Ch64: Winding Down & Levelling Up

“Hnngh...” A tired groan is forced past Krvavy’s lips as she drops down onto her side, too out of it to really care about the slight bit of pain she feels as her elbow and shoulder bash into the ground. Tingles of pleasure roll through her worn body as her spent cock slips free from Thea’s thoroughly used slit.

A deluge of cum follows after the barbarian’s softened shaft, steadily flowing from the faintly twitching girl and mixing with the puddle of their combined juices soaking into the bundled blankets beneath their sweaty bodies.

Krvavy is exhausted. Completely and utterly exhausted.

She can hardly lift her head from its place beside Thea’s prone and quivering form. She definitely went a bit overboard here. Especially with that last position... She basically just planked above the girl while fucking down into her, like some sort of perverse push-up. Krvavy’s arms and legs are numb after that workout...

“Here, my dearest love.” Beryl’s gently whispered voice drifts through the air as she brings a cup of water to Krvavy’s lips.

Thirstily drinking it down, Krvavy gazes up at her tanned and tomboyish Elf with an eyebrow weakly raised.

“Ah just got back a few minutes ago.” The Wood Elf quietly answers the unasked question. “Only got ta see the tail end o’ yer couplin’. It looked... tirin’. Ya doin’ alright?”

Krvavy gives a lazy thumbs up as she slowly sips on the water. She doesn’t have the energy to drink it any faster, no matter how thirsty she may be. A bit of movement in the corner of her eyes draws her attention over to the side. To where Khalia is impatiently sitting. That Orc is hardly staying still, shaking in excitement as she hungrily stares at the mess of cum oozing out of Thea.

“Ah told ‘er ta sit back over there so she wouldn’t bug ya.” Beryl states after a quick glance back over her shoulder at the Orc. “Yer puppy doesn’t like seein’ all o’ yer seed go ta waste like this. Can’t say Ah do either. Quite the mess ya’ve made.”

“Then let her come over...” Krvavy lazily yawns, her sprawling legs trembling a bit as she stretches them out. “We’ll need to clean up anyway...”

The Wood Elf nods her head and turns towards the Orc. “Khalia! Come ‘ere!”

Khalia is up on her feet before the tanned tomboy is even done calling for her, scrambling over and immediately shoving her face into Krvavy’s crotch. The Orc eagerly licks and laps along the barbarian’s limp length, getting a bit frustrated as that spent shaft stubbornly remains soft.

Krvavy relaxes into the soft bedding beneath her, letting herself enjoy the tongue bath that her Orc is providing.

Beryl grabs one of the loose blankets, lifting it up a little and tilting her head to peek beneath it. “Glad ta see tha’ the moss ‘eld up well enough under ya.” She idly states. “Better than yer Human’s clothes, at least.”

Slightly confused, Krvavy’s eyes make their way towards Thea to see what the Elf means. She slowly trails her gaze down the noble girl’s glistening back and over the reddened swell of that beautiful brat’s ass, only for her heart to sink.

The garter belt wasn’t in the best shape before, but now it has finally had enough, snapping apart and no longer hugging onto Thea’s slim waist. And the stockings aren’t in a much better state either, as a myriad of new holes and tears have opened up across them. They might as well be homemade fishnets at this point...

“Ach, don’t feel bad fer tha’. It’s just clothin’.”

“Yeah... but it all looked so... so good on her...!” The barbarian tiredly groans, pressing her palms over her eyes.

Beryl seems unperturbed by Krvavy’s complaints. She simply hands another cup of water to the barbarian. “Was yer relief this mornin’ not enough?” The Elf asks, changing the topic.

“Hmm?”

“Ya didn’t seem pent up or anythin’, but seein’ this...” The Wood Elf woman plainly gestures to the still-quivering mess that is Thea.

“Oh... No, it was enough... I... I just got carried away here...” Krvavy admits with a bit of embarrassment. “How long were you out for...?”

