8-20: Veronica The Succubus

A week. An entire extra week of waiting just to see how Veronica is doing.

So, everyone gather by the door, with Cassidy taking the lead. She hesitantly reached for the handle, wondering how different Veronica is going to be. After steeling herself, she twisted the knob and opened the door.

An unrecognizable woman was laying in Veronica's bed. But, she HAD to be Veronica. Right? After all, she was reading, and was in the same clothes, albeit they were stretched out now.

"Ver?" Cassidy said quietly, thousands of thoughts racing through her head.

"Hey, Cass. Looks like I'm a better now, right?" Veronica responded with a beautiful and calming smile.

Cassjdy's eyes welled up with tears as she ran over to Veronica's side and silently cried tears of joy. Veroncia, as if she were like a mother, gently pat Cassidy's head, stroking her hair.

The rest of the girls happily embraced the newly changed Veronica.

"So, how do the horns feel?" Aviris asked, carefully reaching out for the two spiraling horns protruding from the sides of Veroncia's head.

"Well, they make my head feel heavy, but at least they're balanced."

"I can imagine. They feel rough to the touch." Aviris remarked as she felt the horns.

"And your body over all?" Sirtia asked.

"Hmm... Well, I feel taller again. My clothes are tight, which means I've gotten bigger in other places too. My tail is..." Veronica trailed off watching her tail exit from under the covers and wildly flail around before she quickly caught it. "It's going to take a while to get used to."

"And your mind? How are faring up there?" Lilith wondered, making sure on how the transformation as a whole went.

"I don't feel any different. Granted, I haven't been able to do much for a while to see if I do anything differently." Veronica answered.

"I guess that settles it. Girls, your new duties are to help Veronica how to get used to her new body. If you can, that is." Lilith issued the girls a brand new quest.

A quest that would put them to the test, surprisingly enough. First, Cassidy and Aviris had to teach Veronica how to walk again, considering how long she spent bedridden. Thankfully, she hasn't lost too much muscle mass, so it was too bad given a few hours.

Kazue helped Veronica control her tail. Days upon days of training to get that wild thing under control. Though, it was adorable how it responded to Veronica's emotions.

And in between everything, Seraph went off to tell Liafi and Nia about Veronica's recovery. At the same time, Kazue brought Eleanora and Tisha, the two brand new mothers, out from the dreamscape while the newborns were beung taken care of by the kits.

The two kissed Veronjca passionately, just simply happy that Veronica was okay now.

"Well Veronica, you're a proper Demon now. What's next? You add an extinct dragon to your harem?" Eleanora joked.

It was clear to Veronica that motherhood has changed the two. Both mentally and fairly physically. Veronica wanted to dive right in, but really had to control herself. But maybe later would be fine.

Liafi and Nia had a heartwarming embrace with Veronica. An embrace with an odd twist at the end.

As much as Nia has been obsessed with her other mother, she finally got her wish when Veronica stole her own daughter's first kiss.

Everyone was shocked. Even Lilith, who recalled Veronica being against incest. Something definitely changed in her brain. Though, either way, Nia was happy, and technically there wasn't any real "issue" that could happen.

Though, the hard part was relearning how to fight. Seraph was a great teacher, but it's difficult to teach someone who's in a brand new body.

Veronica's balance was off, her timing was wrong, her strikes were weak. This was another thing that would take days, if not weeks to train back into.

One afternoon, however, Veronica had an extreme migraine. She leaned on a door frame and held her head in pain.

"Power, STRONGER, you're stronger, gEt MoRE pOweR! The dungeon, THE DUNGEON, thE DuNGeOn! GO NOW!" The voices screamed in her head. Before, it felt like someone nearby speaking to her. Now? It was directly in her brain, sending a painful chill down her spine.

"Shut up!" Veronica yelled to herself, hoping the voices would stop.

And they did, when Veronica had enough and grabbed her gear.
