The System Has A New Quest

Edrick had seen a noticeable growth in strength since his first visit to this realm, so it was without fear that he casually walked toward the charging and raging intruder who had somehow dared to remain in place and wait for an occasion, even whilst threatened by two dangerous beasts.

The scion had learned more about Blood-Gorged Moss as well. Unlike Blood-Drunk Grass, it wasn’t formed as easily, but in essence, it had very similar effects to the similarly-named grass. It only had one additional effect, and that was to induce frenzy into those who consumed it.

To cultivators who fancied themselves as berserkers for some reason, it was a real boon. However, Anoteros had not read anything about the moss growing upon beasts, animals, or anything of that sort. It was supposed to grow on rocks and trees like regular moss.

Though it wasn’t as weird for Blood-Gorged Moss to get onto a living creature as Blood-Drunk Grass. The giant bear would have needed to somehow grow grass in the first place, or have been implanted with it by something else...

In any case, seeing another Flame-Maw suffering from the same infestation was ostensibly suspicious. This one was obviously being affected by the rage of the Blood-Gorged Moss as well. The giant had behaved like a famished and desperate beast. This one, though? He was well-fed and healthy, clearly only driven by a mad desire to fight and kill.

If there was even a shred of lucidity left in that noggin of his, he would have sensed the dire intent Edrick was emitting, alongside the full might of his lordly bloodline, and taken off running already.

‘Not even a little bit of clarity left? Mmh…’

Anoteros felt that this either implied that the moss it carried was very potent or that it had induced an effect only very recently. Even then, a healthy male like this one shouldn't have been so overwhelmed by such an effect.

‘Well… Guess I really am going to have to teach a lesson, man to man’

Edrick grinned, his muscles bulging as his bare body poised itself to intercept the rude guest.

With flames seeping from the depths of his throat, the fiery ursine soon reached the human and pounced with all of his might, claws and jaw all ready to turn the noble into nought but a pile of red, bloody meat.

Neither Ansbach nor Oswulf seemed worried for their master, though. If anything, they felt a bit sorry for the foolish Flame-Maw, who thought that he could just challenge what was technically a beast lord in a man’s body. Sure, if you truly believed yourself stronger, the lord of another species you did not know might not sound like much.

If lord-types were simply immune to those of their own species and those in the same classification of beings as them, they would be able to become stronger quickly. That did not happen, however, because lord-types weren't untouchable.

Still… If this fellow bestial one had even an ounce of his rationality remaining, he never would have taken a step toward Anoteros.

The noble moved quickly, evading the claws as he moved closer to the ursid, grabbing the one who dared intrude upon the camp into a chokehold with his right arm alone. The human’s biceps and brachioradialis bulged up, pushing hard against the foolish beast’s neck.

The Flame-Maw found himself suffocating–And there was no better way to regain your senses than to suffer from what might just be the most frightening experience your body could go through. When deprived of oxygen, it was like the brain was refreshed. Instantly, the previously enraged attacker understood the error of his ways.

Even if he had no clue how, when, or why he had ended up in such an absurd situation, his feral mind raced through the few possibilities available.

The first and best-sounding option was to break free and run away, but with the powerful presence crushing down nearly as heavily as the arm muscles... It was most likely an impossible feat.

The second option was the one the Flame-Maw went with, and that was to go stiff in hopes that the human would let go, mistaking his adversary to be dead or passed out.

Which option was chosen did not matter in the least, however, in the eyes of the two wolves. Their master performed a wrestling move on the ursine, pinning him against the ground as Edrick positioned himself behind the Flame-Maw, making use of several of his innate abilities in an instant.

He activated three of them, to be exact.

The recently acquired Victor’s Right came first. By all accounts, Anoteros was already the winner in this situation, so the he-bear was rendered more submissive and open to suggestions or commands than normal.

However, being panicked and fearful, he was still trying to get away from this already lost fight. This only activated Carnal Throes, increasing Edrick’s strength further and thus ensuring that the loser would not be going anywhere.