“Around ‘alf o’ the day.” Beryl shrugs out.

“Damn...” Krvavy mutters out. The barbarian spent around three or four hours fucking Thea non-stop. No wonder she is so sore. But that does raise a question in her mind...

Krvavy lazily lifts a hand up and brings it down onto Thea’s ass, leaving yet another faint print on the girl’s beautifully jiggling flesh. The unconscious noble moans at that, sending a faint tingle of warmth through Krvavy. Nymph’s Respite is still active.

The noise and movement catches Khalia’s attention, causing the Orc to abandon her fruitless efforts of reviving Krvavy’s cock in favour of burying her face between Thea’s thighs and lapping up the creamy mess flowing out of that girl.

Beryl raises an eyebrow at that, looking questioningly at the barbarian.

“This was... a celebration, I suppose.” Krvavy shrugs out as best she can while lying down. “Thea figured out how to do her magic by activating her skill while–”

“Ya’re tellin’ me tha’ she didn’t try tha’ before?” The Elf incredulously interrupts, her voice tinged with surprise and derision.

The barbarian narrows her eyes at the tomboyish Wood Elf. Beryl knows that Thea has a few hang-ups regarding her literal sex magic, so that shouldn’t be a surprise. “She wanted to learn how to do magic without relying on her skill.” Probably. That is, at least, the kind of excuse Thea would have came up with, so there is bound to be some truth to it.

“Mmmmhhghhhmhmhmmm~...” A long, rumbling moan escapes past the sleeping princess’ pouty lips, her body quivering with aftershocks of ecstasy as Khalia feasts away between her thighs. The Orc’s wide tongue digs deep inside of Thea, scooping out as much of Krvavy’s cum as she can, inadvertently pleasuring the girl in the process.

Beryl waves her hand dismissively, not caring about whatever excuses Thea might have. The Elf briefly focuses her eyes on the thoroughly used noble brat, before reading something out of the air. “Hmm... Her Nymph’s Respite costs ten mana a minute ta maintain, and ya say she activated it hours ago? Guess she isn’t useless after all.”

Krvavy gently smiles at Thea, lovingly running her fingers through the silver-blonde brat’s messy and sweat dampened hair. A quick Inspect shows that Thea’s mana is steadily going down, but not anywhere near as fast as it should be: it only seems to be decreasing by around one point every thirty or so seconds. Guess Khalia isn’t giving her enough pleasure to keep her magic going perpetually, unlike Krvavy.

Which really strokes the barbarian’s ego. The fact that she could fuck her bratty noble girl into such a pleasured stupor that Thea’s sex magic more or less becomes self-sustaining...

Those thoughts trail off as the familiarly odd non-physical feeling of Inspect prods at her awareness. Glancing back over to Beryl, she sees the Elf staring at her expectantly, and simply raises an eyebrow in response.

“Ah’d like ta see ‘ow much o’ yer mana she regenerated. So, please, if Ah may...?”

“Sure.” Krvavy replies with a nod, letting the Elf’s Inspect go through. Beryl could have been a bit more polite, such as by asking first, but Krvavy is a bit too exhausted to care right now.

“Hmm.” Beryl hums in disappointment, prompting Krvavy to bring up her character sheet to see for herself.

Immediately, Krvavy frowns. She isn’t exactly disappointed like her Elf is. It is more that she is... underwhelmed. Her mana is at 243 out of 260. Seventeen points off of being full. That isn’t bad by any means, as she would only be around forty to fifty points of mana if she had relied solely on her own regeneration over the past three to four hours. So getting around 190 extra mana for a few hours of fucking is honestly kind of ridiculous.

Just not compared to how much mana Thea generated for herself. The girl had to have been getting at least ten per minute to keep her spell active, but Krvavy only got... Well, she isn’t going to bother doing the math, but she definitely got less than a tenth of that.

“Tha’ is less impressive.” Beryl states, likely following the same train of thought as the barbarian.

