Behind You

Edrick did not, in fact, leave her alone after coming, he had plenty more energy where that came from, and was feeling especially ravenous due to using Five-Legged Devil Goat Physique whilst forcing himself on her, after all, even if she was a weakling by all accounts, she was still the supposed protagonist of one of this world's many scripts, she might have something interesting to offer once he had trounced her enough times.

And anyways, it wasn't like it was a loss, there was only something to win for Anoteros here, and absolutely nothing to lose.

By the time Edrick decided that he was done, Jingyi had been turned into a mess, looking like a dozen of men had ran a train on her, truly, he could not help but keep on marvelling at the prowesses of this body even after so long, he was still feeling perfectly fresh, in fact, playing with this girl after training Ting Zhenniao had revitalised him to top condition.

'Mmh, this cultivation technique made me do more than I originally intended though, I better keep that in mind' he thought to himself as he fastened his belt, looking over the sprawled figure of the woman that was supposed to be the main character of a love triangle story.

Edrick had no idea what the plot of this one was supposed to be, but it definitely wasn't supposed to turn out like this, her clothes torn to pieces, body abused and all three holes thoroughly used, all of this whilst using his special abilities to absolutely wreck her to the maximum amount possible without actually leaving any lasting damage.

Though his rough handling of this frail girl had left noticeable bruises, especially on her neck, she had struggled when he asphyxiated her, but Edrick had not missed the fact that even with all the tears and combativity, it had caused her to climax.

Not because Jingyi was a masochist, or rather, tormentophilist, but simply because her body just couldn't help but surrendered even though her mind was totally against it, after all, when being savagely penetrated by someone the size of Anoteros, the best way to prevent damage was to actually moisten up, so no matter how much she hated it, her body was reacting to him.

Not that she could be holding any sort of such thoughts at the moments, her insides filled and body covered in his white nectar, hair turned into a mess from excessive pulling, he just dragged the girl into her room, closed the door and left the dormitory, leaving Jingyi to recover on her own and await his next visit, which should be soon as he would probably intensify the rate at which he would be using her.

He didn't even look around as he left, merely acting nonchalant, despite not actually running into anyone at all, although it might have been humorous to run into either of her suitors right at this instant, those two guys seemed to lack comedic timing.

'Time to go into the woods, I guess then' although Edrick had his secondary identity as the foul sasquatch, he did not actually utterly hide that he was venturing out into the wilderness, carrying his bow and other weapons with him as well as a bag supposedly filled with all sorts of tools, which did have just utensil, but was mostly filled with rations that adventurers typically carried with them, dried meat and the likes.

His routine was typically uneventful, but he still followed it, although his old self back in the old world had not exactly been reading much on the sort of stories this world seemed to be using as scripts, he wasn't completely clueless about storytelling.

So he always checked the one area that seemed like the place where a protagonist would go to, now, the city didn't have an actual adventurer's guild or the likes, and more so a tavern that just happened to have a corner where people could post whatever jobs they were offering.

In any case, it still worked and Edrick had been checking it every time he went into the city, on one hand to check how much the bounty on the dark sasquatch's head had increased, and on the other hand, to see if his good friend Xiao would show up here.

He had checked many times without ever seeing the crimson-eyed protagonist, but today he seemed to be on roll, from a nice experienced woman to a struggling and crying girl and onto his primary target, to boot, the young man was staring right at the bounty for the hairy predator, which had not increased since last time, probably because it already was enormously high, or perhaps because Edrick had not gotten is hands on anyone from the city since then and only strangers without anyone caring for them.

In any case, Xiao had not noticed the goliath at all and was just looking ahead intently, looking like he was deep in thought…

'Master Chengzhe… I really don't think that I am strong enough to take on this thing, do you see the number of confirmed kills this thing has? And that's not counting the other horrific stuff this beast has done!'

"I understand that you are worried, that creature is most certainly more physically adept, seems incredibly stealthy, and has the terrain advantage- However! That sasquatch is clearly special! You should know that many beasts and monsters are ripe with flesh and organs that are incredibly rich with nutrients and energy, many cultivation techniques at the higher level require that sort of resources to be properly cultivated"

'Well yes, but-'

"And some even bear the possibility to pass an ability, or even better, a bloodline or physique! Who knows, it might even be a good candidate for bone melding"

'What's bone melding?'

"I'll teach you later… That sasquatch is valuable in some way or another, mountain sasquatches aren't supposed to be this aggressive, intelligent or predatory, and they aren't even supposed to come with dark fur"

'I know that you are right, Master, but I am still weak, I'll just get torn apart by an ape if I go into the woods as I am… But my interest is definitely piqued, I'll admit'

'Master Chengzhe? Are you not going to continue trying to persuade me?'

"Well… You are certainly reasonable and cautious, those are qualities that are good, even though I don't personally possess them… But before anything else…"

The ghostly apparition stroked his beard, looking over the youth's shoulder, with a flat expression.

"...Xiao, he is right behind you"
