was caused by him."
Verna clenched her fist; that piece of trash wasn't just any pedophile, but an abomination who created an entire species inspired by children, making them seem as adorable and pure as possible.
Imagine the possibility of Zindraliel falling into the hands of this abomination. She intensely reaffirmed her promise that when she transcends mortality, she will impose rules on the entire universe, she will force the universe to follow her rules, and if it doesn't, she will destroy entire worlds.
Even though it's horrible to force an entire universe to follow her ideals, it's better than giving power or a voice to pedophile and rapist trash. Freedom of speech ends when children are involved.
……
Ariel led Zenyo to a study. Verna observed the weight of the environment, many magic circles, and what she noticed. – ‘Suppressants, it seems she's used to dealing with dangerous things… demons and possessing spirits?’
She noticed that most of them are runes and runic sets that have the effect of harming and suppressing demonic influence.
But her attention was drawn to many that she didn't recognize, but partially understood their use. – ‘Spirits… it seems different, could it be related to the Death Realm?’ I haven't interacted with them yet, but I know they're afraid to provoke me.
Beyond the "Paradise" and "Demonic Realm," there are other vast dimensions of surreal power that rival them, one composed solely of death, the "Death Realm." They invade and kill everything in other worlds. For them, death is a religion.
Verna knows of their existence, knows the damage they cause, but has never had conflicts. In fact, they constantly avoid conflict. It seems they touched her world, but retreated, and any world she interacts with, they avoid at all costs.
They are not the only ones; there are other Realms of powerful civilizations. One could say that each species has its own high-level Dimension with trillions or even quadrillions of its people.
Verna knows of the existence of a Human Realm, but has never been contacted by any of them. From the stories she's heard, they aren't the kind of people she wants to interact with.
They probably don't even believe Verna is human. They can't be blamed; not even her family thinks she's human.
…
Ariel began to explain. – “You have a First Generation Congenital Curse, where its effect is to reshape your body to make you more feminine, small, and seemingly fragile. This is a type of curse that, if inherited, especially by newborns, becomes impossible to remove and even merges into the bloodline, becoming part of you and affecting all your descendants.”
“But you're in luck, because it's also an immutable type of curse. A curse that changes your body to the predefined form, where only this effect, if passed down through generations, becomes permanent and there's nothing that can be done, because it ceases to be a curse and becomes part of the bloodline. But the point is that this curse is stronger; it's immutable, meaning that besides what you want to change, it blocks any other method to interfere with the predefined form.”
“You could say it’s a selfish curse that likes to do whatever it wants, but doesn’t like others giving their opinions or changing things. As a result, it becomes a curse that has a core and doesn’t fully assimilate into the bloodline. Unfortunately, it’s already been merged, and I couldn’t restore your appearance to what it would be; you’ll remain as you are, but you can make modifications through surgery or elixirs.” – Ariel explains calmly.
“But my children will inherit this appearance I have, right?” – Zenyo frowned.
“Yes, there’s nothing that can be done. But look, you can alter your appearance, and even if you can’t undo this curse, there’s still a lot of room for improvement, and… from what I see, one of the biggest problems would be having a small penis, right?” – Ariel asks, and Zenyo blushes but nods.
“Since you are of the 1st Generation, the curse was forced upon you by your father while you were still in the womb, but that doesn't change the fact that it's still the original curse. This means there are many things I can still interfere with and undo. So I must nullify the predisposition to have small penises; of course, this won't cause you to have sudden penile growth, but your children may or may not be born with small penises.”
In other words, Zenyo's body won't change, but the chains that bind him and prevent modifications will no longer exist. And his children won't be born with the chains; even if they have the curse, they can agree to body modifications and won't need to fear being born with a small penis, unless fate wills it so.
But again, there are all sorts of potions and elixirs, not to mention abilities that allow for larger penises.
“But know that this type of curse wears off over time, so in 4 or 5 generations, the effects will be minimal and the curse will be broken, where your descendants will be able to have more physical traits from the other parent.”
It can be said that at the moment, his descendants will inherit around 80% of his traits, only 20% from the other parent. But in the future, this dominant genetic makeup will lose its effectiveness, allowing for a better blending of the genetics of both parents, potentially moving away from the family's "linear" appearance.
“Okay, what do we need to do?” – Zenyo smiled excitedly, for he had dreamed so much of this moment; he already knew which potions to take, which surgeons to visit, and much more.
“I already have everything here, I just need a few hours to prepare, so rest until I call you. I'll take the opportunity to see if she'll pay me now or later.” – Ariel looked at Verna, who nodded.