Lastly, due to the open forest setting and the public in the form of Ansbach and Oswulf, Display Of Dominance was also triggered, which increased the human’s might, and additionally weakened the Flame-Maw.

“You are a lucky one. You’ll get a reward despite your scandalous actions. It’s like the carrot and the stick… Calling it a carrot when I don’t have any rabbit techniques feels a bit off-topic, though”

Anoteros chuckled by himself, his great sceptre already standing tall, pulsing with noble blood–Before brutally engulfing itself in the depths of the offender’s cavern. Despite the fur, the clapping of bodies was loud.

The scion took a short pause after thrusting to the deepest possible level, exhaling out of his mouth a thin stream of air.

He had not taken the time to get to ‘know’ the fauna of the area upon his arrival. He had built himself a cabin, hunted a bit, and then made a beeline for the mountains without paying attention to anything else.

The tightness was quite good... And as per usual, the sensation of the clamping flesh around his male attribute was unique and rather… Warm, almost burning, he would say.

Could the flames that had given them their name actually come out from the other end as well? The image was humorous, but Edrick frankly couldn’t think of a reason why it would be impossible for flames to come out of there.

‘Good thing I have Handle With Care… Linmin already gets bummed out when he overcooks a sausage, so if this one was also burnt, I don’t dare to imagine how he would react’

As he joked for the sake of no one but himself–Well, not just himself in truth. The system was always here and watching as well.

I am quite enjoying the jokes, but to be frank, I still prefer the prostate-pounding action. Try grabbing his rod! They should have a baculum, or if you prefer, a bone in there, unlike humans! It probably feels weird

‘Oh wait, you’re right’

Whilst continuing to pound away, Edrick reached beneath his groaning partner and found the erect pole–Indeed, the system was correct... There was a bone in there…

'Would a bear transformation give me one during the shapeshifting? Makes one wonder…'

Probably not all species have them, but as long as the transformation is accurate, it should definitely provide one. It should make for a new experience that would be nice to test eventually, don’t you think?

‘You are quite talkative today… And whilst I am deep inside A Flame-Maw Bear’s guts at that’

I try not to speak too much. I don’t want to impose, and you are routinely busy as well. Just wanted to tell you about this sweet new quest I designed while you were absolutely demolishing and giving a new sexuality to the Underwood Elf chief

‘Oh?’

Make The Underwoods Yours: Dominate all Underwood Elf chiefs. Dominate all of the greatest hunters. Make all Underwood Elves crave your dominance. Establish rites and festivities involving you and the desire of the elves for your affection. Be recognised as a leader by all of the elves. Expand the existing Underwoods whilst maintaining the culture and current level of development. Establish at least one new Underwood... And get rid of all the safe places created by humans from the outside

Rewards: Kept a secret because it is spicier this way

‘...Nice’

Just as he thought this, he let the flood out, filling the Flame-Maw with elixir goodness before pulling out and spurting a few more drops onto his back and head.

With a whistle, the scion let the offender run away in humiliation and defeat while struggling to walk straight as though drunk.

In the human’s hand, the Blood-Gorged Grass was to be found. He had ripped it away during the passionate exchange from man to man.

He looked at his two bestial companions, who were both looking at him with unusual looks in their eyes.

“Ah, I see… No need to be jealous, Oswulf. I’ll give you some affection too, but you aren’t a wild thing, we’ll do things more privately… And as for you, Ansbach… I guess it is true that I was told that you were going to take off after me. I wasn’t expecting you to start growing lustful so quickly, though… Don’t worry, I won’t leave you without anything to get done with your needs on”

As he finished speaking while petting the heads of his two fluffy companions, Helteiel finally came out of the tent, looking like he had absolutely no idea anything had just happened.

“Great timing” Edrick grabbed the elf by the head and put him to his knees.

“My club needs cleaning. Show me what you can do… Surely you can do at least as good as Daklaiel? It would be a bit shameful if the chief was outdone by a rookie hunter, don’t you think?”

Normally, Helteiel would have been offended by such obvious taunting... But coming from Edrick, it only aroused him.

“I can do better than him…”
