Two Ladies

"Actually unbelievable that there was a perfect ressource just living right next to the sect and no one was none the wiser about it- I am certain you aren't the only one that practises this technique, some others should have noticed something"

"Heh, maybe it's a matter of compatibility, the technique was already awfully fitting and even working differently for him"

Edrick had been spending the last few days mostly recovering, he had checked up on Muxing but was leaving her to marinate a bit, naturally, he had also paid a few visits to Jingyi, that girl was still crying and wailing just as nicely even after he had forced himself on her so many times, which was a real pleasure, too often, he had been met with little to no resistance, so her defiance, even if pathetically weak and useless, was welcome.

But overall, he had somewhat underestimated the extent of the damage he had suffered at the hands of the white sasquatch, the moment he had been thrown like a ragdoll was probably what was to blame for the majority of his injuries, but it was likely that what had actually forced him to take a bit of a break was actually partly his own fault.

The now digested ape lord had dealt damage, but it was by continuing to move around like nothing happened that had really caused some problems, as multiple muscles had been damaged, on the verge of rupture when he had come to be checked up on by Ku Xing, which he had done after his nice cuddle session with his wives.

His godmother was a member of the Xing clan after all, so although they weren't the best at healing and traditional medicines, they did have a lot of knowledge of it, the same went for the Zhenniao clan, as poisons and the likes were often used in concocting remedies and the likes, which was why Ting Zhenniao was here.

The two elders were checking up on his injuries after a few days of rest.

Although 'rest' was a big word as he merely reduced the intensity of his training and other activities, but if anything, his damaged muscles seemed to be healing faster by seeing a bit of action rather than just sitting idle.

Anoteros's natural healing factor wasn't in the realm of the supernatural, but whatever the two women were doing definitely was making it seem as such.

"Still, a special sasquatch, with different fur, larger than the rest of its kind, living in a large cave in the middle of the forest filled with bones of all sorts of creatures and even people, and yet, no one had any clue that it existed? I asked the others if they knew of any special creature, and all they had to offer was that the black sasquatch probably was one, clearly, that monkey had been living its best life" Ku Xing shook her head, honestly flabbergasted that a special beast had been living so close to the sect without anyone's knowledge.

Creatures of this sort were rare ressources.

"Speaking of the black sasquatch…" Ting Zhenniao wiggled her eyebrows at Edrick, leaning against his bare shoulder "...I was wondering how you were going to explain things, you won't keep your sasquatch transformation a secret forever, right? So how do you intend on eliminating any possible link between you and the weird sasquatch?"

Edrick shrugged.

"Since no one knew of the white sasquatch, I can alter a lot of things to my advantage"

"That devious tone is the exact same as your father's" commented Ku Xing, a rather strange thing for Anoteros to hear as this tone was one he had carried over from his old world, so Zixuan's father shouldn't have any incidence on it.

But he ignored it and kept going.

"I mentioned that Muxing girl, right? Well, since I can turn the fur of my sasquatch transformation white now, I am planning on letting her see me slowly turn from dark to white over a period of time"

"Wait, you're not going to kill her?" the green-haired elder tilted her head.

"I have other plans for her, not sure if it will work out as intended though" he kept the details a secret for now and continued explaining.

"Once the black-furred sasquatch will be reported to have gone white, I will simply claim that my technique's resonance activated and led me directly to it, I'll claim that I killed and ate it, and that the bloodline granted me the ability morph into a white sasquatch, as simple as that" he smirked lightly.

"Damn, you'll even take credit for putting the sasquatch down? When you're the real perpetrator? Ku Xing is right, you really are just like your father…" Ting Zhenniao leaned even closer.

"...You're even more handsome than him though…"

"Aherm"

"Come on Ku! Am I not right? We were both into this guy back in the day, but he just had to have a broom up his ass and be all about keeping the Elt bloodline pure or whatever… I mean, I just wanted him to pin me down at least once, not put a baby in me or marry me, I swear!"

"But look, the legend is true, the son always ends up overshadowing his father- Look at that body, at that face! That malevolent feeling, no strong morals, no honour, driven by lust and his own pleasure, the perfect man!"

"...I have an inkling that most would not agree with that on that point-"

"But you do! Wait, are you telling me that you didn't lay in bed with Zixu?"

"You did?!"

"Yeah, why?"

"Alright, so first of all, I am his godmother-"

"We are noble clans, Ku, that isn't even a bit problematic, no one would bat an eye"

"-And secondly, Ting, you are supposed to be married"

Edrick just stayed silent without a reaction, listening to the conversation as the two women were leaning against his shoulders like he was some sort of table, he must have perfected the art of staying perfectly still.

"Married? Me? To whom?"

"Qiang Futou! Did you actually forget about him?"

"Ah, this wimp… I haven't seen this guy in ages, for a man from the Futou clan, he sure is a submissive, small man"

"Small?"

"Not in height… And when I say small, I mean atrophied, like genuinely a defect"

Ting Zhenniao cleared her throat and smiled at Ku Xing, caressing the side of Anoteros's face.

"Why don't we have some fun? Outside of a lesson for once… You can show us that new technique you picked up while we're at it"

"I do not mind in the least, but I don't recall Miss Ku agreeing" he replied.

"Oh, aren't you so respectful with us? The worst is that I can't even sense any deception, you are actually two-faced- So what do you say, Ku? Seems like your lovely godson does not mind treating you like a proper woman"

"I swear, Ting… I wanted to maintain a bit of decorum, and be a proper godmother- But I guess I would be lying if I said that I wasn't curious" admitted the blood red-eyed woman, her curiosity having been roused up when she had seen Edrick's flaccid junk during their first training session.

"Ah, just like the good old times-"

"Don't mention it"
