Ch 279: A day in the clubhouse.

Shirley woke up as she felt someone tug at the leather cocoon keeping her immobile. She groaned, the sound muffled by the penis gag filling her mouth, and made the leather creak as she stretched her legs. Its hold on her body was becoming looser around her chest as someone, very likely Selesia, was undoing the lacing.

When the laces and straps were completely undone, the plastic zipper running from the throat of the sleeping bag to the ankles was fully opened, and unseen hands helped her sit, freeing her arms from the bag's internal sleeves.

Shirley stretched her arms as the same hands moved to the lacing of the black leather discipline helmet covering her head, removed it, and got the electronic ear plugs out of her ear canals. It took a moment for Shirley's eyes to get used to the light, and she turned her head to the right to see Selesia, dressed in a white latex bodysuit, a black latex waist cincher accentuating her already great figure, and black leather boots.

"Good morning, Miss Shirley." smiled Selesia, her assigned caretaker.

"Mhophrin, Phephephia." replied Shirley as best she could with a nod.

Selesia helped her stand, stark naked aside from the gag and the chastity belt, and Shirley spread her legs slightly, helping Selesia remove it. She groaned as the two inserts left her body and looked at them. As always, she wondered how the front one, a slightly shorter and thinner imitation of their Master's cock, and the rear one, a succession of gradually thicker black rubber balls, could feel so huge inside her.

In the first few days, she had used her hands to cover herself like a Bad Girl. Now, after everything she and Selesia had done together, there was no point.

Besides, Good Girls didn't hide their bodies from their Master or from their trainers.

This was one of the many, many rules that now governed Shirley's life. Rules that were in the process of being driven deep into her psyche.

She looked at the digital clock on the nightstand near the bed and the sleeping bag. 7:04. She had a little less than an hour to eat breakfast, take a shower, shave her pussy, brush her teeth, groom herself, and put on her uniform before Selesia would bring her to class. This would also be the only time of the day when she wouldn't be bound.

Selesia removed her gag, and Shirley opened and closed her mouth several times, licking her lips. At first, she had had a hard time with it, as wearing gags for long durations had been painful. But now, her jaw had adapted, and she could take larger gags without trouble.

"Did you have good dreams, Miss Shirley?" asked Selesia with a smile while gesturing to the nearby table. She held the chair for Shirley to sit on.

"Thank you, Selesia. I didn't dream this time. Is this Strawberry-flavored?" asked Shirley as she looked as the pinkish milkshake on the table, near the plate with pancakes and maple syrup.

"Raspberry-flavored today." replied Selesia as she sat beside her, and both began eating.

Shirley nodded and stated drinking the milkshake she knew was laced with aphrodisiacs.

Whenever she did, it always made her think back to Sayoko's declaration in the early days.

"Master Noah doesn't approve of the use of aphrodisiacs as a general rule. However, he has agreed to let us use some long-lasting, moderate aphrodisiacs as part of your training as long as you are aware and agree to use them. A Good Girl must always be aroused, and always ready to be used by her Master."

Shirley had refused at first. Until she realized that she wouldn't escape the fate Akeno and Sayoko had set for her. Willingly or not, she would be, as Sayoko had said to her and the other girls of the Student Council save for Nunnally, "Rigorously educated, immaculately instructed, exhaustively conditioned, uncompromisingly indoctrinated".

To Sayoko, Shirley and the others becoming anything less than excellent servants, ready to perform flawlessly in the arts of the bedroom or in household maintenance, was simply unacceptable.

Once the "domestic" part of their training was over, they would even receive combat training, in the unlikely case they would be assaulted or have to act as discreet bodyguards.

Shirley had earned herself many paddlings and other punishments until she resigned herself, and decided to try to become as good as possible in her future duties.

So she had started taking the aphrodisiacs, and it had made her days easier.

Shirley and Selesia quickly ate, and Shirley headed to the bathroom while her caretaker dealt with washing the dishes.