“Well,” Krvavy begins to defend her unconscious brat, “it was her first time using it. And the spell was only level one... So really, it is pretty amazing, all things considered.”

Beryl simply makes a neutral noise in response, seemingly not caring too much. Instead, the Elf leans down and gives Krvavy a kiss on the forehead. “Ya should rest. Regain yer strength before we go and use up tha’ mana o’ yers.”

The barbarian opens her mouth to argue, but cuts herself off with a tired yawn. Guess it wouldn’t hurt to have a little nap...

“And... there!” Krvavy happily states, stepping back from the waist high wall of stone to look at her handiwork. Though, admittedly, the thing in front of her still isn’t all that much to look at.

It is a fireplace. A rather crude one at that. It still needs a whole lot of finer sculpting, so that it can be more than just a rough stone box. And it still needs a chimney. Right now there is just a hole at the top where one would should go. Still, it is progress. And more than she expected to make today. The extra bit of mana that Thea helped her regenerate was quite useful, to say the least.

A small imperfection on the side catches her eye: one of the blocks appears to be overhanging ever so slightly. Moving a hand towards it, Krvavy quickly flattens it away and–

Level Up! You have reached Level 10. As a Drakling blessed by a divine power, you have 5 attribute points to allocate and have gained +2 to Might & Toughness. If not allocated by the time you fall asleep it will be done automatically.

It has been quite some time since she last levelled up. Or at least it feels like it has been. Krvavy isn’t exactly keeping track of time. It isn’t like she has a calendar, and she definitely isn’t going to be scratching tally marks into the wall. That would make this feel too much like a prison... and she would rather not think about that...

“Huh.” Krvavy blinks in surprise as a couple more notifications fill her vision.

Congratulations for reaching the first milestone level: 10At this level you are normally eligible to choose a tier 2 class, but as you already have a tier 2 class (Barbarian) you will instead unlock its full potential: bonuses to Might, Endurance, & Toughness are increased to 2 plus an additional 2.5% of the base attribute values.

+1 Divine Favour, for growing in strength.

“What is it, my dearest love?” Beryl speaks up from her place beside the campfire, stirring the stew.

“I just levelled up,” Krvavy responds, “my class now gives a little bit more of a bonus, and I got more divine favour.”

“Oh?” The Elf perks up upon hearing that last bit.

“Just one point.” The barbarian dryly states. “Not enough to buy anything of value.”

Beryl clicks her tongue. “It gets ya closer, at least. But see, it was worth spendin’ some o’ tha’ mana learnin’ Windborne Haste earlier.”

“I guess.” Krvavy shrugs her shoulders. The spell is pretty costly for her, using twenty mana per second, so she isn’t certain how useful it’ll actually be. She will only really be able to activate it in short bursts. So part of Krvavy would have liked to use the forty or so mana it took to learn Windborne Haste on the renovations instead, but she isn’t going to complain about levelling up a little bit sooner. Especially because she now has enough stat points to get Willpower up to 25, and that new milestone trait will give her more mana.

Willful Warrior I: Increases Willpower by 5% and strengthens the effect it has on Mana & Resistances. Associated attribute = Willpower.

Krvavy is fairly happy with that, for the most part. She more or less got what she expected from increasing Willpower: a small percentage stat bonus, more mana, and better resistances. And hopefully it’ll also be enough to resist magical compulsion, though she can’t exactly test that out...

It is also rather satisfying to see her total health at an even 750. Nothing particularly special about that, it’s just kind of nice that it happened by pure chance. The just over one-hundred point increase to her total mana is nice too, as her spells are all pretty expensive, but it isn’t all that impressive compared to the rest of her stats. Not yet, at least. Guess she should check her resistances to see what changed. But first...

“The loincloth is done, yeah?” Krvavy asks her Elf.

“Aye.” Beryl replies, turning to where the pelt clothing is lying. “Ya ready ta try it on?”

