Ch184: Speaking About Another Shopping Trip

“My dearest love?”

Those few words are enough to coax Krvavy from her slumber, courtesy of her hardly even being half-asleep. “Mmnh...?” She cracks open just a single drowsy eye.

“Ach, sorry...” That slightly sheepish apology sees Beryl’s voice quiet down to a whisper, the tomboy having stepped close enough to see a certain Halfling cuddled up within Krvavy’s arms. “Ah didn’t realize tha’ ya two were ‘avin’ a nap.”

“It’s alright,” the barbarian yawns back, not bothering to even lift her head as she remains sprawled across this section of their expansive bed, her shoulder and side sinking into that soft moss mattress. “We were just getting her used to... being together like this.”

“Looks quite comfy.” A mischievous gleam enters Beryl’s eyes as she reaches up to the strained strings holding her tiny leather strap of a top in place, perky and petite breasts jiggling just a little as they suddenly find themselves no longer so snugly squished.

Those nimble fingers glide across caramel coloured skin, trailing down a taut and toned tummy as they head towards a second article of incredibly tight clothing. Which need a bit more work to be removed. Even with their many laces loosened and undone, the Wood Elf still needs to wiggle her hips side to side, slowly shimmying those skimpy shorts past the swell of her perfect ass. All too soon... those former pants are passed off to the pull of gravity, sliding down her long and lithe legs.

That now naked tomboy steps towards both barbarian and bunny-mouse, dropping to her knees and then lowering herself even further. “Ya don’t mind me joinin’ in ‘ere, do ya~?”

“Not at all.” The Drakling raises an arm just enough to let her sweet berry slip beneath it, sandwiching the adorably tiny blonde between their bodies. “Did you want something, or...?”

“It can wait.” Beryl is careful to keep quiet, not wanting to wake Adeline. “Ah’d like ta enjoy this moment Ah’ve intruded on fer as long as Ah can, if tha’ is no bother?” A warm and loving smile fills her face, growing all the more affectionate as her fingertips find the few black scales that reach across Krvavy’s cheekbone.

With absolutely no reason to disagree, Krvavy simply closes her eyes and returns to her relaxation. Unfortunately, she only gets to enjoy this comfortable peace for a few minutes longer.

“Eeep...!”

That surprised squeak draws the Drakling from her drowsy daze. She opens her eyes once more, glancing down, relatively speaking, to see the Halfling’s flushed face staring back at her.

“Oh, ‘ow adorable~...!” Beryl’s joyful whisper freezes that Halfling in place, those big hazel-brown eyes going even wider. This Wood Elf woman slips an arm around Adeline’s waist, hugging the timid girl from behind. “Ya two make such a cute couple~!”

Krvavy can’t help but smile as she watches Adeline’s blush burn an even brighter shade of red. “Hah, wouldn’t I have to be ‘cute’ for that? Or is Adeline cute enough for the both of us~?”

“Nah, my dearest love~,” Beryl giggles and playfully bops her barbaric lover on the nose. “Ya are plenty cute yerself~! A big, strong, and fearsome Dragon spendin’ ‘er time cuddlin’ wit’ a girl ‘alf ‘er size~! Tha’ is cute~! Not ta mention all o’ the other things tha’ make ya ‘cute’~! Like ‘ow ya start ta pine fer yer girl’s after only bein’ separated fer a few minutes~! Or ‘ow ya look at us wit’ such a soft gaze when ya don’t think anyone is watching~!”

Krvavy’s expression remains mostly steady, even as her cheeks flush to a shade not unlike Adeline’s own. “You’re in an interesting mood today.” She diplomatically states.

“And ‘ow could Ah not be after stumblin’ on the adorable sight o’ ya cuddlin’ wit’ this sweetie~?”

“M-m-mi-miss Beryl...!” Adeline’s shaky attempt to speak up comes out as more of a squeak, her big begging eyes turning towards the teasing tomboy. “P-p-pl-p-ple-please...!”

“Aww, am Ah pesterin’ ya too much~?” Lovely, lilting laughter accompanies that question, Beryl’s bright blue-green eyes glimmering with affectionate amusement. Her nimble fingers brush a loose strand of dark-blonde hair away from Adeline’s face... only to fall to temptation, patting and rubbing that Halfling’s head to her heart’s content.

“Looks like it.” Krvavy comments as calmly as she can, feeling a little relieved to no longer be the target of her sweet berry’s playful harassment.

“Sorry sweetie,” Beryl’s apology doesn’t seem all that sincere, lips spreading into a wide grin even as she leans in and plants a kiss on the timid girl’s forehead. “But ya’ve got ta get used ta this~!”