The aphrodisiac was already starting to take effect as she showered. Or maybe it was just the conditioning getting to her. She was well aware of what the day would involve, and… she was looking forward to it. Her training had already reached that point.

Her vaginal muscles clenched with need.

Shirely glanced at the closed door, biting her lips, and decided to cede to the temptation, just for a little while. She touched herself, inserting two fingers in her hungry pussy and squeezing her breasts with the other hand.

It felt so good that she forgot she had very little time, and flinched when she heard a voice.

"Miss Shirley, you Bad Girl!"

"I…I'm sorry! I won't do it again." exclaimed Shirley, trying to sound contrite, and hoping that Selesia would show mercy.

"Quickly finish your shower and grooming. You will earn yourself a second punishment if you make us late for your lessons."

Shirley nodded and sighed, cursing herself for her moment of weakness. She would pay it dearly, she was sure of that.

She finished her shower, shaved herself in a hurry, brushed her teeth, then her hair, and checked her appearance in the mirror. As she turned toward the door, she paused for a second to stare at the stylized heart on her rump.

She didn't have time to dwell on its meaning, and left the bedroom, standing in the "presentation" pose in front of Selesia, feet spread forty centimeters apart, hands clasping the opposite elbow.

Selesia nodded and rubbed her mons pubis for three seconds.

"Good, you are properly smooth. Now for your punishment, Miss Shirley. What did you do wrong?"

"I masturbated without permission."

"Who can give you permission?" nodded Selesia.

"Master Noah."

"Why is he the only one who can give you permission?"

"We are his servants, and our bodies belong to him. Our pleasure belongs to him."

"That is correct. Only for the sake of training you are we temporarily allowed to give orgasms to our charges. But you have been a Bad Girl, so for two days, you will not be allowed any orgasm. I will also hit you six times with a paddle before you go to bed tonight."

Shirley groaned. If she couldn't orgasm, her day would turn into hell!

Selesia drew what Shirley now knew was a magic rune on her skin, then turned to the side and picked up from the table the black latex bodysuit that was the first component of her uniform.

She gestured to the bed, and Shirley sat on it, lifting her right leg.

Selesia quickly got to work, and within two minutes, she closed the back zip.

Shirley sprayed some shiner on a rag, and carefully brushed it all over her body, giving the suit a perfect glossy and shiny look.

It would have been more practical to just use a magic bodysuit, but Sayoko, in charge of the curriculum, had decided to do things the old-fashioned way. She had claimed that it built discipline to have many chores and tasks to do manually.

Personally, Shirley suspected that it really was about giving her and the others more tasks to fail and be punished for.

The next part of her uniform was her chastity belt. Selesia had cleaned it while she was showering, and Shirley gasped slightly as the two familiar intruders filled her once again.

She put her arms behind her back before Selesia could ask, and felt the black leather armbinder slip over them. Selesia fastened the straps crisscrossing against her torso, then laced it tight enough for her elbows to touch.

Another of Sayoko's teaching. All restraints were meant to be worn as tight as possible. And if a servant wasn't flexible enough for it, she would be trained until it became possible. Eventually, all the girls of the student council would be able to keep the reverse prayer position for long periods, something only Shirley herself, thanks to her former daily swimming, could manage right now, and only for an hour or two before the pain became too much.

Poor Nina, who had never been the athletic kind, was the one faring the worst in that regard, and Sayoko had her spend more time that the others in the Sanctuary for yoga lessons and longer periods in strict bondage.

Shirley sat on the bed again, lifting her right leg for Selesia who was holding a knee-high black leather ballet boot. Getting used to walk in such demanding footwear had been a challenge. Selesia laced it tight, moving quickly as she glanced at the clock.

Shirley looked as well and winced. It would be a near thing.

Once properly booted, Shirley stood. Selesia quickly gathered her long orange hair into a ponytail, then produced a latex hood and earpieces.

"I should have hooded you before binding you so you could shine it yourself, but we're lacking time, so I will do it for you. I will report my lapse of judgment later."

