Chapter 42

Naruto embraced Sakura back and as the mood set in he moved his face towards Sakura's neck. Feeling the hot breath of Naruto on her neck while being tightly embraced by him Sakura couldn't help but make a small moan.

As if responding to Sakura's moan Naruto started indulging in kissing...more like devouring her neck. Series of small controlled moans kept coming out of Sakura's mouth.

Naruto then pulled his neck away from her neck and looked at Sakura. Sakura's face was all red while making an erotic expression. Seeing this he couldn't help himself as he inched closer to her lips.

Naruto's lips that were inching towards Sakura paused the moment he saw the despicable system's message...he didn't even had much time to react so instead of her lips he moved towards her ears and said "I almost forgot that you're hospitalised. We'll continue this when you're out of the hospital. So recover fast." After saying that he quickly ran away from the room.

Sakura who wanted to grab him to tell him that she was already fit enough to be discharged but was left speechless seeing his escape...

Naruto quickly ran out of the hospital afraid of Sakura catching up to him. He took a sigh of relief when he saw no one following him. Unfortunately it was too soon for him to relax because he suddenly started feeling his dick wanting to burst out from his pants.

'So this is the bonus that was mentioned... I can't even masturbate because of that penalty...this motherfucking system' Naruto cursed the system in his mind as he started moving towards his house.

Naruto initially wanted to go to his room and isolate himself to control his urge but that was easier said than done. The more he moved the hotter his body become as the thoughts of ravaging women starting appearing in his mind.

He realised that the more he tried to control it the stronger the urge becomes....to the point he even thought of using a dog that just crossed his path to get him out of his misery.

Luckily the dog's instincts kicked in and he ran as far as possible from Naruto.

'What should I do?! I'm left with no other choice but to fuck someone or rape a woman or I might really end up fucking something similar to that dog..No! I'll rather die thaan do that...I know! Karin! Yes, she likes me and is the closest from me!' Naruto thought and tracked back his steps going towards the hospital.

The journey back was harder than he thought cause with each step his body grew warmer and warmer...his dick was being flooded with blood making him feel intense pain. What little will he had couldn't resist this torment as he finally gave up  a few hundred meters away from the hospital. He kneeled down on the ground and smashed his head down on the road gasping for air as he perspired profusely.

'I can't take this anymore... I'll just masturbate myself to death and end this torment.' Naruto thought and moved his hand towards his pants...

"Naruto! What happened to you!" a feminine voice entered his ears as he heard footsteps moving towards him.

Naruto had lost almost all control over his lust and was like a beast who only wanted to satisfy himself. So the moment he heard this alluring voice his mind shut down and his body took over. Before the feminine figure could reach Naruto he rushed towards her at full speed and moved towards the gap in between the buildings after grabbing her... something the last bit of sanity left in him made him do.

The alleyway was dark and filled with rotten smell from the trash can nearby but that was the last thing on the mind of the two people that were currently here.

"AHH!"

Naruto slammed Ino forcefully on the ground making her scream in pain as tears welled up in her eyes. The moment she recovered a bit she couldn't help but shout at Naruto who was now above her "ARE YOU FUCKING CRAZ-" but before she could continue Naruto blocked her lips with his and started kissing her profusely.

She tried resisting furiously by trying to wrestle her way out of Naruto's clutches but it was to no avail. It only made things easier for Naruto as he grabbed her clothes and ripped it apart while his lips were still ravaging hers.

The now bare Ino finally realised what was about to happen with her as a result she attempted to resist again with all her might but just like before it was all for a naught in front of the beastly Naruto.

One of his hands clasped at her boobs tightly hurting her in the process while the other hand ripped his own pants. His now bare genital without a pause plunged inside Ino's as Ino could only squeak out loud because her mouth was still blocked by Naruto's mouth.

Naruto kept on plunging his rod inside Ino. In response to this torment Ino could only squeak out loudly as tears kept on falling from her eyes as only one question was revolving in her mind 'Why me?'

With that she slowly lost her consciousness as the pain was too much for her to bare. Whereas Naruto kept on moving not giving mind to his target's now unconscious state.

After releasing inside her plenty of times Naruto soon gained back his sanity and realised what he had done. His expression was filled with guilt and anger but this was no time for him to lament over it. He picked up Ino who was almost naked with only the leftover ripped clothes covering her body now and moved towards her home which was just by the side of the road.

The house was all dark with the shop still opened. It was easy to tell that no one was there in the house so he quickly entered the house and after finding Ino's room placed her there.

He sat nearby on a stool and gazed at her many thoughts going through his mind... one part of him now just wanted to run far away from here but another part wanted him to face the consequences of his actions...the latter one grew stronger and stronger the longer he gazed at Ino.

He couldn't help but feel heavy when he saw her bruised genital region, the claw marks on her breasts and the painful expression on her tear stained face.

Giving out a heavy sigh Naruto stood up. He had finally made a decision.

The next morning Ino had a less painful expression. Her wounds now had been cleaned and treated by Naruto with the medicines present in her house. He didn't slept at all yesterday night. He cleaned Ino's whole body as he knew that he couldn't let her rest like this as this might cause infections. After that he applied medicine on her and treated her injuries before finally laying her back on her bed.

It was only an hour worth of job but even after doing that he still couldn't sleep. Now that he was normal he could clearly remember the painful cries that Ino made during that time. They were now resounding all over his mind filling his already guilt filled mind with more guilt.

Naruto was currently sitting on a stool near her bed as he waited for Ino to wake up. He would accept any decision she would take even if it meant him getting a death sentence he would accept it.

With this in mind Naruto waited beside her...
