Chapter 149- Caring
Minoru was taken back home, his body had recovered enough to walk around, but with crutches.
It was miraculous, the doctor said, that Minoru recovered so well in so little time, however, considering his healthy body and healthy diet—kudos to his mother—the doctor said it was to be expected.
For the time being, Kosuke and Mira had taken leave and were staying at home. Naturally, their respective employers understood the situation and didn't say anything other than prayers for Minoru’s quick recovery.
Shiori also took a few days of leave from the University, even though Minoru told her to go. After all, they were nearing the end of the year, and Shiori’s absence in the class would hamper her academic records, extremely.
However, the way she turned teary-eyed and said, ‘Am I unbearable to you…’ Minoru was left with no other option but to yield.
Now, in his room, Minoru was getting fed by Shiori. She peeled and sliced an apple for him after lunch.
“Are they sleeping?” Minoru asked while munching on the sweet apple.
Shiori nodded, “Yes, they were quite tired.”
Minoru felt a little sad hearing that. One of the three always remained by his side even during the night.
Since Shiori slept for the whole night—she was forced by her mother—she told them that she would remain awake for the whole afternoon so they should rest.
“Now, don't make that face,” Shiori pressed her finger against his nose as she said, “If anyone else had been injured you would have done the same, no?”
“...well, yeah.” He nodded in assent. He rested his back against the headboard and looked at Shiori.
She was wearing a top which has a low cut, exposing a healthy amount of cleavage.
Her white pearly skin, the size of her bust, and that mole on her left teat made the sight mouthwatering.
Shiori offered the apple but found him not eating, urging him to look in the direction of his eyes.
She grinned when she found her brother having a show of her assets.
She didn't hide, rather she leaned even more and offered the ‘V’ to become a valley of excitement for her brother as her left hand went towards his lower head.
“Someone looks excited,” She smirked, as she found his thing tightly poking under the blanket.
Minoru looked at the door as he said, “The door is not loc-” However, he was not able to finish as suddenly Shiori pulled his cock out and squeezed it gently.
Minoru moaned as her soft hand started rubbing the tip with her thumb.
“Quite dry it is…” She commented before taking out her hand and taking a whiff.
Ah, his scent…so tempting...
She couldn't stop herself from licking her hand and coating her fingers with her saliva.
The scene before his eyes was hot enough to make his half-erect manhood stand straight in attention.
Shiori again brought her hand under the blanket and wrapped her saliva-coated fingers around his cock.
Her fingers were slippery, making vulgar sounds as she continued to stroke it up and down.
The way the blanket was going up and down, with each of her strokes, made it obvious that under the covers, something unhealthy, which shouldn't be happening between siblings, was occurring.
Shiori enjoyed his expression as she continued to stroke his cock, and unbuttoned his shirt.
She lowered her mouth, and much to his surprise, she began licking his nipples,
“S-S-Shiori?!” He didn't expect her to suddenly lick him there. However, the way his cock flinched, made it obvious to her that he was quite liking it.
Shiori knew where he liked it, the left side of his mushroom top. She deliberately uncovered his cock, and rubbed the side of her finger at the spot; making him tremble all over.
“Shiori…it feels…so good…please don't stop…” he begged and the female liked this submissive side of her brother quite well.
She went ahead and pulled her tits out, and grabbed his hand, before pushing it against her meat bun.
Subconsciously, he grabbed her breast with enough force to make her moan, as Minoru enjoyed the suppleness of her bountiful bust.
Her hand got pace as she began stroking him vigorously, her saliva and his pre-cum providing the fluency she needed to jerk her brother off.
“Tell me, what do you want Minoru?” With her face slightly feverish and a mischievous smile on her face, the girl asked.
The forbidden pleasure of stroking the cock of her brother was making her body hot and pussy salivate.
Minoru moaned, “I want to cum, nee-san.”
With steam seeping through her lips, she whispered, “Then come for your sister,”
Like her words were the cue he needed as Minoru began to shoot his load, spraying the thick white semen out like a broken faucet.
Shiori collected as much as she could, feeling regretful of letting her brother’s delicious jizz get wasted.
Minoru calmed down a little as he said, “You are the best, Nee-san.”
Shiori grinned, “I know.”
Soon she got up, cleaned him up using her mouth, and changed the cover. Minoru would have asked for another round when suddenly the doorbell rang.
“Rest there, I will see who is it.” She told him and after covering her assets, she walked out of the room.
Minoru was lying down with a smile of contentment on his face when suddenly the door of his room parted and the face of an unexpected person appeared from the other side,
“Naoko?”