"You did that on purpose so Mistress Akeno could punish you, right, Selesia?" smiled Shirley.

"Who knows." replied Selesia as she fit the earpieces in position, then stretched the latex hood over her head. She adjusted the hood, properly aligning the eyes, nostrils and mouth holes, but Shirley could see her trying to suppress a smile. Yes, it was definitely on purpose.

After the hood was shined to her satisfaction, Selesia took the last item of Shirley's uniform, a steel collar lined with black rubber. She quickly locked it around Shirley's throat and clipped a leash on the front D-Ring.

"Let's go." said Selesia, and Shirley nodded, understanding even if she couldn't hear the words.

They both walked as quickly as Shirley could manage without stumbling. Selesia also wore high heels, but nothing as extreme as ballet boots.

They walked down the hallway and Selesia knocked on a door before opening.

Shirley couldn't understand what they were saying, but it was clear that Selesia and Sayoko were greeting each other, and Shirley nodded with a smile when Sayoko glanced at her.

Selesia, led her to one of the unoccupied training stations. Shirley had become very familiar with those, and Selesia helped her lower herself and straddle it. Two ports connected to the belt, locking her in position, and Selesia closed steel shackles around her ankles, keeping her legs folded and straddling the station.

Shirley glanced to the sides as much as her collar would allow, looking at her fellow students, dressed like she was. She recognized Nina on her left and Milly on her right from their build and the ponytail escaping their hoods, but couldn't greet them as they both were blindfolded with earpieces muffling all external sounds. They were both immersed in their own little world, as she was about to be as well.

Selesia took the training station's head harness, and Shirley obediently opened her mouth wide. Selesia gagged her with the black rubber phallus, a shorter copy of Master Noah's cock, and fastened the first of the harness's straps. She fastened the blindfold over Shirley's eyes before fitting the rest of the harness.

Shirley felt a slight movement from the vibrators and understood that her lesson was starting. She started sucking on the cock filling her mouth.

As she did, she felt it grow warm, and she focused on giving it the best blowjob she could while pacing herself, and the two vibrators filling her other holes responded.

The training stations were one of Da Vinci's inventions. They were meant to train the students into becoming proficient cock suckers and pussy munchers. The dildo in Shirley's mouth possessed hundreds of sensors collecting data on pressure, wetness, even suction power.

The computer compared the collected data to its base model, who had been provided by Sayoko. The governess had given the machine the best blowjob she could to set the standard, and the computer would reward with an orgasm any student that reached 80% of Sayoko's performance.

It had started at 50% weeks ago, but Sayoko was gradually demanding better performance as time went by. Her goal was for every girl to achieve at least 90% by the time they got the opportunity to meet Master Noah.

To motivate them, the computer made the trainees' vaginal and anal inserts move or vibrate, and the higher their performance, the stronger the stimulation.

Shirley was keenly aware of the machine's deviousness. The girls who couldn't quite reach the threshold were essentially torturing themselves, and the more efforts they did, the more intense the torture. They knew that, and yet, they couldn't stop trying, as they felt the urge to obtain more pleasure even if they didn't expect to gain an orgasm, and they would also be punished with an electric shock if they slacked off.

As Shirley sucked and licked, growing more and more aroused as she slowly reinforced her conditioning to draw pleasure from sucking her Master's cock, she thought about what the likely schedule for the rest of the day would be.

Her current training segment would last two hours, intended for Shirley to train both her blowjob skill and her endurance. One of the possible scenarios she might be required to take part in would be to kneel under a desk, with or without the use of her hands, and use her mouth to pleasure Master Noah while he worked, for as long as he desired.

At 10:00, she would get a fifteen-minute break. Selesia would give her water, read her the machine's report about her own performance, and give her some advice if needed.

At 10:15, the training would resume, but this time, she would be on her knees, her body raised from the padded straddle. While sucking on the dildo, she would also need to train her vaginal muscles and sphincter by squeezing the front dildo or anal insert whenever they vibrated.