“Eeeeeeeieeeiie...” Adeline wiggles and squirms, pressing herself up against the barbarian’s body as she seeks shelter in Krvavy’s embrace. Which doesn’t do much more than muffle the squeaking sounds she makes, pale tits all but engulfing her flushed face.

“So, now that you’ve ruined our nap...” The Drakling grins, not even a bit of bite to her words. “Why don’t you finally explain what you came over here for?”

“Ah just wanted ta suggest tha’ ya ‘ead back ta the city soon.” Beryl calmly answers, relaxing into the soft moss bedding and, perhaps more so, the embrace of her dearest love. “There are a few things tha’ we need more o’, and some stuff tha’ it could be good ta get.”

Krvavy slowly nods... as best she can while lying down like this, at least. “Another shopping trip then?” She idly asks, almost focused more on the way her fingers are climbing Beryl’s back, feeling the toned muscles sculpted from years of using a longbow tense and tremble beneath her touch.

“Aye. It may be good ta make ya a list as well. Unless ya think tha’ ya can remember all o’ the ingredients and cookware we’ll need ya ta get~? Some stuff’ll be easier ta remember, Ah’m sure, but wha’ about – Ach, no, no~!” Beryl’s teasing tone abruptly shifts targets, her hand splaying flat across the Halfling’s barely there breasts as she presses the girl down into the moss bedding, keeping Adeline from trying to sit up. “We’re stayin’ like this, so just enjoy our cuddles, sweetie~!”

“M-m-my l-le-lett-letters...!” Adeline nervously stutters and stammers, turning her big begging eyes towards the Elf. “I-I-I ne-need...!”

“Don’t ya worry,” Beryl’s hand moves up to gently cup the bunny-mouse girl’s cheek. “Our dearest love isn’t goin’ ta be leavin’ right this instant. Ya still ‘ave time ta finish writin’ wha’ever it is ya wanted ta ta tell yer family.”

“I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I...!” Pure panic fills that single, stuttering sound.

“Sweetie...” A long sigh passes through Beryl’s parted lips, tainted with a tinge of disappointment. “Ya ‘aven’t even started writin’ yet, ‘ave ya?”

The bunny-mouse girl can only respond with a nod, turning her shameful gaze away.

“We have a bunch of paper that you can use, along with a pen and some ink.” Krvavy’s comment causes the timid blonde to jump slightly, as if she forgot that the Drakling was even here. “That stuff has been sitting around in storage for a while though, so hopefully it’s all still good to use...?”

“Ach, maybe Ah should let ya go then...” The Wood Elf’s long and pointed ears droop down, her touchy hands reluctant to stop squishing Adeline’s adorable cheeks. “But it is just so nice ta cuddle like this...”

“We can’t stay like this all day.” The Drakling makes no attempt to move despite her words. “And if I’m going to be gone for a couple weeks then... Well, I have a lot of work to do in a pretty short amount of time. I should be able to get the outermost wall up, at the very least...”

“Afraid o’ bein’ scolded by the Dwarf~?”

Emerald eyes peer into a bright blue-green pair, a dry gaze meeting the opposite. “It is more that I’m paranoid and don’t want to leave before I’ve at least built some defences.”

“And a little wall will make ya feel better~?” The tomboyish Elf teases, her nearly caramel coloured lips curling even further into a grin. “Ya do know tha’ someone could bypass wha’ever ya build down there just by climbin’ the ‘ill outside and comin’ in through the skylights, right~? Even if it is quite the drop.”

“Unnh...” Krvavy’s sighed groan makes her exasperation clear. “Please, don’t ever mention that around Inanna. She would probably make me find those holes and block them all off, or something...”

“Ah wouldn’t want ta lose my sunlight, so Ah guess tha’ Ah’m forced ta keep silent~. But don’t blame me if she figures it out on ‘er own~. All it’ll take is fer tha’ Dwarf ta look up~.”

“Alright. That’s enough of this.” With a soft shake of her head, Krvavy pulls back from the group cuddle, fully freeing Adeline from her embrace. “I, apparently, have work to do. And you,” she gently pats the Halfling’s head, “have some letters to write. Don’t stress yourself out too much, okay?”

“O-okay...” Adeline quietly responds, nervously grasping at her fur-tipped tail as it slips away from the barbarian’s body. The girl takes a few deep breaths as she shakily sits up. Her big hazel-brown eyes briefly meet the Drakling’s emerald pair, her lingering blush burning noticeably brighter. Without warning, she suddenly darts forwards to clumsily kiss Krvavy, their lips just barely missing in her haste.