The barbarian nods as Beryl hands it to her. Might as well hit two birds with one stone here.

Her new loincloth is... pretty similar to the last one she had. As expected. This isn’t exactly the most complicated piece of clothing. That said... it is noticeably smaller, even if just a little, and feels thinner too. Going from a grey-white ice-wolf pelt to a piece of a muddy-brown deer hide feels like quite the downgrade... But it isn’t like she really has a choice about that...

Tying the corded leather belt in place over her hips, Krvavy makes sure the loincloth is properly on before glancing down at herself. It is kind of difficult to see how it looks on her without a mirror, but it seems pretty nice. Definitely a lot skimpier than her last one, putting more of her muscled thighs on display, but it covers up what it needs to so she can’t complain. Now to see how good it is.

Well, her True Defence has increased, though she has no idea how much of that is due to the skimpier nature of her new loincloth or the fact that she had upgraded her Naturists Blessing. But what really catches her eye is that 10% base magical resistance, which sounds pretty great. If it works the way she thinks it does, at least. Is there a way to check that...?

Base magical resistances reduce damage taken from all sources that are classified as Magical, additive with the other specific resistances. For example, taking Fire damage with a Base resistance of 10% and a Fire resistance of 5% would reduce the Fire damage by 15% (10% + 5% = 15%).

Krvavy can’t help but smile. It does work the way she thought it did, and it is glorious. From what she remembers, Tough It Out I increased her physical resistances by 5% each, so a 10% resistance to all types of magic is beyond great. Especially since it is only the first tier. How much will her resistance grow when she eventually gets fifty Willpower? Or a hundred?

“Oh, my dearest love~!” Beryl almost moans out, pressing herself against the barbarian’s side. “Ya are growin’ stronger and stronger~!”

Krvavy amusedly raises an eyebrow and opens her mouth to playfully respond, but she doesn’t get chance to speak before being cut off.

“W-wha...?” Thea yawns in confusion.

“You’re finally awake?” The barbarian turns her head towards the beautiful brat’s tired form.

“Hardly...” The girl groans as she lazily sits up, looking wonderfully dishevelled. And rather cute as she idly rubs her eyes. “What... What time is it...?”

“It’s just about dinner time.” Beryl states as she reluctantly pulls back from Krvavy, returning to the stew.

Thea seems rather relieved to hear that, likely feeling fairly hungry after all that has happened today, which included missing lunch in favour of being fucked. “I... seem to have levelled up.” She blankly states, before a smug grin finds its way onto her tired face. “Now I am the same level as you, my Dragon!”

“Ach, no ya’re not.” Beryl breezily crushes the girl’s joy. “Our dearest love just levelled up as well.”

“Dammit!” The noble brat curses, before sighing deeply and shaking her head in disappointment. “I... need to allocate my points now...?” Her brows furrow in confusion.

“Tha’ is ‘ow levelling up works, yes.” The Elf dryly states.

“I know that!” Thea indignantly spits back. “But I was... I was unconscious! They should have allocated themselves! Like usual!”

“We, uh, scryed you earlier,” Krvavy speaks up, not entirely certain of the right terms to use, “and you were still level eight then. So it must be because you levelled up while sleeping...?”

“Hmm... I suppose that would make sense...” The silver-blonde noble girl idly and uncertainly states. “It does stipulate that the points will be allocated when I fall asleep...”

“So, do you know what you’ll put them into?” Krvavy curiously questions.

“Perhaps Endurance so that I can... withstand you better and... do not have to feel like this every time...” Thea tiredly grumbles, glancing away as if to hide the faint blush colouring her cheeks

“Wait!” The barbarian quickly stops her girl. “You are so close to getting the trait from Allure! So you should get that, my cute little Courtesan~!”

A bright red blush fills Thea’s face as she narrows her eyes. “D-do not call me that!” The bashful brat shakily demands, growing increasingly flustered as her tone becomes a bit more outraged. “And why should I make myself more attractive to you?! I would like to have a life outside of our bed!”