This training would last until 12:00. Shirley would be released from the training station, have the gag harness, blindfold and hood removed, and would be fed lunch and another dose of aphrodisiac by Selesia.

From 12h30 to 13h30, Shirley would sit in class with the others, and Sayoko would grill them about Master Noah. She would ask many questions about his preferences, what he expected of them, and many other things she learned from Akeno. Shirley and the others would be edged the whole time and punished if they answered incorrectly.

Starting at 13h30 would be deportment training. The girls would be taught to walk on ballet boots in a graceful way, to keep a smile on their face even with two intruders churning their insides, and so on. Shirley had already reached Sayoko's desired degree of proficiency in that part of the training, so she would be gagged, blindfolded and bound in a somewhat comfortable position and left to slowly stew as the vibrator kept her… distracted.

The deportment training would stop at 16h for a thirty-minute break, then would come the maid training. Shirley would be taught how to perform house chores perfectly, and do it while ignoring the vibrators activating at random inside her, without uttering a single gasp or groan.

At 19h30, Selesia would bring Shirley to her room for a much-needed shower, then have her wear a fresh bodysuit. Shirley would clean up the one she had worn during the day, then would be bound again and eat dinner with the other Students. Or rather, be fed dinner and a smaller dose of aphrodisiacs by Selesia, again.

After dinner, she would be in Selesia's hands, serving her in bed in whatever way her caretaker required, as thanks for her care during the day. Shirley was now intimately familiar with every nook and cranny of Selesia's body.

It would be then that Selesia would administer the second part of the punishment and paddle her butt. It would be painful, but nothing compared to being relentlessly edged for two days.

After about two hours of such service, Shirley, exhausted by then, would be given yet another shower, then be placed into the bondage sleeping bag with the chastity belt and leather sensory-deprivation helmet, and would have seven hours of rest.

Shirley winced as she considered again that most of this schedule would be pure torture for her if she couldn't cum.

She felt like she was close to the threshold, so she increased the pace, and was rewarded with the dildo she was sucking on spurting her Master's artificially recreated semen into her mouth.

She had been disgusted by this feature in the early days, but now, she simply loved the taste. Maybe she could…

She jolted as an unpleasant electric shock spread from the anal plug, and heard one of Sayoko's recorded messages coming from the earpieces.

"Good Girls practice when they are idle."

With a lustful moan, Shirley increased her efforts to suck on the dildo, furthering the cycle of pleasure and denial.

…

Milly had just come down from her fifth orgasm off the day, when the earpieces in her head came alive with something different than the endless Good Girls rules. She could now hear what was happening around her, like the lustful moans made by the other girls.

She felt the steel shackles at her ankles being unlocked and opened, and a strong pair of hands helped her stand. She still had the training station's gag harness secured around her head, so she assumed the wire and feeding tube had been disconnected.

This was different from usual, and she tilted her head in confusion, when someone hugged her tightly, someone with very large breasts, and Milly felt a wet tongue run around her gagged lips.

Her suspicion was confirmed when she heard Akeno's seductive voice.

"Milly, you're coming with me."

Milly nodded, and felt a leash being clipped to her collar. It wasn't like she had the option to refuse anyway, with her arms in the armbinder, the blindfold and the ballet boots.

Milly dutifully followed Akeno, focusing on keeping her balance and moving gracefully, like Sayoko had painstakingly taught her.

But she also knew the clubhouse well enough to understand where Akeno was leading her, blindfold or not, and she whined loudly, shaking her head in sudden fear.

"Mpphom!"

"Marika told me that you have been a Bad Girl last night. You didn't ask for permission before you came all over her face. And since being regularly paddled doesn't seem to provide the desired results, you will be punished another way today. With public humiliation. Lunch time is underway, and I am going to take you on a tour around the campus."

Milly shuddered in horror. Going out, in this attire?

"Say goodbye to your public image, President." chuckled Akeno. "Not that it matters to me, since we will eventually leave this world."