The Drakling is surprised by Adeline’s boldness, which buys the bunny-mouse girl just enough time to jump back and away from her. “Wai...t.” She trails off with a sigh as she watches the timid blonde scurry away.

“Tha’ was adorable~!” Beryl joyfully cheers, scooting forwards to claim the now-empty space right up against Krvavy. “Do ya now see wha’ Ah meant when Ah said ya make a cute couple~?”

“She forgot her dress.” Krvavy idly states, ignoring that tomboy’s teasing.

“Tha’ is a good thing, aye~? Yer corruptin’ influence is already ‘avin’ an effect on tha’ innocent girl~!” The Wood Elf laughs, pressing her pert and perky breasts into the barbarian’s much bigger pair. “She completely forgot tha’ she was naked~. Soon she’ll be a proper nudist like the rest o’ us~. Or a naturist, if we go by yer blessin’s name~.”

Krvavy simply rolls her eyes and sits up, pulling the clingy Elf up with her. “I’m just trying to make her more comfortable.”

“Comfortable wit’ bein’ nude~.”

“Now let go.” Krvavy pokes at the fingers wrapped around her lower horn. “You missed your chance to cuddle, all because you wanted to tease me.”

“Aye, it was a tough choice Ah made.” Beryl dramatically sighs, letting her hand get brushed away. “One tha’ ya’re quite familiar wit’~.”

“Okay, shoo already.” Krvavy can’t help but smile as she gently shoves her sweet berry aside. “You have a whole shopping list to write.”

“Already preparin’ ta leave~?” The tanned tomboy’s teasing voice echoes through the storage area, through this meager hoard. “Don’t want ta waste even a second in the mornin’~?”

“It’s more that I don’t want to accidentally forget to bring something that I need.” The Drakling responds, not bothering to turn away from the organized mess of supplies piled before her.

“Always so careful, my dearest love~.” Beryl just barely suppresses a laugh, a soft smile playing at her lips as she steps forwards and pushes a pair of wooden cylinders into Krvavy’s hands.

The barbarian raises a single brow. “And these are...?”

“Adeline’s letters.” That answer is spoken as if it was obvious, Beryl’s blue-green eyes glimmering with a playful light. “A few pieces o’ paper wouldn’t’ve survived a journey wit’ ya, but maybe they’ll stand a chance all rolled up like this? Just don’t go thinkin’ tha’ they’re wa’er proof.”

“Right, that’s a good idea...” Krvavy idly nods her head, staring down at those secured letters.

Beryl slowly leans forwards, stopping just shy of pressing against her Draconic lover. “Wonderin’ wha’ tha’ adorable sweetie wrote~?”

Krvavy lightly bites the inside of her cheek. “Kind of, but...”

“Don’t want ta invade ‘er privacy~? Aww, ‘ow sweet o’ ya, my dearest love~.” The tanned tomboy’s dexterous hand trails up the Drakling’s spine, going against the black scales that stretch from skull to tail. “Ah’m much the same, but not everyone thinks tha’ way. Yer brat, fer example.”

Those last few words are enough to draw a disappointed sigh from the Drakling. “What did Thea do...?” She almost hesitantly asks, resisting the urge to pinch the bridge of her nose.

“Nothin’ too bad.” The Wood Elf reassures, rubbing a rather tense spot between Krvavy’s shoulderblades. “Tha’ girl just read Adeline’s letters, though she at least ‘ad the decency ta not do it in front o’ Adeline ‘erself. In fact, tha’ sweet little mouse doesn’t even know tha’ ‘er privacy was violated at all.”

“I’m going to have to have a word with her...” Krvavy very slowly shakes her head. “Did Thea at least say why she did that?”

“Aye, she ‘ad some excuse about ‘security’, or wha’ever.” Beryl dismissively responds, focusing more and more of her attention on her impromptu massage, nimble fingers having climbed all the way up to her Draconic lover’s shoulders. “The girl was probably worried about ‘er identity bein’ revealed, though Ah doubt anythin’ would’a came o’ tha’. Adeline’s folk aren’t exactly taken seriously, so who’d believe some random rumour about a missin’ noble girl? Especially when tha’ noble girl isn’t exactly all tha’ important. Or...”

A shiver trails down the Drakling’s spine as her sweet berry’s serious tone gives way to a... to a seductive whisper.

“Or maybe she was worried tha’ Adeline’d say somethin’ bad about ya~?” That gentle, massaging touch trails along the barbarian’s biceps, gradually growing ever more gropey. “Sounds like somethin’ tha’ brat o’ yers would do, aye~?”

“Not that she’d ever admit it.” Krvavy agrees, trying to ignore the pert breasts pressing into her back. Breasts which are quite obviously bare, stiff nipples squished flat against her body...