“Those traits are pretty good, so it is worth getting them.” Krvavy insists, clasping the girl’s soft and delicate hands in her much larger pair. Thea goes a little wide-eyed at that, bare breasts rising and falling just a little quicker. “Besides, your magic uses Allure, so the more you have the better it’ll be.”

“Fine,” Thea reluctantly relents, “five points into Allure. That leaves one. Where do you want it, oh mighty and wise Dragon?” The girl sarcastically asks. Her soft-blue eyes can’t seem to look away from the hands holding onto her own.

“Well,” The barbarian begins, ignoring Thea’s annoyance as she pulls the girl closer, “how about Composure? That way you’ll be able to get the milestone trait for it next level.”

“Why would I ever need to increase Composure?” The silver-blonde brat asks with an unpleasant tone, looking up at the Drakling with something resembling disdain. “One of the traits that you tainted me with provides me with more than enough: a full quarter of all of my Eromancy and Sex skill levels.”

“Yeah, but the trait.” Krvavy emphasizes. “You should at least get it up to twenty-five, and then you can ignore it for the rest of your life if you want. And that should also help you withstand me~!” The barbarian teasingly points out, before looking inquisitively towards Beryl. “Right?”

“Probably.” The Elf dismissively shrugs as she fills their bowls with stew. “Dinner is ready.”

“Ugh, fine!” Thea groans and rolls her eyes. “But I am increasing Endurance after that! No matter what!”

“Deal.” Krvavy agrees, taking the offered bowl from Beryl.

Alluring Appeal I: Increases Allure by 7.5%, increases its effect on Health & Stamina Regeneration, and improves sexual affinities.

“Hey!” Thea immediately complains as she feels Krvavy use Inspect on her.

“Sorry.” The barbarian insincerely apologizes with a shrug. “I just wanted to see your new trait.”

The silver-blonde brat wordlessly grumbles into her stew for a few moments. “Useful... Right, like I need more sexual affinities... Hmph...” She quietly huffs in annoyance.

Krvavy just warmly smiles as she pats Thea’s head, prompting the girl to glare at her.

“My dearest love, when did ya want ta move the fire?” Beryl asks, tilting her head towards the empty frame of the fireplace. “In the mornin’?”

“No, it probably won’t be for a little while.” Krvavy replies with a shake of her head. “I need to build a chimney first, and I’m... not entirely sure how I’ll do that...”

Beryl opens her mouth to respond, but gets cut off as Thea interrupts her. “Why am I naked?” The noble girl asks. It took her a while to notice that. “More so than usual.” She sourly adds, seeing the Elf raise an eyebrow.

“We made quite a mess earlier.” Krvavy plainly points out. “I brought you down to the hot spring for a bath, and your stockings are still drying.”

“You... bathed me and I... I did not wake up...?” The silver-blonde brat blankly breathes out that confused question.

“You were really out of it.” The barbarian says, a soft smile playing at her lips.

“Didn’t stop ya from moanin’ at our dearest love’s every touch though.” Beryl adds with a smirk.

Thea’s face flushes a bright red as she glares at the Elf.

“Ah did not say tha’ was a bad thing.” Beryl shrugs out in response.

“Oh, and your garter belt snapped.” Krvavy adds, almost offhandedly.

“WHAT!?”

“Yeah, and your stockings are falling apart too. So you should probably get used to not wearing them all the time.”

“Y-YOU!” The silver-blonde brat rages, pounding her fists uselessly against the barbarian’s arm.

Krvavy just chuckles lightly as Thea puffs her cheeks out and pouts. “You are just so adorable~!”

The bratty noble girl glares even more at Krvavy, but that just makes her look even cuter to the barbarian.

Unable to resist, Krvavy leans in and kisses Thea on the forehead.

The brat's blush deepens and she turns away, struggling to keep a happy smile off of her face.