'This can't be happening', denied Milly desperately as she was forced to follow Akeno. She thought that it was all a bluff, that Akeno would stop at the door and laugh at the prank she pulled on Milly.

Her heart felt like bursting when she heard the familiar squeak of the clubhouse's front door. When her ballet boots left the familiar floorboard and met the hard stone pavement.

In seconds, she started to feel the black latex of her hood and bodysuit warming up under the sun.

"Mphise mphop!" begged Milly, but Akeno didn't stop, and she was forced to follow.

And before long, Milly flinched as she heard the first distant gasps and stunned exclamations.

"…Look at this!"

"Are they filming an AV?"

"There's a pervert in school. Should we call security?"

"Who is this rubber gimp?"

"Wait, isn't that… the Student Council president? She missed class for a while now."

Milly froze. She would have fallen if Akeno hadn't chosen this instant to stop.

"Yes, this is Milly Ashford." replied Akeno proudly. "I am taking my pet slave for a walk."

"…How scandalous!" exclaimed a girl.

"Can we take photos?" eagerly asked a boy.

"No photos, and no touching. You'll be expelled if you do, and that is before I deal with you. But feel free to stare as much as you want."

Milly wanted for a hole to open under her feet and swallow her. Unfortunately for her, both the ground and Akeno had other plans, and the vibrators in her pussy and butt came alive. By sheer conditioned reflex, Milly moved her tongue around the rubber cock filling her mouth and moved her hips.

"What is she doing?" asked another boy. She recognized his voice. Alan Summerson, a baron's son.

"My little slave Milly is being very horny right now." smiled Akeno, and Milly felt both of her breasts being groped for a few seconds. "She has my permission to cum in public if she wants to."

Milly groaned in mixed shame and lust. She could hear more and more students gather around, more expressions of shocked disbelief and disapproval, mixed with mocking words and taunts.

"Ah, Miss Akeno. Would you make me your slave as well?" came the entranced voice of a girl, causing more gasps.

"…I will consider it. Alright, let's continue."

Milly felt a tug on the leash, and she was forced to walk. The vibrators made it difficult for her to keep her balance, but she had practice. She could hear some of the students following her, making comments about how great her latex-clad ass and legs looked, how stringent her bondage was, and so on.

After a few minutes, she groaned as she came over the edge and experienced a strong orgasm. She started falling, but Akeno hugged her from behind, keeping her upright, and the dozens of students around her cheered or redoubled their taunts.

Milly had thought she knew about humiliation, after being paddled by Sayoko or Marika, or being pleasured in front of them while sucking on a rubber dildo.

She had been wrong.

This, was humiliation. A shame so deep that it turned into a masochistic desire for self-abandonment. For completing her destruction to the point that there would be nothing left to humiliate her with.

If at that moment, Akeno removed her belt and gag harness, bent her over, and offered her holes for the male students to use, Milly wouldn't object. She would obediently accept the cocks and service them.

If Akeno put her naked on a stage to masturbate in front of a crowd, Milly would obey with a masochistic smile and offer them a good view as she edged herself and begged for permission to cum.

If Akeno put embarrassing photos of her training on a distribution list to all of her phone contacts, friends and family alike, and asked Milly to press the 'send' button herself, Milly would do it and laugh at herself in self-derision.

Akeno didn't just hold her, she also kneaded her breasts as the crowd of students cheered and clamored, and another orgasm quickly came.

"We'll keep going, Milly. You can stand, right?"

Milly nodded. Her legs felt like jelly and the vibrators were still buzzing, but those weeks of training were effective in building up her stamina, at least.

She had lost her sense of direction, and could only blindly follow the tug of the leash, with the crowd behind her.

She didn't know how much longer it would last, and didn't care. Until she heard Akeno's voice.

"You guys had your show, but it's over. You do not have much time left for lunch anyway."

"Yes, thank you for showing your slave to us, Miss Akeno." replied a male student. "She's great masturbation material."