“Ach, o’ course not~! But tha’ attitude o’ ‘ers is part o’ wha’ ya love about tha’ brat, isn’t it~?” Beryl’s fingers clench and squeeze around her Draconic lover’s strong arms, feeling the powerful muscles hidden beneath black scales and pale skin. “Ya enjoy just ‘ow flustered ya can make er~. And speakin’ o’ tha’ brat gettin’ flustered, ya should’a seen ‘ow red ‘er face got when she read Adeline’s letters~! Ah’m not sure wha’ tha’ sweetie wrote, but it must’ve been somethin’ good if it got tha’ kind o’ reaction~!”

A growing heat burns inside the barbarian, drawn out by those teasing words. Her thick and meaty tail suddenly shifts, bumping into Beryl’s side and gradually pushing the Elf off of her back. “Are you trying to get me all worked up for any particular reason?” Krvavy calmly asks, trying to act as if her cheeks aren’t flushed and her cock isn’t slowly stiffening.

“Do Ah need a reason~?” That tanned tomboy of an Elf replies, an impish smile playing at her lips as a mischievous light dances across her bright blue-green eyes. “Maybe Ah just want ta tease ya~? Maybe Ah just want ta get ya all worked up so tha’ ya give the others a good night ta remember before we leave in the morn~?”

Krvavy’s chest expands and contracts at a quickening pace as Beryl’s petite breasts press into her own. “Wait.” She mutters that single word, her mind catching on to what she just heard. “We?”

“Aye~!” Beryl laughs back, boldly meeting the barbarian’s narrowed gaze. “Ah’m comin’ wit’ ya this time!”

“No.” Comes Krvavy’s response, not even a thought needed to make it.

“Oh, my dearest love...” An exaggerated sigh underlines those words. “Ah wasn’t askin’!”

The Drakling purses her lips and glares down at her Elf, stern stubbornness meeting a playful expression. “It is bad enough that I’ll be gone for a couple weeks, but for you to be away from home as well...”

“Don’t be so paranoid.” Beryl’s voice is gentle and comforting, despite her dismissive words. “We’ve never ‘ad a problem tha’d necessitate one o’ us ta deal wit’ it. And if somethin’ like tha’ did ‘appen, then Khalia’d deal wit’ it in our place. She is more than capable o’ keepin’ the others safe.”

Krvavy simply clenches her jaw and grits her teeth, unable to keep herself from worrying.

“Don’t ya trust ‘er ta keep yer girl’s safe?”

“Don’t try to manipulate me.” Krvavy coldly returns.

“My dearest love...” Beryl’s soft sigh is much more authentic this time. “Ah’ve already discussed this wit’ the others, and they are all fine wit’ it.”

Those emerald eyes narrow even further. “Just ‘fine’ with it?”

“Ach... Stop bein’ so negative.” The affectionate Elf clasps Krvavy’s hands in her own, giving them a tender squeeze. “Inanna was fully on board wit’ the idea. The list o’ wha’ we need ta get is a bit much fer ya ta carry on yer own. Not really in weight, but in the sheer amount. And while Khalia’d be better fer ‘elpin’ ya carry all those things, it probably isn’t the best idea ta bring ‘er ta a city. Which means tha’ Ah’m the only one who can accompany ya. The walk’d be too much fer the shorties. And yer lazy brat.”

Krvavy continues to scowl, even if she is starting to feel like she is being unreasonably stubborn...

“Speakin’ o’ yer brat, she also thought it was a good idea, but fer... different reasons.” The tanned tomboy rolls her eyes and shakes her head. “Thea wants me ta interrogate the Countess. If it wasn’t such a long journey, and if she wouldn’t ‘ave ta do any work on the way back, then Thea would’a no doubt demanded ta go along wit’ ya as well. But at least she ‘ad the sense ta let me go in ‘er place. No need ta risk ‘er offendin’ a woman tha’ ya’re tryin’ ta seduce, aye~?”

“I’m not trying to seduce Rina.” Krvavy quickly replies, her tone sounding a little too defensive.

“Oh, sure, sure~.” A wide and knowing smile spreads across Beryl’s face. “Ah definitely believe ya~.”

The barbarian closes her eyes and takes a deep breath. “What did the others have to say?”

“Ya know ‘ow Khalia is: she was quite ‘appy tha’ ya’d ‘ave someone along ta ‘elp satisfy yer needs.” Beryl gives her Draconic lover’s hands another squeeze before idly pulling them up to her pert breasts. “As fer Adeline, well...” She pauses briefly, her smile shifting into a rather smug smirk as the Drakling’s hands begin to knead her tits. “Adeline was the only one who was conflicted. She’ll miss ‘avin’ me around, and was probably a bit intimidated wit’ the idea o’ bein’ left alone with Thea and Khalia. But she was also rather insistent on ‘avin’ someone ta keep ya company. Tha’ sweetie ‘as such a big ‘eart, not wantin’ ya ta ‘ave ta be alone while the rest o’ us stay together...”

