Chapter 57

"Ryan?! When did you awaken your chakra?!"

I look at Yasaka, and Asia walks toward me. I smile at them and say.

"I don't know, Yasaka. It suddenly awakens without me knowing."

I say that, but I give her a notice with my finger. She nods her head and says.

"I see. Let's go to Tezuka and have him check you."

She says that, but I can see her moving her finger, conveying something entirely. She said she understood and would wait for me to tell her about my system. I will talk to her tonight. She deserves that much.

"Of course. Let's eat something first before seeing him."

Yasaka nods her head and sits to my left while Asia sits to my right. With the three of us sitting down, the servant serves us the food. I can see Asia praying to a dead God and giving a taste of the food. I want to tell her the truth, but sometimes, the truth is more painful than lies.

"What do you think, Asia? Is the food to your taste?"

Asia gives me a bright smile and says,

"En! It is delicious!"

"Kyaa! You are so cute!"

Yasaka hugs Asia tightly and gets the poor girl's head between her two breasts.

"She needs to breathe, Yasaka."

"Ah! I am sorry!"

Asia gasps and gives Yasaka a warm smile.

"It is okay, sis"

"Kyaa~"

There she goes again. Yasaka decides to adopt Asia as her little sister, and Asia gladly calls Yasaka her big sister. Yasaka did not have any family left other than Kunou, and she wanted to have more family members.

With Asia gladly becoming her little sister, Yasaka gets super happy.

I can only shake my head and smile at the two of them joking around.

"This is a particular case, my lady."

"What do you mean, Tezuka?"

The Karaasu Tengu looks at me and says,

"As you know, humans should not be able to have Chakra, right? Do you know the reason why?"

"Yes. Because Chakra combines spiritual and physical energy, humans did not have protection against spiritual energy like Youkai as they are not as in tune with their souls as we are."

"That is correct. The human body did not have the barrier that let them use the power of their soul. If they decide to use that, they will lose their body and become a wandering soul."

That is like the plot of Bleach. To use the power of Shikigami, they need to be in their soul form and cannot be in their human form. Once they use their Shikigami form, they leave their body and become wandering spirits.

"However…"

Tezuka looks at me and says,

"Ryan, over here, manages to have chakra inside his body. I have a couple of theories. Do you want to hear it, my lady?"

"Go ahead."

"The first theory is because of his transformation magic. His transformation magic is turning him into the race he takes instead of mimicking them. Because of this, soul protection appears around his soul and lets him awaken his chakra."

"What about the second theory?"

"It is because of Lord Susanoo's blessing. As you know, God's blessing will strengthen one soul, and I think this blessing mutates his soul to create a barrier around the soul and awaken Ryan's chakra."

Yasaka and I nod our heads. That is a great theory. If I did not know the reason why I have this power, I would agree with him.

"I see. That is a good theory, Tezuka. Can you write that down for me? I will give this to that old turtle. As much as I did not want to give him anything about my mate, he was still Ryan's chancellor."

"Of course, my lady."

Yasaka then looks at me and says,

"Let's go back to my room. I think Asia is ready to go."

I nod and say.

"Sure."

The two of us walk back to our room, where we can see Asia already wearing the clothes we bought yesterday. All of her clothing is church clothing. So, either a nun outfit or a nun sleepwear.

"Are you ready, Asia?"

"I am ready, big sis."

However, before we got out, I quickly said,

"Before we go, I need to talk to you, Yasaka."

The nine-tailed fox blinked for a second before saying.

"Sure. What is it, Ryan?"

"I want to talk about my origin of power and my origin."

Yasaka's expression changes into a serious one, and when Asia sees that, she quickly says.

"D-Do I need to leave the room?"

I shake my head and say.

"You can stay, Asia. I don't mind."

I take a deep breath and start to tell the two of them about my origin. I tell them about my origin. I tell them about how I died in my previous life and reincarnated into this world as a baby. I tell them about the bright white light that engulfs me and of how I experienced being born the second time.

Lastly, I tell them about my new power. I tell them the power of Gacha that will give me power or items every week. I tell them it can be something as useless as a pair of glasses or something powerful like an item that can destroy a star.

I tell them that all of my power comes from this Gacha.

When I was done, Yasaka takes a deep breath and says,

"I see. That is something wild. If you are a regular person, I will declare that you are crazy."

"That is amazing! You have been blessed by the Lord, Ryan!"

Yasaka and Asia have two different expressions. Yasaka is worried and shocked at the revelation, while Asia is shocked and happy for me.

Yasaka looks at me and says.

"You are right, Ryan. You need to make sure you hide this ability from others. This kind of ability will bring you bad things. Even when you thought that you already reached the level of God, you still cannot reveal this ability."

I give Yasaka a small smile and say.

"I already know, Yasaka. You did not need to worry about this. I also have the same kind of thinking."

"That is good."

Yasaka releases a sigh and says,

"Let's get out and have some fun. I want to forget about this and have fun with you two will do that."