"I didn't know the President was this much of a pervert. To cum like this in public, and it's clear she enjoyed it." said a girl with a disappointed tone.

"Did you enjoy this, slave?" asked Akeno, and Milly nodded without hesitation. She could feel yet another orgasm building up and was shaking her hips again.

Milly heard the students walk away as they discussed her, and Akeno turned her over before resumed their walk. Milly only walked a few more meters before she heard the familiar squeak, and knew she was returning to the clubhouse.

"Now that it is just the two of us, I am going to take you to my room, remove your belt, and give you a good fucking with my strap-on. This has been fun for me as well. You aren't allowed to cum without permission anymore.

"Mphes, Mphiteph Haphenho." nodded Milly.

She struggled to keep herself from cumming as she was walked down the hallway and to Akeno's room, and when Akeno removed the belt, its vibrators still buzzing.

"It's a flood down there. You really enjoyed this, Milly. We need to plug those holes as soon as possible."

Milly was bent over, and felt something hard enter her butthole. Another anal plug, this one shaped like a cock, but with a more bulbous base. A few seconds later, another shape entered her hungry pussy. A big shape she recognized. One that had given her overwhelming pleasure.

Akeno didn't waste time and pounded her, and after only a few minutes, Milly fainted.

…

She woke up in Akeno's arms, still wearing the collar, armbinder, bodysuit and ballet boots, but her blindfold, hood, earpieces and gag harness had been removed.

"Welcome back, Milly." smiled Akeno.

"Mistress Akeno." replied Milly. "Is my punishment over?"

"Milly, Milly… What am I going to do with you?" asked Akeno while shaking her head. "You do not care about being paddled, and you enjoyed even public exposure. Can it even be called a punishment? And to add insult to injury, you still came without my permission before you fainted. You truly are a pervert. There's no hope for you."

"You and Miss Sayoko made me that way, Mistress Akeno. If I disappoint you, I guess you can sell me or throw me away."

"Don't even joke about it, Milly… Even if you never learn and have to be kept on a tight leash and punished regularly… Well, that has its charms, too."

"…My grandfather is going to raise a ruckus, after what happened. He probably heard by now." sighed Milly.

"Ufufu, I am rather confident he won't." chuckled Akeno with a smug tone, her purple eyes dancing with mischief. "A lot of preparations have been made to organize this particular punishment."

"Mistress Akeno?" asked Milly, confused. What kind of preparation could there have been in the simple act of walking her around? Had Akeno maybe arranged for the watching students to not tell a word about it?

Akeno smiled, and the black latex bodysuit she wore suddenly disappeared. And Milly didn't see Akeno's body.

"What is this?"

"A trick using light manipulation. I can make myself invisible, as long as I am covering myself with clothes enhanced by light runes. I was wearing a hood and gloves when we came out. The leash was also invisible."

"Then… then my own suit and hood?" gasped Milly, understanding.

"Same thing." grinned Akeno.

"But the students! I recognized some of their voices! They certainly saw us. I felt the sun on my skin!"

Akeno laughed as she patted her head.

"Oh, the sun was real. I indeed walked you around the campus. But, it wasn't lunch time. The students were all still in class. As for their voices, I spent some time yesterday collecting a lot of voice samples around, and Da Vinci created an AI to generate dialogues according to the situation. I had an earpiece to hear what you were hearing and spoke a few times when adequate."

"It was all fake?" asked Milly for confirmation, her eyes wide.

"Not all fake. Your reputation is still untarnished. But you being a masochist who could get off even in this kind of situation, that is very real." grinned Akeno. "Alright, lunch time is about to start for real this time, so let's take a quick shower and redress you in a fresh uniform. The day isn't over yet."

"Y-Yes, Mistress Akeno." nodded Milly, feeling a bit overwhelmed, and intensely relieved. But a tiny part of her wished it had been real.

A bit later in the shower, Milly got an idea and looked at Akeno with hopeful eyes.

"Mistress Akeno… Would you mind if I take Shirley on a walk as well?"