Krvavy wants to scowl at all of that, but she simply can’t muster the will to look so negative. Not while she is pinching and tweaking her tanned tomboy’s stiff nipples... “Fine,” she reluctantly groans, “if everyone else wants you to come with me...”

“Wonderful, my dearest love~!” Beryl brightly beams, her long and pointed ears wiggling with boundless joy. “Ah can ‘ardly wait ta ‘ave ya all ta myself fer two whole weeks~!” Her words aren’t exactly innocent, tinged with lust and an unspoken promise of all the lewd things they’ll do together in that time, but still there is something quite sweet about them. “We’ll be out there beneath the open sky, enjoyin’ the wilds and the countryside wit’ just each other fer company~! Even the day or two tha’ll be spent in a city won’t spoil it all, as we’ll get ta enjoy the Countess’ generosity~!”

“Alright, alright... No need to be so cheery...” Krvavy grumpily grumbles... even as she continues to firmly grope her Elf’s perky tits, scaled fingers shamelessly squeezing those pleasant palmfuls.

“Oh~? Would ya rather Ah go back ta tryin’ ta get ya all worked up~?” Beryl teasingly asks, already trailing her touch down the barbarian’s buff belly, avoiding the scars that mar those muscled abs. “Well, my dearest love~?” A downright predatory gleam finds its way into this huntress’ blue-green gaze. “Would ya~?”

Krvavy simply takes a deep breath, not trusting herself to respond. Especially not as those nimble fingers find their way to her semi-stiff shaft.

“Ah’m not ‘earin’ a no~!” A playful giggle accompanies those vaguely threatening words. “So Ah’ll take tha’ as permission ta continue~!” The Elf’s dexterous hand grabs onto the Drakling’s dick, failing to wrap around its growing girth. “Ya do ‘ave three girls ta satisfy before ya leave in the morn~! It won’t do ta leave them all needy fer the weeks tha’ we’ll be gone~!”

“Three...?” Krvavy bites her bottom lip, trying to keep composed despite her rapidly growing arousal.

“Aye~.” Beryl nods, giving her Draconic lover’s swiftly swelling shaft a gentle and loving squeeze with each syllable that passes through her glistening lips. “Khalia, Thea, and Inanna~.”

“Not Adeline as well...?”

“My dearest love, ‘ave ya been able ta do anythin’ undeniably lewd wit’ tha’ sweetie ever since dealin’ wit’ ‘er ‘eat?” Beryl’s hand strokes along the ridged rod’s hard length as she whispers that question, though she doesn’t wait long for an answer. “No. Because the sweet girl isn’t quite ready fer tha’ yet. She is too shy. Too easily embarrassed. But don’t ya worry, it’s only a matter o’ time until she works up the courage ta do such lewd things wit’ ya~. Soon she’ll be there wit’ the rest o’ us, beggin’ fer yer seed~!”

“Hnnnh!” Krvavy sharply inhales, her ever-growing lust shocked into submission as that tanned tomboy’s thin fingers tighten around the base of her cock, both of those touchy hands needed to strangle her stiff shaft.

“Tsk, tsk, tsk~!” Beryl playfully clicks her tongue.. “No wastin’ yer cum, my dearest love~! No matter ‘ow much ya like the idea o’ ‘avin’ Adeline worship yer cock wit’ all o’ yer other girls~!”

“Beryl...!” The Drakling hisses out her Elf’s name, lustful eyes narrowed. A familiar horny haze creeps at the edges of her mind, eating away at her will bit by bit.

“No, no, my dearest love~.” The teasing Wood Elf’s long ears wiggle and waggle as she playfully scolds her Draconic lover. “Ah’ll ‘ave ya ta myself fer a couple weeks, so ya shouldn’t spend yer lust on lil’ ol’ me~. Instead, ‘ow about we go find one o’ yer other girl’s~? Khalia was lazing about on our wonderful bed when Ah came up ‘ere, and she is probably still there~.”

Krvavy takes one very deep breath, her body shuddering in growing anticipation. “And you say that I am a bad influence...” She quietly mutters, forcing her eyes shut.

“Well~?”

The barbarian’s response comes not in words, but in action.

Beryl victoriously giggles as she is scooped up into the Drakling’s arms, getting quickly carried off to their bedroom.
